My niece introduced me to this company and after looking at the website I noticed they had the car I wanted. My niece was so kind to give my information to this salesman named Reggie and I got a car. She'd done all of the work and all I did was test drive, sign, and drive. It was a decent experience. The issue lies with the referral payout that my niece was guaranteed to get 2 weeks later for all her leg work. From my understanding the company offers this bonus. After my car purchase she also helped another family member get a car. After a month or more my niece only received the run around, never a referral check. It has been almost 60 days and my niece and I were told that the shady car salesman Reggie listed someone else on my application as the one who referred me!!! Not only on my car, but my family members car as well. When my niece contacted this thief, he advised her to refer someone to him for solar energy and she would receive a $1000 referral fee! Why does this thief think my niece would send any other business to his unethical, manipulative, underhanded, shady criminal self?!? I contacted the dealership and spoke to a very nice customer service rep named Nicole and she basically told me there is nothing they can do. In other words, they don't give a damn! My family plans to take legal action and we will not stop until my niece is paid the money that was stolen from her! She is 18 and paid thousands of dollars that she worked hard for to get her first car and she brought this shady company more customers and they spit on her! I plan to leave a review on every site that will allow it, including the BBB because if they will callously steal from an innocent 18 yr old, these unscrupulous people will steal from you!! Do not shop with them!!!
