Received a collection letter for over 4000.00 doll...

Received a collection letter for over 4000.00 dollars. Called their office, they are hard to get a hold of. Medicare and the Medicare supplement should have paid this off. Trying to get a hold of someone is terribly difficult. The account has been sent to collections.
