I first called the Dallas office on 5/20, and spoke with Kevin M. who seemed very nice and asked thorough questions. We spoke twice more that day to discuss some options, and he said he would work on some numbers for me.

He called back on 5/21 to say he was still putting some numbers together and would call back the next day. I never heard back. I called him on 5/24 and left a message, and still never heard back! I leased a car through a dealer 2 days later, so he lost a sale and Autoflex lost a customer forever.
