How many times have I heard the Autoflex commercial on the radio, 820, WBAP, about leasing, Well, I finally called and was introduced to Tom Robinson. From the start I knew I had met the "right guy", because he was interested in me and my needs, not his. Don't let the New York accent fool you, he is all about his customers needs and he fights to get them their solution. I gave Tom my want list, kind, color and cost. We bought from Tom, sight unseen and financed at an incredible opportunity. Tom did it all! He found the car, did the numbers and closed the deal in less than 24 hours. He will get all of my future business and anyone I can recommend. If you know the 250 rule in business and the 750 rule in Facebook, that is a lot of business! If you need a nice car for an affordable price, please go see Alice Bennett. I went to her for the first time three years ago and she put me in my first Mercedes Benz which was a C250. She told me the next time I was ready for a car that she would make sure I was in an E-Class Mercedes and she definitely stuck to her word. Alice is very professional and listens to your needs and analyzes your situation to find what works best for you. She does not give off the slimy sales guy personality at all but more like a friend who cares. I definitely trust her with my buying decisions. Go see her as she is the BEST!

Blake really made my first time buying process super simple. This is the type of company that is hard to come by when it comes to customer service. I bought a car there today after my 246k, 2005 Mazda broke down on me in middle of road yesterday. I knew for past few months, I'd need a car soon so I had been googling places with high reviews. At 6am, I applied online for here and at Barrett Motors. I said I'd go with whoever called me first in morning. Auto flex called me at 9am and other place called at 11am. But I was already at Auto flex and 1 hour into signing for my car. They were very kind, especially as I had co-signed for 2 cars in the past for others, and needless to say it didn't end well on my end, so that was on my credit. But I'm very happy with the car and options they gave me! Ms. Bennett was a great worker and I'm sure her co worker as well who was working to get me financed. I had to bring my infant and toddler so for 2 hours in a room, they made it as pleasurable as possible. I thank her for her time, effort, patience and genuine care. Praying to God, this car lasts many years to come and my son can even drive off with it for college in 4 years and I can come back to buy another 1!

Gabriella was attentive, enthusiastic, and expertly found me the vehicle that I was looking for. She really made my experience with Authflex an enjoyable one.

I was in the market to lease a new car. I was trying to get information to see what the payments would be, how much they would give me on my car (which was terribly low), and what my money could get me. I talked with Bryan through email to give me information. He was very short with me and giving me obvious answers. For example, I asked him about how much roughly the monthly payments would be. He responds "depends on credit score and trade in value". Which is an okay answer but it seems like I get nowhere with this person and I have to squeeze information out of this person. I am a very understanding person but his situation has put me off of Autolease and leasing in general.

I ve purchased and leased 4 vehicles now through AutoFlex and each time is a better experience. I won t shop at a dealership again. I ve also referred my family to them and they have leased cars through them as well. Brian Moran worked to find me the best deal and definitely got it for me. Will always use them.

Gabriella Bermudez was so helpful with the process of getting me a new lease after my previous one was totaled by an uninsured driver (You do not really need to know that, nor does it have anything to do with Autoflex. I am just venting.) Anyway, Gabriella was very patient with me and went above and beyond finding me the perfect new lease and exactly what I wanted! This is my 4th lease with Autoflex and I cannot recommend them enough. So if you are in the market for a new lease, give Gabriella a call. You will not be disappointed.

Good experience so far. Got me a great finance rate and a great car payment. I traded in my piece of crap and got in a car that was 9 years newer and my car payment only went up 13 dollars. I will definitely go back.

Best and easiest car buying experience EVER!! I cannot thank Ricky Brockway enough for helping me find and purchase my new Nissan Pathfinder. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest about every vehicle I test drove and he didn t try to be your typical Car Salesman . No pressure car buying! I was recommended to work with Marco from a friend. He was amazing all week as we went back and forth on text and by phone. He was patient with me and how nervous I was after my last car buying experience. We had settled on a few cars to test drive and set up to meet Saturday. This place is a scam. Use the dealer. They are always cheaper and Blassingame is a joke. Radio show is a joke too. Dealer has more options and ALWAYS cheaper in price. Longer months does not help you get out early. They are middle man. They buy from dealer and sell to you. Just go to dealer and get it from them directly. Better residual and rates. They have one option on banks. Dealer has many. Learned their game and pulled out before it was too late. I got lucky.

Worked with one sales guy that was eager in the beginning, but then just wouldn't finish the deal by providing vehicles I qualified for. On a whim, the wife and I stopped by and a great sales person Jacki Nelson helped us out. She apologized for the lack of follow through by the other sales person and got us done. I now have a Great New To Me car.

I m upset af right now . I agreed with the warranty and I wish I would not have I called because i got a card in the mail from the warranty company and the warranty expired . Why would you tack extra money on to my monthly bill for a expired warranty please don t go here I was initially happy with my purchase before I found out I got played !

These guys made our vehicle purchase a breeze. I worked with Chad (highly recommend), we went over the best options for our situation, drove the vehicle out to my house on my schedule to look it over and then drive it out again the next day to finalize the deal. The service was amazing. I made one phone call in the morning to Auto flex, we discussed what I needed in a vehicle and what price I was willing to pay. By the afternoon auto flex had found a vehicle in my price range that fit my needs.
