Waited 3 weeks to get a second key. They're full of excuses. Never again!

Who knew a vehicle from AutoFlex comes with only one key? Never bought a vehicle (in 40 years) that didn't have two. Yeah, my bad for making that assumption.

Of course I mentioned the missing key when the vehicle was delivered. That's when I was told there was only one. Guess that's my bad too. My crystal ball wasn't working to uncover that carefully omitted detail during the sale.

The only reason you absorbed the cost of the key is, at the moment I was informed, I told your salesman it was a deal breaker and wrote it into the contract. No key, no sale. Had he been up front about it, we would have already covered all of this.

I was kept informed, because I continued to send texts asking for updates after the salesman's self-imposed deadlines passed. You were contacted after I'd already waited two weeks for him to get it done. All I got from you was more of the same..."it should take a couple weeks..."

If I had purchased the vehicle from a dealer of that brand, the key wouldn't have been a special order. The locksmith you sent told me so. Lessons learned all around.
