Very unsponsive. They have been loading boulders out behind my house making noise and dust for months. I've called the site manager repeatedly as well as main office asking them to move the loading area further into the site with no response. My pool looks like a mud hole from the dust and the noise is like living next to a rock crusher 12 hours a day 6 days a week.

When it all comes down to it, the real strength of any company are the people. Hirschi masonry is made up of the best people on the planet, and definitely the best people in Las Vegas. When it comes to experience and getting projects done at a high high-quality level, nobody beats them. Put the quality of their craftsmanship together with the quality of the people and there s really nobody else that I would even consider.

I have been with the company for about 5 months now, and I have never felt as comfortable as i do here. It has a close knit, active, and friendly environment.

Today I had something happen to me that is not common among construction workers or vehicles. I was driving on I-15 with my son in the passenger seat of my car and coming onto the ramp was a Hirschi Masonry Pickup pulling a yellow trailer (not sure what it was) but I knew we were going to merge at the same time. I slowed down let him go but he also slowed down to let me go ahead. I spend up and he smiled and waived then he merged behind me. I have heard that Hirschi employees are professional hard workers but had never experienced it first hand. I assume he worked hard all day in the heat and could have approached the situation differently as he was trying to get home. We need more kind construction workers driving construction vehicles like this gentlemen.

Try to fill out a RFQ on their website's form. It won't allow it. It just tells you your entry looks like spam. You may as well take your business to someone who's interested in making money.

Called to get an estimate for block wall repair and refurbishment and was told by Tom that our project wasn't big enough to be bothered with looking at or pulling men off to do. When I told him it was for an 11,000 building with parking lot and I thought that was pretty sizable his comment was, "Well, what you think is big and what I think is big is different." Great customer service, keep up the great work!

While working for a mom n' pop shop masonry company, I was searching for stone veneer to match the existing stone on a 3-year old home, so we could add more. The builder's sales dept. couldn't help, the super couldn't help. The rep at the stone supplier didn't know exactly, but guessed the best match. It was an employee at Hirschi that was able to tell us exactly what stone and color scheme it was. They went out of their way to help, especially when they didn't have to. Super kind, stellar customer service, and a great organization of positive people. I had met many employees working there that all seemed to love their job. So . . . 6 months later, I work for Hirschi and love my job too!
