We used Auto Additions for 3 of our Vehicles. They installed remote start systems in 2 of our cars as well as back up cameras and a Pioneer Navigation system in our expedition. Jeff and Josh were great to work with. Very simple Told them what my expectations were, dropped off the vehicle and each was installed and done promptly! This is a first class operation! I would highly recommend them!! Great Work!!

I bought a 2015 crv from the Honda Marysville dealership. They work with auto additions for many things. I paid $900 for a single dvd player. It sits where my dome light used to. After having my car for 7 if not 8 hours, they wired the lights wrong and No one bothered to check if everything was working right. Open car doors and lights shut off, close the doors and they came on. After arguing with them for close to a week, they finally came and fixed the lights. Now the dvd player will not power on. $900 dollars and I don't have a working dvd player. WOW. Never going there for anything again.

I have now had 4 vehicles in my shop with damaged parts, and very poor workmanship. Also have been told by said customers they do not honor warranties and had one tell me they refused to release their vehicle without signing a void warranty. There are several other aftermarket solutions that will do you much better.

The craftsmanship on my leather Katzkin seats were flawless but Zack was not so much, truck was done in 3 hours and tried to tell me my truck wasn't done and wanted to charge me 6 hours of labor. If you can, spend the time at the shop and watch. Very disappointed, wanted to get a few more things done to the truck, but not there; it's a shame. Labor is $95 a hour, I'm fine with that but my truck sit out back for two hours before I knew it was done, I had asked a few times because I didn't see it in one of their 11 bays and every time he said "it's not done, I will let you know". Lucky for me I got antsy and took a walk, yep it was done sitting there in the side lot. I told him I lived 1-1/2 hours away, so why would he not tell me it was done? He (Zack) never did come back to the front desk, another guy cashed me out. Who wants to set in the lobby for that long? $95 an hour, he probably got me for 1-2 hours; be alert people!

They tinted the windows on our company vehicle, and it looks AMAZING! They were super fast, and professional. All of the staff was very informative and friendly. We will definitely use them again. Thank you Auto Additions

I have zero complaints. Had leather added to my Pacifica and it looks awesome. They called me to state they were booked and had me bring in my car a day early to get it in. It wasn't their fault as the leather manufacturer scheduled the service and probably didn't check first. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. Even checking in with me as I waited in the lobby. They followed all covid protocol to my satisfaction. The craftsmanship was very good and made sure I was happy with the install before I left. The only MINOR complaint is they are located around alot of businesses on a gravel dirt road, so I ran it through the car wash after I left. In the end, would I recommend them? Yes.

Auto Additions has made my day amazing. They are extremely easy to deal with. I set an appointment for them to pick up my car while I was at work so they can install my new navigation screen. I honestly thought it would take all day but I was extremely surprised of how quick my car returned. I did not want to go back to work because I just wanted to play with the navigation screen, I was too excited. They are extremely professional, timely, but most importantly they make things simple for the customer. I even call them back to thank them. I'm extremely happy. I can't wait to order more stuff for them to do. remote starter is next!!!!

Got windows tinted at auto additions and received very good customer service. They called back to make sure I was happy with their services. Windows look great after they dried and I'm very pleased. Also have a lifetime warranty.

I had a really good experience. I had some new upgraded exhaust, auto start and alarm installed and they finished same day and everything works perfectly. The cost was less then some other local shops and no problems at all. Very happy with the work and would send any friends or family.

Fantastic Shop and knowledgeable company! George ((technician)) does an AMAZING job on window tint. I've had 2 cars tinted by him and it turned out looking like factory!!! Reasonably priced as well.

This shop is BAD. They take USED parts and sell them as new. In addition to over charging, they look at deadlines as a rough estimate. So if they tell you your car will be done on Monday, expect it Friday if you are lucky. Seen a lot of shady deals done in the front of the shop as well as the back. If you are a retail customer good luck, they will over charge you and oversell you on things you do not need!
The Shop Manager Dan or "Jr" as he is called seems bitter and unhappy, easily noticed by his dingy Ohio State shirt and unkept appearance. He will tell you everything you want to hear face to face or over the phone. But beware, As soon as he goes in the back to the garage anything he may have told you is forgotten and disregarded. No attention to detail, no customer service. No pride of ownership
Go to another place like Columbus Car Audio. they took care of me in 1 visit for less money as opposed to the 5 or 6 I had to make at Auto Additions.

I'm changing my review, I had an issue with some work done, but thanks to Josh they hooked me up with a nice, clean look(within their power) on the work they did to my vehicle and even gave me a heads up on what needs to be done to make my ride look like it's supposed to(dealership issue, nothing to do with them). Josh kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciate that. Not many businesses try and make their customers happy, especially since I technically wasn't the official customer, the dealership was, but it was my car.

