How this guy ended up in a job that involves human interaction is past me. I came in with an intent to buy the car on the spot but walked out within 5 minutes. I always get a good laugh from meeting people like this so I'm not too upset about the experience ;)

Ended up finding a much better car at a similar price. Be careful of this place, they're brokers and have absolutely no idea about what they're selling - don't gamble with your car purchase.

Total transparency I didn't end up buying a car here. But I would in a heart beat. My wife just decided on another car she liked more that Auto Quest didn't have. Amazing service and a zero pressure buying experience. I would highly recommend this location and owner is fantastic guy. They only carry high end cars but that doesn't mean expensive. Great value and I saw first hand how far they go to take care of you long after the sale. This place looks like my garage if I ever win the lottery. I could recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best dealerships I ve dealt with. The guys over there are very professional and helpful. I bought a vehicle from them and I went back a week after for an oil change and another issue with the vehicle they gave me a loaner car, and fixed my car with zero charge! Highly recommend this place if you looking to buy a car all of there cars are super nice and cheap compared to the other dealers. My next car will be from them as well for sure.

I bought a car from Dominic in 2006. It was the first car I had taken an auto loan for. He gave me a great deal, and sold me a warranty that paid for itself at least twice. Since then I've referred friends and family to him and EVERY one of them were happy with the deal they got as well as the car itself for years. This includes both parents, my brother, a few friends, and the most recent one was my wife - which I'll come back to.

I'm in the market for a specific type of vehicle and the set of features I'm looking for are quite rare. I checked out his inventory at Auto Quest and was very impressed with the selection and condition of their vehicles. I've been in sales myself and I place a high value on professionalism and ethics. I know when I'm being up-sold, pressured, or made to feel obligated in any way. None of these were the case with this place. He spent an hour with me, showing me a few cars from his inventory and looking various places online since they are also auto brokers. His words were "I don't want you to buy this car if you're not going love it"

Back to my wife. She wanted a newer car with low miles, under warranty, a nice stereo, 5 star safety rating, preferably a German make, and a back seat that could accommodate a car seat - planning ahead for years down the road ;) . He was able to locate her a 2013 Passat that she absolutely loved, with leather, heated seats, bluetooth integration, touch screen, clean title history, and still under warranty. He encouraged us to take the car to our mechanic and when we did his words were "I doubt I'll have to service this car for several years. We bought a year old car for substantially less than a brand new one would cost.
Dominic informed us that he would be out of town the weekend that we would go in to do the paperwork to get the financing for her car, and to go ahead and finish the deal with Zack if we were comfortable doing so. Zack was also very laid back and hospitable when we went to finanlize the deal (it was our only day off together). He offered for us to keep the car for a few days and come back after Dominic returned to do the paperwork. We ended up finishing up the paperwork with Zack, which only took about 20 minutes, and were on our way with our new purchase.

We recently purchased not one but two cars at this dealership. We were amazed at how great the whole experience was for us. Friendly and easy to deal with staff. Great place to pick up a car from and will definitely be telling my friends and family to check out auto quest first.

Ok no problem. They sold me the car I wanted at a reasonable price and even managed to get me a second key. They were nice and polite and I would go back to them.

All the staff, particularly Kevin and Zeke, were friendly and professional. The car was in tip top shape and the couple of trim details were dealt with promptly either in their shop or at the shop that does their repairs and inspections which is also very experienced and knowledgeable. It is like a dealer experience without the cost and bureaucracy.

By far the most relaxed, enjoyable, pain free, easy experiance my family has ever had buying a car! We worked with Zach and he was great. Answered any questions we had and never made us feel pressured to buy. The atmosphere is like walking into your own living room. I would recomend Auto Quest for anyone looking to buy a new car!

Auto Quest is not to be compared with traditional car dealerships. We would recommend them if you are looking for more of a business-to-business type experience, or a generally no-pressure purchase of a vehicle, and want to avoid the hype and drama of conventional car dealers.

Came in on a whim after seeing a car I wanted to test drive online. Super cute dealership, eclectic selection of cars. Jay was my salesperson, friendly, funny guy. The experience was no pressure and he let me test drive in peace. I'm usually put off by sales people when buying a car and had my guard up when I walked in but I would recommend working with him to family and friends.

Great collection of luxury cars with attentive staff. Kasey and Logan were amazing. I'd recommend Auto Quest if you are thinking about trading in your current vehicle for the one they have on the lot. They also let you do a test drive on your own.

