I had just purchased a new 2019 truck a couple weeks ago. When I purchased I had the dealership coordinate getting leather seats put in, with auto additions doing the work. Upon picking it up today from the dealership, my airbag light is on, and a message comes up saying to "Sevice the Safety Restraint System".

While I understand mistakes happen, it's baffles me how a company can allow a vehicle to leave it's shop, knowing there is something wrong with the safety system in it. Now I have to take at least half a day that I wasn't planning on to take it back to Westerville to have them fix it. To me this is unacceptable.

Update - Josh contacted me this morning and had a tech look at my truck this afternoon. Luckily it was a simple fix and they had me back on the road in about 5 minutes.

The install of the leather on the seats was well done and everyone was professional when I stopped in. Thank you for getting the issue quickly resolved.
