I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-benz from this location on March 9th. I'm only rating this establishment a 2 due to upon beginning my test drive I observed a sevice B3 notification on the dashboard screen, I mentioned this to the salesman after I was approved for the loan. He stated that he would take the car over to the service dept. And he did. When I started the vehicle the service notification was not visible until 30 days later and it read B3 service is due. I contacted my salesman and informed him of the notification and he stated he'd look into it and get back with me..I still haven't heard from him and this is a required service in order to maintain my vehicle warranty. They did however reimburse me for the detailing I had done after I purchased the vehicle.
