Condescending staff, i was treated with nothing but hostility. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Pluses - Good prices, and the technician is polite and helpful. Minus - The sales guys not so much. Out of stock of Windows USB version, so tell me on pick-up that they have DVD OEM, forget to refund the balance. The pick-up guy told me the issues, which I then had to go and see the staff about, who were a bit disinterested. Sales less helpful on other occasions too. Go there for the good prices, but if you're not too knowledgeable with computers (and would like some help) maybe go elsewhere.

Took days to post an item that was in stock and ordered as express post. Called them to find out why it hadn't been sent yet and was told it would be sent that afternoon, but wasn't sent until the next day. Also don't provide tracking numbers automatically coz that's too hard for a computer company to figure out.

Perth Web Design bought all our computers through Austin Computers and the sales advice was very good and informative, he matched the PC's to what we needed them for, as they are just work computers, they didn't need to be too powerful. We ended up buying 18 machines in total, Austin gave us a discount, they delivered them and set them up for a small fee onsite. Would certainly recommend their products and service, its not all about price and with Austin it was a hassle free solution. Oliver

TOTAL RIP OFF... try to build a new pc with them.. They kept sending invoices with the wrong price and parts.. they also try to charge me tax twice on all invoices.. very unpleasant experience...

Was here on a warranty issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was attended to quickly, and issue sorted quickly. Sometimes can take a few minutes to make my issue clearly understood, however staff are always patient and we get there in the end!

I went to 4 different computer shops trying to get someone to see if my external hard drive was broken or if it was simply a case of a broken power cord. I had people quote me $100 just to open the hard drive and then if it was still working I would have to pay another $40 - $50 just for a new hard shell. I was referred to Austin Computers in Osborne Park and their service was excellent. They didn't charge me to open the case, the gave me a good, strong hard shell for a decent price and I will definitely be referring my friends to this shop. They were all very friendly, helpful and decent.

My Mcbook would not charge and won't work on AC as well. Took it to Austin Computers, they checked my chargers and turned out ok. Checked on my Mcbook and quickly identified the problem. I'm very happy with the service as they were able to fix it that same day.

Thomas was very helpful looking at my monitor and explaining the problem.

Great experience buying my computer but I had a problem with my computer subsequently. It's like these guys have gone out of their way to make it as difficult as possible for me to fix it. First I got the run around calling them and finally after various calls we agreed I'd bring it in. Secondly I was leaving for usa so got my ex wife to go in with it with a clearly written letter plus a video showing exactly what the problem was. Thirdly my own IT guy verified the issue and said he was willing to talk to the shop. The computer repair person made it very difficult for her and outright refused to watch the video saying there was nothing wrong with it and a video was "no evidence". They also have refused to ring or speak to my IT guy and continue to insist there is nothing wrong with it. The problem is ... it is iintermittent and that is why they need to see the video and talk to my computer guy. But they refuse to talk to them and insist there is nothing wrong with it. Very poor effort and I have never written a review this negative before ... but I'm doing it to ensure others do not buy their computer through this company without at least knowing what they're up against.

This is the most incredible computer shop in WA. Their service is excellent and their workmanship is extremely good. They built new computer for my 85 year old mother from scratch as my mother's old computer no longer worked. They recovered all the data from the old one and transferred it over to the new computer. Then I had a problem connecting the wifi, after spending 3 days (total of 6 hours) on the phone to Telstra, they finally gave up on me and said they couldn't help me. So in desperation I took it back to Austin Computers asking (begging) for help and with their magic finger Kalvin got it going for me. Thank you, thank you. It was fantastic doing business with you and my frustrations have gone.

Good service and stocks large range of parts. Quick stock check on their web site and alternative stir location is good if you need a part in a hurry.

Pricing is really good, as good as anywhere in Perth, but counter service is often poor and slow. If you know what you want and check availability online before going into the store, you will have a better experience.

The website is no longer slow, it is fast and easy to use, when I look for products. Staff are really nice. Matter of fact I've started shopping here again after many years. They really know their products. Stock oh hand is generally good, but prices are (a bit) higher than some competitors but now cheaper than the others. I'm raising my review from 2 stars to 5 Stars. You've come along way, Austin Computers.

Osborne park location has decent price and range for home enthusiasts. Was able to confirm and collect from web pricing to physical location very easily. Sales person asked sensible questions to make sure the purchase was correct, much appreciated.

Absolutely incompetent staff, was advised they had a 9700K in stock. Drove 40mins only to be told that they dont have any in stock. The sales person was adamant that I apparently requested a 9700KF, I reaffirmed that I requested the 'K' variant. Save yourself a headache and go to PLE 5mins down the road.