Arrived as scheduled with Zach and Phil. Additions is not advertised as a conv top shop but through recommendation I met Phil who is a conv top expert. Thorough knowledge, honesty and overall satisfaction. I recommend cold auto additions and if you have conv top questions ask for Phil.

I took my 2004 Ford F350 here to put a 6 inch lift kit on, these guys worked through rust and hiccup after hiccup and still finished in a timely fashion and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism exhibited by these people, will continue to give them my business


UPDATE: about a month after the lift kit was put on, a few brackets kept breaking. Come to find out they were installed incorrectly. No big deal. Got new brackets and took them back to auto additions, they acted as if they were apologetic and wanted to fix their mistake. Never gave me the time of day after that conversation. I ended up fixing it myself. Kind of a bummer initially I thought the service at this place was great, not sure if I will return with more business.

After my sunroof blew out on my way to Columbus, these gentlemen were able to see me right away. In a span of 30mins the damage was assessed, the sunroof replaced and after care of the roof reviewed with me, I barely had enough time to have a cup of coffee. All of the employees that I had contact with were friendly and professional. My experience with this business helped set the tone for my visit in Columbus. I would not hesitate to use this business again.

Great products that speak for themselves. Even better staff who are knowledgeable, care, and have unbelievable customer service. Brought back a vehicle after 3 years and they fixed the issue quickly and for free. I would recommend this place to everyone - they will take care of you.

I just had heated seats added to my 2007 Corolla and I am delighted. The work was done quickly as only 1/2 day to complete the job. I also believe the work was done at a fair price with a good warranty. Communication in making the appointment and notifying me that the work was complete was quick and easy.

Needed new tint on a new truck...they got me in same day...had a slight issue on pricing quote and shop manager Shawn made it right immediately...great quality, service, and value. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Today I was completely disrespected and disturbed by the vibe of this business during a National Pandemic. The employees were not wearing mask or facial coverings while engaging customers. The first guy did put his mask on as he greeted me. He directed me to another employee who was not wearing a mask. This employee made no effort to cover his face during the intake process. I kindly asked the employee if he would wear a mask as he was to assist me. He rudely declined stating he can help you then as he tosses the clipboard to his coworker. The first employee who did put on the mask walks me outside we discuss the scheduled service. As we converse I observed multiple employees not wearing mask at all. I was so disturbed by the rudeness of the initial interaction that I could not see myself financially supporting or purchasing a product from a business that does not respect individuals or attempt to provide any Customer Service. I would not recommend this business during this pandemic or at any other time. If I could give a zero I would.

I think these are good people, we bought $900.00 of upgrades from them a month ago... my only gripe, is calling in... being put on hold, and never being picked up again.... over and over, dosnt matter what day you call, or the time... you get a human... who tells you they will transfer the call.. "up there"... and they never come back... very frustrating.

Other than that, I think they do well.

I adopted my 97 Grand Cherokee from an abusive owner, slowly I have been bringing it back to its former glory. After finishing a front end, I brought it into Auto Additions for a complete Infinity Gold system replacement. All speakers, alpine Bluetooth stereo, microphone for your phone conveniently positioned on your driver side door trim, amp under the driver side second row, two 10 subwoofers behind the third row, and I passed on the steering wheel stereo control wiring, I couldn t justify the extra $250 that costs. All that was running me around $1600 or so and we eventually settled on a slightly lesser price; I m not some haggling magician or anything but they are very reasonable folks. To add to that, I had an appointment to checkup on the Jeep and had to take an Uber to Westerville from OSU campus (obviously it was there and not with me), somehow there was a conflict on their end and the appointment didn t happen. They were more than reasonable enough to make an equal cost deduction from my bill.

As far as the quality of the worksmanship and hardware offered - very veryy pleased. Can t stress it enough. Worth. Every. Single. Cent. Hearing it with the windows up at an actually pleasant level - phenomenal. What makes it better, while listening to some chill Steely Dan, cruising on 270, you know at any given time you can roll the windows down and make yourself a mobile Slayer concert. Which is really entertaining in Westerville.

These guys know what they're doing and are super easy to work with and you can tell they care about a job well done, and done right. They've really stepped up to the plate helping me work some issues out on a new truck I bought with the lift and wheels, alignment and fitment of all the components to really make it work.

I was with my male co-worker and the man that helped us didn't even acknowlege my existance. He did not speak to me or even bother to look my way when he was explaining the situation of the vehicle we took up there. Zero stars if I could!

