Pluses - Good prices, and the technician is polite and helpful. Minus - The sales guys not so much. Out of stock of Windows USB version, so tell me on pick-up that they have DVD OEM, forget to refund the balance. The pick-up guy told me the issues, which I then had to go and see the staff about, who were a bit disinterested.
Sales less helpful on other occasions too.
Go there for the good prices, but if you're not too knowledgeable with computers (and would like some help) maybe go elsewhere.
