Wonderful buying experience, easiest ever! My husband and I bought a beautiful used 2007 Audi A6 in excellent condition. Awesome price! Our salesman, Steve, was amazing! The management and finance staff were excellent, top notch!
We bought what was probably the cheapest car on the lot, and were treated with amazing professionalism and courtesy. People were driving around 150k cars everywhere, but we were made to feel no different. Not to mention, Steve loved to hold our 4 month old, and showing him around the office with great enthusiasm as he shared stories of his own child.
This is our first Audi, we were really just looking for a cheap work commute car for my husband, but we purchased a beautiful vehicle that way exceeds the price paid, we love it! When we make our next large purchase, we are sure it will be with Audi Plano.

This is one of the best car dealerships in the area. If you are even considering an Audi I encourage you to head here and request Gino Bresolin. In my years of purchasing vehicles, I feel that Gino and the staff at Audi Plano are hands down some of the best. I was not sure of the vehicle or features I needed- Gino took the time to understand my needs and suggest the perfect vehicle. He worked to compare prices and get me the absolute best deal in town, I feel like he truly cared about my satisfaction and comfort with the purchase. Every time I visited the dealership the front desk was friendly, and multiple people greeted me and asked how I had been. Truly impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. I will be Rec come sing Gino and Audi Plano to anyone interested in purchasing a car- and I plan to work with this dealership for as long as I own an Audi!

These guys had a great selection of used inventory. I found a car I was looking for online, got the best price quoted up front (and it was a great price), talked to Steve Lin to arrange for a test drive, drove the car, reviewed the same best-price quote with Steve in person, and signed the paperwork on the spot. I left there with a great car for a great price, and the staff were all super friendly. They worked with my credit union on the loan portion of the transaction with no issues.

Agree with another reviewer on this: If you have a loaner car scheduled good luck, apparently Audi Plano does not understand the concept of reserving a car. TWO TIMES on the mornings of my appointment, I was told that there was no loaner available, and they needed to reschedule. So, after 3 weeks I am still can't get my car in for the service/repair. There is no guarantee that it won't be rescheduled again. And now the manager won't call me back! This the WORST experience EVER.

I suffered tire pressure issue with my brand new 2...

I suffered tire pressure issue with my brand new 2017 Q7, they said they fix the problem, but after few miles, it occurs again, then I drove back ask them to find what's the reason caused the issue and fix it. After they checked the tire they still insist my tire is good and suggest me to go to tire store to check. However, problem happens again as I expected after few miles drive.
The second day, the tire went flat totally when I drive it on the way. When I was there the third time, they asked me to spend $500 for a new tire. And they are really rude to me, said I pay them $500 for the tire or I drive my car away.
In the first day, I was there twice, if they check the tire carefully, I may not need a new one. What's make me really angry is they are letting me drive away my car with potential dangers! Have to make some complaints with their service.

Horizon Auto Center offers a better warranty on their work than Audi dealers, that is amazing, not to mention the work is half the price!!! Audi warranty work 12 months or 12,000 miles. Horizon: 36 months 36,000 miles. The obvious choice is Horizon. Audi replaced intake valve on a 2015 Audi Q3, so how does it need replacing 10 months later, and because I drove 15,000 miles I am no longer under warranty. I do not have confidence in Audi. I can t afford to replace every 10 months....thank goodness for honest mechanics aka HORIZON!

I bought 2016 Audi Q5. Thought, it was a great deal. But, I have found that there was a missing transparency.
01) When It was sold, the Odometer reading was incorrectly stated. When I pointed that out, I was negotiated with 2 free gas fills. I was not happy then.
02) I have recently visited the dealership for my 25,000 miles service to get done and was told to get the tires to be changed costing another $1300. I would have expected a premium vehicle when sold with the new tires on, or at least would have told the customer, these tires will worn out quickly... It was shocking to spend 1300 more within one year of the purchase..
03) As usual, once the car is in the shop, you get those additional filters to be replaced ... calls.

Overall, I like the car, but I am inclined to start disliking the dealership.

This dealership is friendly and fancy, however, I do not feel like they have their customer s best interest when recommending services. It is also the most expensive place you can find to have your car serviced. I prepaid service for five years in a program called Audi Care. I was quoted several hundred dollars in services that should have been covered by this program. Additionally, another $1,000, of recommended services were also quoted that are not covered by the Audi Care program. These services included rotating my 2 week old tires and replacing the air filter (apparently Audi s official recommendation is just to clean it, not replace it).

