I never give bad reviews because it s so easy for me to find something good in all circumstances. This group does not deserve such generosity. Like so many have said, I was never sent a bill and only received sketchy phone calls. Once they told me they had the wrong address I told them it was fine and I would pay in full once I received a legitimate bill. I even had them read the corrected address back to me. Well guess what...no bill. Turns out they never made the update and sent it to the wrong address AGAIN. I assumed it was a scam and went on my marry way until I got a phone call from collections. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because their customer service was not helpful.

After I reported them to the BBB they changed their tune and worked with me. The lack of basic business/ billing practices is totally unacceptable. Honestly, I doubt this was accidental. They know exactly what they are doing. I intend on calling St. David and complaining with them as well. AAG either needs to shape up or someone needs to shut them down.