I was waiting for 32 minutes. They moved me from waiting position number 7 to number 1 and ended up with 'There is no one to answer your call right now'. It's such a waste of waiting time.

Went into but a new 2.5 Inch SSD and never knew about new M2 SSD drives. Great service from Lachlan as he brought new SSD drives to my attention and not only saved me money but the new m2 drives are so much faster, Great price and Great Service.

Would definitely recommend Austin Computers. I had an excellent experience dealing with them for a recent repair job and also when I purchased a new laptop.

Kalvin was very courteous and understanding when I phoned with my problem and realistic with the possible cause of my problem. He was right. I brought the computer in at 9 and by 3 he had fixed the problem along with a much overdue clean. Would highly recommend.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered items on Wednesday, listed as in-stock, paid express. Order has been sitting idle since. Been on hold for over 2 hours total. Hung up without answer multiple times. No response to emails. Going back to PLE

Justin was extremely helpful and got me out a real jam today.

Really disappointed. Had a hard drive failure on my PC so needed to get a new drive ASAP to get back up and running and be able to complete work deadlines. Their website states that orders will be dispatched same day or the next day if recieved after 3pm. Paid for the order in full via PayPal, paid extra for express postage to ensure speedy delivery, as I am unable to get to the store during work hours. Called up 3 business days after ordering (with a weekend inbetween) as I hadn't heard to anything or been sent confirmation of postage, only to be told that the order hasn't even been packed yet as they are a "busy store". The guy I spoke to said he would follow it up and call me back straight away. That was 4 hours ago and still nothing... Pretty false advertising on their website regarding dispatch times. Had I known there would be such delay I would have ordered from another company Can't rely on these guys and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I called to check stock availability of a monitor screen that I ve been eyeing. The male salesperson who picked up the phone was so rude. He told me it was out of stock and before I get to ask my next question, he hung up on me. Look, maybe it was busy at the store but you need to up your game the way you handle customer phone queries.

Good points they guy behind the counter is really nice, funny, happy the way a sales person should be. As far as Press 1 for sales when I tried to phone them before coming down.. WTF ended up in Philippines. What was meant to be a quick conversation to see if a computer was in stock, ended up in a tug of war with someone who had no idea what they were doing. I think Austin have just hired people in the Philippines to look at the same website that the public looks at and have no communication with the store or what goes on in it.

Unfriendly and rushed, rudely telling subordinates off in front of many customers that were waiting. Not coming back, check out PLE Wangara instead, much better experience

Austin Computers fixed my liquid damaged laptop and fitted a new keyboard. I'm very happy, I thought it was a hopeless. I already readied myself to get a new laptop but I'm glad Austin Computers spared me from getting one.

A very friendly Gavin served me and gave detailed advice on the parts I was buying. Helped me to get the best value possible. Would buy from here again!

Went in for a CPU fan repair, and they told me that's a waste since the parts and labor costs more than replacing the fan. So they sold me the same as my old model fan for $11 and installed it for free. Top lads.

Terrible experience, the customer service was absolutely appalling. We were perfectly happy with the person serving us but another member of staff decided he wasn't doing a good job and took over the sale, was very rude, randomly left us to attend to other (unhappy) customers, cursed right in front of us, felt like he didn't think the rest of his staff were any good but it was him with the terrible people skills. There is no way I will ever go back to this store, there are plenty of other good computer stores to go to instead.

Spent a bucket of cash. No receipt sent to mail address. No communication. Bullet speed message left on my answering machine after ringing yet again. Part missing no ringing to see if i would like a swap, just waited till it turned up or i rang saying WTF. No not happy not at all. Price good. Reliablity is crap. Having a Happy Christmas Should have remembered, same as last time i delt with them

I would like to hereby record my complete satisfaction of my recent purchase of a new computer from your Osborne Park store and subsequent setup and data transfer by your service employee Mr. Thomas Liang. He did a perfect job of transferring my data, which was very precious as this is a business computer, and upon setting up and re-connecting to the network, I was amazed to find all my data, outlook desktop and so on were exactly as I had them previously! Even the bookmarks in Explorer and Chrome were still there! Mr. Lian was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything. I would highly recommended his service to others. please pass on my many thanks to him again for such a smooth upgrade and transition to my new PC.

I go here for all my computer needs. The guys there are helpful however this is not a normal retailer. Try to make sure you know what you want and you will save a lot of money

The staff at Austin Computers were very helpful in advising me that I needed to purchase DDR4 8GB RAM in replacement of my DDR3 4GB RAM. The service technician was also helpful in providing a hard copy quote.