The place seems very busy so I guess people are appreciating the white glove treatment over honesty and value.

My next Audi will not be purchased here. My sales rep Shawn, acted like if I don't buy the car, someone else will. Very bad attitude. Actually complained about his hours and said he cant wait to get out of the industry. Get it together Audi. Get some people in there that want to be there. Overall bad experience. I will go to another dealership for sure next time. And my office is right down the street.

While traveling thru Texas (we live in Illinois) our Audi A4 began making a strange noise in the rear wheels. It was late on a Sunday night. We were able to make an appointment on line at Audi Plano for the next morning. Upon arriving their technicians were waiting for us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and unbelievably sent us on our way with no charge!!! Very professional, very courteous, an A+++ experience!! Thank you Audi Plano for getting us back in the road!

I worked with Tyler Jones at Audi Plano and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive in his approach. He never pushed me into the sale and was very good in understanding my needs as well as the features I wanted. He found the exact vehicle that I was looking for (color, interiors and upgrades) and arranged a delivery to his dealership. He kept me informed while I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive from Germany. It was a very pleasant experience for me and I would recommend Audi Plano specially Tyler Jones to everyone who is reading this review.

The ability to start financing on line and just simply walk in and buy the vehicle was excellent for someone who doesn't have a lot of time. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Probably the best car buy experience I have ever had and would recommend highly. Thanks to Steve for a great experience!

If there was a way I would give this dealership zero stars. These people never have any cars with them available to give to customers when you give your vehicle for servicing. We traded our BMW to own an Audi and I think if such a poor after sales service continues, I will definitely trade this Audi back for my BMW.

I postponed my review pending an issue post sales which I was hoping could be rectified. When trading in my Lexus I provided two key fobs with my trade-in. After completion of my sales and as I was ready to drive out I was concerned that only one key fob was provided for the Audi I purchased (which I was not told prior) and the salesman said he would attempt to contact previous owner or if unable would make other arrangements. I attempted to follow up with initial e-mails which was answered but there has been no emails following our initial 2 or 3 emails. I also emailed a managerial individual but no response. From my initial inquiry about the Audi via internet and the follow up emails and treatment at the dealership were exemplary before and during sales. Follow up post sale has been disappointing and has not reached the high standard I expect.

The worst service I have ever received for a luxury car brand in my life. Don't even deserve one star. Not just once and from one department but multiple times. Took my car in for a service, waited for 3 hours with no help. Asked for the first time on the status of my car after the first hour and was ignored, specifically by Hunter Wall. Saw the receptionist go up to ask him on the status of my car the first time since he was the only manager at the desk because it was still understaffed due to COVID. He told her he would be right with me and 40 minutes passed and no one came to talk to me. I finally personally approached him he was rude the whole time and said that he has no idea on the status of my car and that no one came to ask him about my car and I need to wait longer. Also, Evelyn Castro Clark in the finance department has been consistently rude. Have followed up on a refund and she has been disrespectful and degrading throughout all of the encounters stating she already sent me a confirmation, I didn't ask for confirmation, I asked for an update since there is no other way for me to follow-up. Avoid Audi Plano at ALL costs.

We loved working with him - he wasn't pushy, he adjusted to our buying style and made the process quick and easy. Even the finance gentleman that assisted us was courteous of our time. I'm happy to be a part of the Audi family in Plano!

I've done my 10k and 20k oil changes at Audi Plano, and they've never tried to up-sell me or employed any of those "scare tactics" most of those chain do when they see a young woman.
I will say though... a year ago, the service was much more prompt and my car always came back sparkling clean. If they got their car washing act together, I'd give them a 5 star review.

Would recommend going to another Audi dealership. They did update the dealership from inside but customer service still is poor. You end up waiting for a hour despite making an appointment for a test drive. The rep didn t bother asking which package and engine type I am interested and just brought a base model to test drive. When asked about the model type I like he said it might be another hr wait. All this despite making an appt and telling exactly what I want to test drive. Ended up not liking the car and decided to go w BMW (which btw recommend going to classic BMW plano- much better experience and customer service there)

I am completely dissatisfied with the service grou...

