I received a notice from a collection agency 11 months after receiving emergency care from Austin Anesthesiology Group. Turns out Austin Anesthesiology Group had the wrong address on file for me and sent 5 bills to an address I briefly lived at 13 years ago. So now I am calling multiple agencies and submitting a dispute to credit agencies since my credit score dropped 62 points this last week - I hope my credit is not impacted for 7 years because of a filing error. You need to improve your accounting/billing team - your errors impact people's lives in a negative way, which as doctors you took an oath to do no harm. You are doing harm.
