When I saw an ad on Carguru about a Mercedes Benz 2012 with very low miles, I became interested in the car and realized that Autoquest was selling it. I had never heard of Autoquest and was somewhat skeptical to maneuver through all the hassle of getting the lowest price. Zac, my salesman, made it very easy for me: he told me that the price was already at its lowest and I knew it was, There was no pressure from him to sell me the car, he let me drive it by myself, and he was very professional throughout the whole process. After I had purchased the car, Zac was very helpful in working with me as I found little specs on the car(nothing at all) that I wanted to be either waxed out or eliminated. I am a very picky person. When I needed help with all the bells and whistles (my last car was a Jag 2004 that did not have any bells and whistles), Zac took his time and explained them several times and very patiently to me.
I give them an A for service, professionalism and courtesy. If you are a woman and you need an upper end car, I recommend AUTOQUEST and especially Zac.
