No bill for a procedure my husband had almost two years ago and just yesterday received a collections notice. Had to call twice, spoke with two different people, and was told that the account had to be reviewed by the back office to see if they can pull it from collections, even though they did not have our correct information. I don t understand because the hospital had all of his information, so they do not communicate??? So ridiculous! I will definitely be going to the office in person since it seems that they have outsourced their billing department, and I m not too confident that they updated any info and that this will be resolved by phone!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!
