AutoFlex Leasing, Michael Jones and Jeff Cole are dishonest, Please do not use this company. They mislead me about the terms of my lease stating multiple times it was a three year lease but putting four years in the contract. Blatantly lied about the Carfax. My Yukon had been in a wreck in California in 2015. They repeatedly lied about that and would not provide me with a Car Fax. They would only provide me with the Autocheck as it did not show the accident. Even when confronted with the Car Fax that I had received on my own, they lied., I have that in email. My lease was supposed to be for 18,000 miles a year, they gave me 15,000. When I brought all of this to both the Sales man, Michael Jones, and the Finance manager, Jeff Cole, they were extremely rude and defensive. I was able to get out of my lease, but not due to any assistance of AutoFlex. This company is not fair, honest or respectable. Please do not use this company. You will lose thousands of dollars and get treated with complete disregard.
