The craftsmanship on my leather Katzkin seats were flawless but Zack was not so much, truck was done in 3 hours and tried to tell me my truck wasn't done and wanted to charge me 6 hours of labor. If you can, spend the time at the shop and watch. Very disappointed, wanted to get a few more things done to the truck, but not there; it's a shame. Labor is $95 a hour, I'm fine with that but my truck sit out back for two hours before I knew it was done, I had asked a few times because I didn't see it in one of their 11 bays and every time he said "it's not done, I will let you know". Lucky for me I got antsy and took a walk, yep it was done sitting there in the side lot. I told him I lived 1-1/2 hours away, so why would he not tell me it was done? He (Zack) never did come back to the front desk, another guy cashed me out. Who wants to set in the lobby for that long? $95 an hour, he probably got me for 1-2 hours; be alert people!
