Michael Maddox guided me through my first car buying experience at the Autoflex location in Richardson, and looking back I have nothing but positive thoughts! Michael was patient with me from the moment I inquired about a vehicle, and I was not an easy customer. There were times that Michael probably wanted to tell me "dude, do you want the car or not?" but he maintained nothing but professionalism.

Michael was helpful, resourceful, hardworking, quick to communicate. But what really resonated with me was how HONEST he was with me, and I appreciate that very much. There were several things he could have easily been less transparent about, but he was always very moral in his practice. For instance, I found out a few items were missing from the used car about 4 or 5 days after purchasing. Michael, while having the flu, not only made sure to get me those items (which some weren't cheap) but did it quickly and efficiently. Something you rarely see when buying a used car.

The bottom line is that I would absolutely recommend purchasing or leasing a car through Autoflex. And when you get to the dealership, do yourself a favor and ask for Michael Maddox!
