Terrible experience. Sales people call and promise...

Terrible experience. Sales people call and promise to call back later but never do. Leave messages on voice mail, still no one calls back. Start a online chat and they leave you hanging for over 45 min, had to close out.
Filled out an extensive questionnaire to receive a trade in quote then they play games and you never get the quote promised. Talked to manager and explained my experience then they call the next day, I tell them we are still interested Shelby says I'll call you back, never did. I called next day to see why, no reason stated I should leave a message with the salesmen. I did in the morning, no call back. Don't waste you time dealing with this dealership.
