This dealership doesn t even deserve any star,
I had the most horrifying experience with these guys.Booked a service with them and on the day they cancelled my booking while l was on my way there.I was given pathetic excuses about courtesy car being authorized by management etc.
Whn l took my car the following week,another consultant told me thy do not offer courtesy car,the opposite of what l was told
Weeks later l learnt that my tracker was deactivated or rather stoped working the very same day l took my car in for service
Iam happy to say l will never ever ever use these guys again or even recommend them.Such a disgrace fr the BMW brand
