I made a window tinting appointment a week in advance for 9:00 a.m. and dropped off the car a little early and was told it would take roughly 2 hours. I had made ride arrangements and returned 2 1/2 hours later to find out the car hadn't even been started on and then was told it would be done 4 hours later, needless to say I didn't have the work done!!! Poor management and planning, what a great way to run a business when there is so much competition out there.