The struggles I came across while getting a remote car starter installed did end up being a true recall on my car that luckily the owner took charge of making right. Though is was not a one time simple pain free installation, they did find a way to fix the starter back to safe working condition. I cannot deny that I have concerns on the professionalism of some of the employees and their ability to resolve an issue without the owner having to step in. Due to my busy schedule and inability to take time off from work, The owner picked up my car and personally took it to get fixed, returning it in great condition with a full tank of gas. It does seem to be working correctly now. I love having this feature in my car, and I am very happy I can use it safely and confidently.

Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone I dealt with at Auto Additons. Very transparent and communicated with me every step of the way. The crew here took my stock 16 Silverado and upgraded it with a leveling kit and some new rims and tires. My truck looks great and couldn t be happier with the outcome. I definitely recommend the team at Auto Additions. Special thanks to Sean and the team for working with me and taking my vision of what I wanted my truck to look like and making it a reality.

Auto Additions is the BEST place to get any and all aftermarket parts and accessories. They are super knowledgeable, professional and do killer work. Plus they stand behind their products and work too. You wont be disappointed!

I've been a customer of Auto Additions since 2008, when they installed my power sliding sun roof in/on my new truck. This was done through my auto dealer; when I asked them at that time why they chose Auto Additions, they replied simply: "They're the best"! And they are! I have had them install new leather seat covers and heating pads for the front seats; when this was done, I asked them to put the two pads (per seat) both onto the seat, instead of the usual configuration (one on the seat and one on the low back of the seat back......in the winter I don't need to have heat on my back...my coat does that....I wanted quick heat to my buns!0. They easily agreed with me and put the heat activation buttons in very convenient sites on my front console between the two front seats. They also installed a rear-facing license plate frame backup camera. When that failed after five years, they replaced it with another unit without charge, Within the past year, I have experienced a problem with the sliding sun roof not completely closing, allowing me to hear the sound of air rushing past the "window" as well as water entering the cab during automated car washes. I took the truck back to them this week and they found that a recall had been issued for that roof unit. Within 72 hours, they had secured the replacement parts and installed a new unit. I cannot be more pleasured with Auto Additions. I highly recommend them to anyone considering installation of any of their myriad of products.

I came to Auto Additions to have them give me tutorial on the DVD player they had installed in my new Toyota Sienna before I picked it up at the dealership. Once I arrived I was greeted promptly. Two friendly guys came out to my van to show me how to use the DVD player and showed me additional features. They were very patient with me and very helpful. I left saying wow! In a day where customer service has become a thing of the past, I was very impressed and I plan to return to have future work done and would recommend them to Anyone who needs the services they can provide.

I would give them 0 stars if I could . They are extremely rude and non-accommodating. TERRIBLE customer service!! Do not give them your business, take it elsewhere.

Watch out for Auto Additions. The technicians they have are very good at what they do, but Dan Mitchell (a.k.a. Jr) is about as crooked as they come. If you're a retail customer, you WILL be overcharged for the work you have done, and Dan will more than likely sell you parts (and over charge you for said parts) that are not required to complete your installation. They'll sell you used parts saying that they're new, or hold your vehicle in one of the bays to make your installation seem as if it's more involved than it really is to try to justify the amount of labor charged. Best advise, go to Best Buy or Columbus Car audio, you'll get the same thing without the runaround.

I had new hood stripes installed on my 2009 Mini. They did a fantastic job and they did it quickly. Highly recommended.

Don't get a navigation system from there nothing but problems. Let me drive a hour to get there said they would look at it let me sit in waiting room for another hour and half then tell me i need to make a appointment.

So this is Diamine from the previous review. Since you guys changed your previous respond I felt necessary to reply. I was told by your previous response that I have proof of - the owner was supposed to call me on Monday which I never received! You want to get on here & make yourself look good and TRY to clarify my statement however you were WRONG! I know what I am talking about and just like the manager I spoke with - you re not understanding what the issue REALLY was just like him which leads me to believe I m actually talking to him. Like I stated before when I sat in my car & remotely started it the heat did not turn on! I m not taking about any defrost at all I m simply talking about my heat! AGAIN like I stated when I sat in my car and remotely started it (yes my heat was on before I turned the car off) THE HEAT DID NOT COME ON ALONG WITH MY CAR!!!!!! Obviously whoever wrote this response is aware of the situation (if not the same manager) & the previous response since it s now changed and I have yet to receive a call from you guys!!! Another reason folks while you guys should not come here - they tell you they ll do something & don t follow through!!! And again I felt the need to come back & reply since you guys were able to erase your initial response & change it to make me seem stupid! JOKE ON YOU! by the way google, if we write a review & the owner response I don t feel as if they should be able to change their response! Write what you mean the first time & mean what you say! I had just purchased a new 2019 truck a couple weeks ago. When I purchased I had the dealership coordinate getting leather seats put in, with auto additions doing the work. Upon picking it up today from the dealership, my airbag light is on, and a message comes up saying to "Sevice the Safety Restraint System".