When I saw an ad on Carguru about a Mercedes Benz 2012 with very low miles, I became interested in the car and realized that Autoquest was selling it. I had never heard of Autoquest and was somewhat skeptical to maneuver through all the hassle of getting the lowest price. Zac, my salesman, made it very easy for me: he told me that the price was already at its lowest and I knew it was, There was no pressure from him to sell me the car, he let me drive it by myself, and he was very professional throughout the whole process. After I had purchased the car, Zac was very helpful in working with me as I found little specs on the car(nothing at all) that I wanted to be either waxed out or eliminated. I am a very picky person. When I needed help with all the bells and whistles (my last car was a Jag 2004 that did not have any bells and whistles), Zac took his time and explained them several times and very patiently to me.
I give them an A for service, professionalism and courtesy. If you are a woman and you need an upper end car, I recommend AUTOQUEST and especially Zac.

Upon visiting Auto Quest the first time, I found out for myself why they are so highly regarded. Both Craig and Zac, the president and GM, respectively, helped me sort through a variety of options that fit my lifestyle and budget. When it came time to buy, they were extremely low-pressure, trusting, and helpful. Branko, Finance, made the purchase process very simple. I ended up buying two cars. The second was a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. Naturally, I got the color wrong. Fortunately, Zac had a plan for this and worked with us for a painless conclusion. My wife and I are both thrilled. Finally, Michelle in service has been brilliant for the couple of minor details that needed sorting. Needless to say, I highly recommend Auto Quest to friends and colleagues. These guys are uncommonly good, honest, and serious traders of luxury pre-owned vehicles.

We purchased two cars from here within a year, no other car dealerships are as great, honest and easy going as this place. They have great inventory to select from. This is the 1st dealership ever in my past experience that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Zac is amazing at what he does, he made it so easy, stress free, and comfortable.We felt good with our purchase. Not to mention the staff there was amazing. This was our first vehicle purchase from Auto Quest and the experience was great! It was like buying a vehicle from a group of friends as they treated us very well and made us feel very comfortable. We first walked into the covered show room and first thing Craig asked us was "do you want water?" instead of "what car are you looking for" since it was a very hot day. That showed us that he cared more about the customer instead of trying to make a sale. He allowed us to test drive any vehicle we wanted without any pressure.

Zac did a great job in helping us with the rest of the process by finding a price for the vehicle where we felt comfortable paying. There were no pressure and he allowed us to time our time to think about it.

Dominic did an excellent job in helping us find the best loan with the lowest interest rate to finance our vehicle. With his help, we were able to find a payment that we were very comfortable with.

I recently purchased a Fiat 500e from AutoQuest. The had a nice selection in stock, and offered to hunt down and hold something if I didn't like what they had. I tested a few, and liked one they had in stock. They gave me a good trade in, and paperwork was fast. I was happy to go here and would recommend it to others.

Logan is the most personable and knowledgeable salesman I have ever had a pleasure to work with.He will give you that experience you would hope to have when buying a vehicle.I would buy form Logan 10 times over.The inventory is absolutely amazing at auto quest.

Came in looking to purchase a vehicle I saw on Autotrader but Dominic was very rude and arrogant. He has a horrible attitude. I chose not to purchase the vehicle because of his arrogant attitude.

I have posted two Yelp reviews and somehow Dominic manages to get Yelp to remove it. He also sent me a msg on Yelp acting as if I chose not to purchase the vehicle because of the price not because of his arrogant attitude. It's crazy to me that a business will to the extend of reporting a review to Yelp when all it does it say the truth. Maybe that's why they have 4 1/2 stars because they get the bad reviews removed. Dominic needs to change his attitude before he drives more customers away.

Super impressed with this dealership. Their model is that they are they to give you a fair price and sell cars. The sales dept is not high pressure and they have great offerings at more than fair prices. Highly recommend! Not the typical "wait around in the dealership and haggle for hours" type experience, which was probably the best part for me. I hate car buying experience in those environments.

Best price I could find for the Lexus I was looking for. Zac treated us awesome! Painless signing process, got the deal done on my lunch break even. No hidden fees and everything was straight forward.

I initially called them inquiring about a car they had up for sale, when speaking to a representative they told me that the car was at a shop getting diagnosed and that they would call me back once it was done to come take a look at it. I call back roughly a week later to see if there were any updates, only to be told that the car has been SOLD. Terrible customer service and business equity.

