Terrible working conditions and bad managers. Good...
Terrible working conditions and bad managers. Good money, but not for the amount of BS that goes on there. And don't get me started on the safety violations

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am a buyer for a company they service and I have to tell you I have NEVER had a supplier tell me "we aren't making enough money on this and it's too difficult to make, so we aren't going to do it anymore." I've been dealing with issues from this company for 3 months straight with no resolution in sight on this issue. In addition, the last run of 100 pcs they were supposed to supply, they cut short two days after committing to the quantity. The icing on the cake - I can't get a hold of ANYONE who can give me a straight answer no matter how many times I call. NEVER have I had to deal with such incompetence and utter disregard for a paying customers' needs (and a customer who is offering to pay premiums to boot).
A lot of flood, live load and unload, super fast pick up, 20 min,
I've been working with Arrowcast over a year now and i love what I do pouring iron or molding making casting.
Working at arrowcast gave me a new perspective on looking at how to get jobs done working with the team
I have learned to grow as an individual because of the relationships that I have built during my 22 years with Aarrowcast. I really enjoy my job because it challenges me to perform the best I can; thru ups and downs everyone pulls together to get the job done. Because we are a leading manufacturer in this industry, demands are high which provides me with job stability. Aarrowcast is a perfect fit for me because of its great location and the flexibility with my schedule when needed.
I have been working at Aarrowcast since 1995. I have worked in manufacturing in the Cleaning department and Melt departments. I currently work in the Quality Department. Aarrowcast has allowed me to expand my knowledge of iron castings and it nice to see how some of our parts fit into final products to our customers.
Maybe they shouldn't neglect the driveways and yard where drivers have to come in and load and unload. Trucks and trailer r going to get wrecked. Filling it with gravel is last a very short time. Maybe they should consider concrete or black top to fix the problem more permanently before drivers refuse to come there because they r concerned the pot holes will cause damage to their equipment.
A friend of mine who worked there was terminated for reporting abuse from a supervisor. Then they even kept his tools and offered to resell them back to him! What a nightmare of a company!
This is why we need another Union movement in this country. Good, hard working people being treated like dirt. And being denied a living. Theres no excuse for mistreating people who only want to make a living.
I enjoy working at aarrowcast because the team environment gives me a great feeling of accomplishment in the 11 years that I have been here I have been able to experience a steady job and growth within the company I feel like aarrowcast was my puzzle and I have been the peice to complete it