While I understand mistakes happen, it's baffles me how a company can allow a vehicle to leave it's shop, knowing there is something wrong with the safety system in it. Now I have to take at least half a day that I wasn't planning on to take it back to Westerville to have them fix it. To me this is unacceptable.

Update - Josh contacted me this morning and had a tech look at my truck this afternoon. Luckily it was a simple fix and they had me back on the road in about 5 minutes.

The install of the leather on the seats was well done and everyone was professional when I stopped in. Thank you for getting the issue quickly resolved.

Reasonable price for service , got in and out within 1 hr. I do recommend this place to everyone , on definitely coming back!!!

I've had a fantastic experience with Auto Additions. I work as a salesperson for a car dealership called Miracle Motor Mart who has done business with Auto Additions for years. When I bought my 2011 Kia Sorento, I had a backup camera installed through them. My camera started to become fuzzy this winter and they went out of their way to work with my schedule and fixed my camera very quickly. I've also had leather seats installed for several customers vehicles through Auto Additions and they've been very satisfied. They have friendly staff and do good work. I would recommend them.

There is only one person dealing with customers that is worthy of that job. The rest of my interactions have been rude and out of line. Examples: lack of knowledge; flirting with my girlfriend; giving my vehicle back with soiled interior; just downright rude disposition. Basically the lack professionalism and don t care about customer concerns.

I called for places to find someone available onshort notice to tint my windows. They got me in and out in two hours and the service wasexcellent! Highly recommend. They even have free wWiFi in their waiting room. Great job guys!

A couple weeks ago my wife took our brand new mustang GT that we had just bought to Auto additions to install Vent Guards. The first time they installed them they were noticeably crooked. When my wife complained they did straighten them out but they looked horrible, the double sided tape was poorly cut and in other places it was bunched up; when she brought the bulges to their attention, she was told that they would look better after they dried..?

After my review Fred the manager contacted me and was very professional. He listened very carefully to my complaints, and was very sincere with his apology; taking responsibility not passing blame he also did everything in his power to fix the problem and stated that steps would be made for a situation like this not to happen again.
I then ordered a hard folding touno cover which they did a great job in insulting, and then took the time to show all of its features, and went over all of the warranty information.
I will give them more business in the future, every company makes a mistake or two, to me its how a company takes responsibility and shows concern, is what will bring me back every time.

Awesome experience. My wife wanted her audo system upgraded. Auto Additions worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted and then made recomendations. We were not oversold and got exactly what we wanted a very reasonable price. The system sounds fantastic. I am now in the process of having them upgrade the audio system in my car as well!! Highly recomended.

The price they quoted is what I paid. No extra add ons. I was in and out in 1hr and 30 mins to remove an old remote start and install a new one. Very satisfied.

Ok. I don't know what other reviewers previously had issues. But Jeff was very professional when scheduling a 4 speaker install on a chevy avalanche. This is not an easy install and everyone else had a quote that was double. I was a skeptical but gave them a shot. Checked in on time and was promptly taken care of. This place does a lot of business and place is very professional.
. No high pressure sales, no pushing other products, and promised to be done on 90min. Very honest.
They were done 20min early. Charged me $80 for the 4 speaker install. A fair price.
This is my new go to place for all things automotive. Great experience.

Great experience. They were able to schedule my remote start installation the same week I called. Installation only took 2 hours. The office area is clean & very nice. The staff is extremley professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

I took my Escape in to have a moon roof and the auto dimming mirror (with compass and temperature) installed. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results. I had my vehicle back in two days as promised. They were very responsive to email inquiries. About 10 years ago I took another vehicle in for a sunroof and loved it as well. I feel these additions add value to my vehicle; I know they add class. I wouldn't hesitate to take it there for other additions or to take another vehicle there in the future. Keep up the good work.

Great folks work here! They are definitely dedicated to excellence.

I took in my 2015 Traverse to have a moonroof and window tint installed. After dealing with them, I can see why the car salesman recommended them (not to mention, a dealership with 5 sites and located an hour away also uses them). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I called to scheduled, they gave me an out-the-door price (which was 100% accurate). I also called on a Friday and they were able to get me in on the following Tuesday with a completion date of Thursday. I received a call Wednesday afternoon that my car was ready for pick-up- an entire day early. When I got there they gave me instructions and showed me the work, making sure I was completely happy with it. My husband also asked about getting a remote start installed on his car and based on what he wanted, they actually told us it's cheaper to get it done at a dealership. That's integrity. It's been a few days since pickup and I'm 100% happy with the work. I'd definitely go there again!
