Called to get an estimate of what my out of pocket...

Called to get an estimate of what my out of pocket cost would be for a procedure. I talked to a very rude lady who refused to find out what it would be from my insurance company, then just blurted out it would be $500 and hung up. I cancelled my appointment with ARC and will find somewhere else to go since this is the only anesthesiology group that they use. Reading these other reviews it seems that it would have turned into a nightmare.

If this is the level of simple customer service, what are their Doctors like?
