I came in today very interested in a car and was wanting to take a test drive before talking finances. I was treated very poor and they would not let me test drive with out showing them my pre approved loan. Alice did not care what so ever about customer service and gave off the vibe of show me your money or i m not showing you the car. If you re looking for a car AND good service, I would not recommend.

I completely understand that I was not able to test drive the car, even though that s what i scheduled the appointment for, but it seemed as though you weren t interested in talking to me or helping me what so ever unless I had money in my hand (like i said above) It wasn t the policy or the fact I couldn t drive the car, it was the customer service that was an issue. Also seemed like you guys didn t want to take the effort to take the car down from the stand unless i was buying it immediately. Thanks for the response though.