I was searching for an '05 Acura RL, which Auto Quest listed on their site, and I left a request to test drive the car. They called me after closing hours to inform me that someone (an NBA player), had just purchased the car. They instead suggested a Lexus that they had in stock. I told them I would come by on my way out of town after checking out some Acuras at other dealers. I am so glad I didn't spend my cash at those dealers, because while at Auto Quest, I was treated (despite my pretty impoverished appearance) like a friend. They let you take your time, have knowledge about the vehicle and its features, offer maintenance history and owner history, and really go the extra mile to make you a deal that works for both you, and them. I had to spend a little over my budget, but within 45mins of being there, I drove out with an immaculate '05 Lexus ES330 with 118000 miles. If I had more cash, I would go back to buy another car in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys!

I found Auto Quest online by chance and was drawn in, like many others, by its rave reviews online. Saw a listing for a Mercedes CLS550 fully loaded with special launch edition trim and couldn't believe my eyes. The pricing was amazing at this dealer! We drove down that weekend from Bellingham to check out the car and my dad was just blown away. Long story short, he declared that he loved the car about 2 minutes into the "salesman-free" test drive and we couldn't be happier with the service everyone provided. The owner Craig personally came out and introduce himself to us while we were checking out different cars in the showroom. He was extremely professional yet relaxed. Zac, whom I texted before coming down also came to say hi and welcomed us. Then at the end, when we worked with Dominic on the finances and paperwork part of the process, I have never seen my folks so happy before while buying a car. They've purchased 5 cars since we moved to the US, all of them new and at traditional dealerships, but been happy at NONE of those times during the car-buying process. Anyway, these guys know what they're doing and they're doing a heck of a job at it. We'll be back for sure for everybody else's cars in our family. Thanks guys

Bought a Lexus IS350 from these guys a couple years back. The buying process was smooth. I pretty much just had to come in to sign papers to take my car home. My car has been mechanically sound so far and that I'm thankful for. The car however was obviously in a car accident. I asked this before buying because one of the panels had popped out. 2 years later my right head light isn't flushed against my front right side body panel from a half inch to an inch off.

Great experience. Polished and professional service. Purchased a beautiful RX350 at a fair price.

I personally spoke with Zac about a car that I was interested in. He was professional and informative about the vehicle. Not the type of salesman shark that you have to deal with at other lots. I didn't even end up buying from them and still I am writing this review as a reflection of their level of customer care. I will recommend them to friends/family in the future.

I got my car there quick and easy, they didn t want to fill up my has tank but they sent me a check in the mail about a month later. But overall good service.

I worked with Jay as the sales team member. Keep in mind, the employees at this location are not commissioned based. They are salaried, and are not going to push you into purchasing a vehicle immediately. I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership. Jay and the finance manager really did work with me to get the best price and APR possible for the vehicle I chose. I was pretty set on purchasing what I wanted and was prepared to leave if I did not like what I saw and heard. Don't let a high-end dealership scare you away from making a purchase, the employees are pretty laid back. And they have all types of cars for the average person.

These guys are your typical used car salesmen; there to help before & during the sale of the vehicle but hard to get a hold of after the sale. It took 3 weeks, 3 different phone calls to 3 different people to get the items for the vehicle they promised I would get in 1 week. It took 4 phone calls in 3 weeks to get my license & registration. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Auto Quest in South Seattle. The service there was awesome. I spent approximately 5 hours there driving a number of different vehicles before deciding on one that fit all of my needs. Everyone was super accommodating and never once did they make me feel as if I was putting them out or asking too much.
They worked with me on my trade and financing as well.
The staff her is fantastic. I would definitely go there again when i need another vehicle.

I had a really great experience with Auto Quest. I was looking to buy my first luxury car- a Mercedes-Benz C300, to be specific- and I was having the usual trouble with the Mercedes dealership- a lot of waiting, a lot of negoitations, a lot inventory I didn't care to see, a lot of pressuring. AutoQuest had a great inventory with the exact car I wanted, but they didn't pressure me in any way, let me shop around, and were honest and forthright. Their sales people were professional and knowledgable.

In the end, I was confident enough, I bought my car after just 2 days of visiting them!

We all know that buying a vehicle is a fact of life we all have to face. However the discouragement of bargaining for a good deal, finding the right vehicle, getting the right financing, dealing with people who are fair and honest, and we all know the uncomfortable feeling of walking away from the sales rep while them giving you that "what do we have to do to get you into this car today" line. The entire experience can be uncomfortable so we avoid going out there and looking for that perfect car. If your someone like me you want to find a car that you are going to love and the search for that car should be fun. Heck, your buying a new car! Lets have some fun!

