Dennis accepted a very challenging assignment for a purchase from end of lease done with Autoflex 4 years ago. This assignment was particularly challenging because of a unplanned car accident that required me to replace a vehicle (also done with Autoflex just one month before), and my son lost his job so that I had to purchase a vehicle for him to find work only 3 months before. I was just starting a new job and my credit had hits for the transition. This could have been a perfect storm, but with Dennis' preserverance, persistence, creativity and diligence, he got the financing from the bank that had closed the original Autoflex lease on a vehicle that I had only used for 13,000 miles, was in excellent condition, and I did not want to lose the value and equity I had preserved. He also advised me on extended warranty options for nominal monthly payment increases. The professionalism and courtesy displayed will keep me as a loyal customer, and I will also highly recommend Dennis and Autoflex to my friends. Thanks and keep up the great work.