My experiences with Auto Quest have been nothing but fantastic. Their cars are already priced more than competitive so there is no hassle in bargaining, and their extensive collections of luxury autos makes this place your one stop shop. It can be uncomfortable having a sales rep accompany you on a test drive because you feel even more pressure. They don't do that here and there is zero pressure to buy once you are done on your own private test drive. I decided that the vehicle I drove wasn't for me and their reply was simply we hope you find the right vehicle here and if not, no worries. I decided to come back and buy the vehicle from this dealership after seeing that there offer to buy my vehicle far exceeded any other offers from any other dealerships on the trade in value of my previous car. Auto Quest also does business with so many of the big banks and local credit unions in the area that the financing was easy and I received the best rate we could find. And lastly my interactions with this team have been fun! My wife and I will now only buy vehicles from this team!

A couple months ago, my wife bought a Lexus RX 350 here. We originally came to Auto Quest because her family had previously bought a Lexus here, and highly recommended it. Overall we are very pleased with the experience. The staff was very professional and the vehicle runs great. We'll definitely come back when we're on the market for a new SUV.

I bought a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Seems like I have to take it in every 2 weeks to have something checked out.

I ve had to replace engine sensors, rear latch bolts, rear tail lights. When it snowed here a few weeks back, I noticed the rear defrost not working. I took it to the shop to see if it could be replaced under warranty, shop said no and it would be $1,300 to replace. Also noticed the rear heater/cooler isn t working for the people sitting in the back.

If I had the opportunity to go back in time, I would have not purchases this car. I STRONGLY recommend you have an independent 3rd party mechanic inspect the car before you buy. Do not trust what they say.

Staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Everybody was really nice and very respectful. I came in with my daughter and she had a great time. Some places are pretty rude when you bring your small children but the salesperson I spoke with was really nice to her. We both had a great time and I'll definitely be going back to purchase a vehicle from them soon.

This might be the easiest (and best) car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Louis, who was friendly, fair and open. My wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey and the whole test driving, negotiating and buying process was very smooth. Louis gave me the time I needed to inspect the vehicle and think about the purchase. He went above and beyond my expectations in every way.

As a company, Auto Quest treated my family and I very well (and even put on a movie in the showroom for my two little girls). They definitely take the approach of developing long-term customers through fair dealing instead of trying to pull one over on a customer and then lose them forever. Definitely stop hear if you are looking for car.

Just completed my 5th purchase at Auto Quest in 15years, and I won't car shop anywhere else. The car buying stereotypes just don't exist here. I never feel pressured. I don't sit around for hours while they try to squeeze every last nickle out of the deal. If you have a problem post-sale they are happy to help. The warehouse is filled with low mileage, luxury vehicles, all at wholesale prices, and you are free to browse the inventory until you find just the right one. Craig, Zac, and Dom took great care of me. I look forward to my next vehicle purchase, I sure can't say that about anywhere else.

I don t usually go write reviews especially one stars but they were honestly simply disgusting. I contacted them with an offer only to then get a reply, more then a week late, with the words, AND I QUOTE naw it s been sold. Dirtbags showed no interest in actually being professional nor respectful or reliable. Heck they didn t even show interest in keeping me as a customer as most other dealers do, they didn t offer anything or suggest anything. I would highly recommend staying away from them, truly disappointed and disgusted that a company is so willing to throw out professionalism so quick.

I have purchased Infiniti SUV from them, they promised me to get the warranty on that, but after I made the purchased they denied plus they promised to replace the brakes as well, again they denied. BULLSHIT people and service.

Cars were clean, staff was friendly and let me look without being pushy for a sale, good selection. However, I wanted to look at a specific car that advertised online. It's at a repair shop, and despite me asking about it on two occasions, they were unable to tell me what was wrong with the car or give me an ETA of when the car would be back. I'm not sure why they didn't call the shop to ask.

As a car guy, this place is great. A lot of really nice cars and great, knowledgeable staff. I bought a cream-puff Honda Pilot from them and I am VERY happy with it. Do yourself a favor. If you're looking for a very nice, high-end car and you don't want to loose 20% of the value as soon as you drive a new car off a dealer lot, go here. Their cars are just as nice and their prices are very reasonable. A quality staff with a quality inventory. I will definitely be back.

I have been to car lots in the past and stopped going because I really hated the feeling of pressure sales and being treated as a woman not knowing what she really wants. That was NOT the case at Auto Quest Inc. There was no pressure from Logan, he in fact was so relaxed about what I was looking for I felt like we were friends. He made sure I got to look at what I wanted and when I told him about another car I was looking at we compared the carfax together. I told him how much I will willing to pay and he made it happen.
But it doesn't stop there... I was needing to finance the car. Scott set me up. I was having a hard time not using my Credit Union, but they were not giving a very good rate. The next day Scott informed me he found me a much better rate! He did the homework to make it happen! not just a few minor points off 4 points! yes, that is what I said. So not only do I have an amazing car with the price I was willing to pay for I got it at the lowest rate possible. Seriously, I will not be going to any other car lot but them from now on. (well, I hope to not have to get another car for a while but I am sending all my friends here)

My whole experience with them was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. That's saying quite a lot given that I've been through this process a handful of times over the years. From the initial phone call to Brandon(salesman) to check on the vehicle I was inquiring about, to the amazing gal Madison in the finance department, I was thoroughly impressed! Even the owner had his hands in things as he assessed my trade-in vehicle, which I thought was really cool. I was treated with great respect the whole time and never once felt a bit of "car lot pressure" to buy. It was super simple and quick as well. From the test drive to keys in hand, after all was said and done, I was in and out of there in 3hrs. Very efficient system! Also, their inventory is very impressive! I had no idea(even though it states it on Google) that this was a luxury car dealership. All-in-all super happy with the experience. Autoquest is amazing! Had to drive to Seattle but it was completely worth it. Did a deal over the phone expecting a hassle when i arrived. No hassles, in and out in 25 minutes after a test drive. The deal never changed and they honoured the trade offer we agreed to on the phone. They also offered more than anyone else. Highly recommended.

Reading other reviews make me laugh. Seeing others give this dealership 5 stars actually make me jealous! I came in looking for the Lexus IS350 and my dad was about to pay cash for a junk car. The car was obviously been hit, tires were messed up, I asked for an explanation and all they said was "Check the car fax and tell me if you want it" like what? Im the customer with cash in my pocket, persuade me to buy it lol, but I was actually about it buy it trusting them there is nothing wrong. Thank god I test drove it, the car had rattle sounds and it just didn't drive right to me. Logan and his crew gave me the worst experience ever it actually makes me laugh. By the way, the car was the Lexus IS350 white exterior, red interior with 49,000 miles.

Good dealership that only deals in luxury cars and means business. Priced competitively, not really interested in haggling. Great inventory that seems to turn over quickly. Sales and service staff are nice.

Only knock is that they're sometimes a bit aloof, and always hustling to get to something else, and you can easily stand around waiting for service if you're not looking to buy a $100k+ car.

But when you're looking to buy, they're straight up about the cars and offer generous test drives. Any time you come in through them for service they offer a loaner car.

They give buyers wrong info regarding their inventory just so they can have customers go to them. I drove to their store after talking to someone about a truck on offer up. I told them that I'll be there to see it. Upon arrival I asked them if I can see the truck and they told me that it was send to auction yesterday. Really?? They can't just told me that so that I don't on offer up while we were messaging, so that I don't have to waste my time. Any way it was disappointing. Since I was already in Seattle I just by Krispy Kreme and got me a dozen.

Good selection of late model upscale used cars. Prices are very fair, and the sales process is low pressure. I come up from Portland to buy cars here, and it s worth the trip.

My wife and I went to see a Toyota corolla with intent to buy. But the sale person was very arrogant and disrespectful. He treated us as though we are getting his car for free! Then we went to another dealer and bought a toyota camry. We paid a little higher but that's okay atleast we got good customer service from there!

I have been doing business for years with both Zac and Dominic buying cars for myself and my wife. In addition to really clean first rate cars their service is second to none. After my first experience with both of them I felt more like I made a friend than bought a car which is a really nice change from the typical car buying experience. If you are tired of the typical sleazy one liners or going back and forth haggling over numbers these are the guys to talk to. I really enjoy being able to spend my time focusing on the right car without having to worry about the sales tactics, pressure, and obnoxious negotiations that you get everywhere else. I have purchased 2 cars from the folks at Autoquest. They are honest, have great cars (mostly German) and super helpful. They have always allowed me to just take out the cars and drive with no one in the backseat telling me about the features. Negotiating is pretty limited but they beat anyone's price. I have love my S6 and my wife is thrilled with her BMW wagon, and we saved thousands on each not to mention I got great value on my trade in. Best car buying experience period! I will be back!