I am completely dissatisfied with the service group of Audi-Plano. Below mentioned point where I feel you are doing a very poor job.

1) I have been called for a pickup withing 15 minutes but I haven't received any call for almost 2 hrs. I called the service manager atleast 10 times since I was running late. At last I took cab to reach audi service center.
2) After receiving the car, I have see error messages on the dasboard as TPS is malfunctioning.
3) The 15K service was due and that has not been done and I am continiously getting warnign messages as it's DUE.
4) I am observing a water drip while AC is ON ( after driving the car for min 30 minutes). This is the third time I have made this complain without inspected it properly.

I drove my friend's Audi Q5 and I CAN CHALLANGE THIS IS NOT A COMMON PROBLEM IN ALL AUDI Q5.

Update : Apart from the sales person Alex , there is nothing great, i am waiting for my car title , i bought this car by May 16th and till today (19th July), i had not received my title yet.

when contacted, i was indicated that there is a delay by people in upstairs (as if they work for a different group) and i was not even offered to communicate to them.

I was indicated that it might take another 4 weeks of time, for me to get the title & i have no other option apart from waiting.

I was even indicated that the previous car owner was not having the car title, which is very very hard to believe that a dealer had bought such a car. This makes me feel bad and quality of the car I was dealing with.

if you want to buy an used car, my suggestion would be to go elsewhere, after all they dont give the used cars for free and why do you want to waste even a single dollar of yours.

I've never had such an easy and pleasant experience purchasing an automobile! We found the car online, posted a note, and Steve Lin phoned the next business day. The financing was easy, we knew from previous experience we would have no issues with an Audi CPO vehicle. Steve greeted us when we arrived, showed us all the differences between our old and new Audis. He moved our things from the old car to the new, and stocked the new car with bottles of water! Dealing with Steve and Seth was a true pleasure!

This is my second car from Audi Plano and as always they were amazing!! If you're in the market to buy, go see Ricky Reed, he is the best and I will only buy from him! In terms of service, they have improved drastically and Michael was so helpful. This is a BUSY location, so for those people complaining about not getting in for a few weeks...it happens to everyone. If you ever have an issue with your service they are more than willing to fix it or help. I would recommend them over Audi Dallas who I used to go to and left due to poor customer service.

Keep in mind I live in Florida and they ship them to me. Goes to show you the level of care this team has.

Several weeks ago I was searching the Internet for "my" car. I entered everything I was looking for into the 'Search' and in an instant a beautiful Chevy Camaro SS, Victory Red with Rally Stripes, pops up. The only problem was it was in Plano TX and I was in Minneapolis MN. I reached out to Audi Plano through their web-site and a sales person named Andrew quickly assured me that the distance between me and "my" car was not at all a problem! Andrew worked with me during every single step of the process, including letting a couple of my friends, who live just outside of Plano, take the car for a test drive and thoroughly check the car out. In a few days, I was behind the wheel of "my" Camaro SS and driving it home to Minneapolis. The car was everything I was told it was; and it would not have happened if it wasn't for Andrew (thank you tons!) and the rest of the staff at Audi Plano. My buying experience could not have been any better! Audi Plano, from my personal experience, is a top notch business that will take care of you and deliver on their word.

It was a pretty decent experience overall. Car was as described and detailed well. Finance guy was helpful and quick to get us back on the road for the drive back to Missouri. My only two complaints would be that the factory car cover that was in the pictures was magically lost by the time I bought the car and it was supposed to come with two keys and one of those mysteriously vanished as well. No offer was made to fix either situation.

Whenever I take my car in for maintenance work or repairs, he always takes special care to fully explain to me what is wrong and exactly how it will be fixed. I trust his advice to always be true. I love my Audi and I am confident that James will continue to take great care of both of us!!

Overall my experience was great, I found an S5 at ...

Overall my experience was great, I found an S5 at a reasonable price and condition. All of my inquiries were answered quickly by 2 sales guys and the GM. I was picked up by Leo at DFW who was really professional and drove me back to Plano to test drive the S5. I was greeted by Israel (one of the two sales guys I had been dealing with) and was immediately made welcome. The car was just coming out of being washed so I only waited a couple of minutes before getting behind the wheel. It drove just as expected. I made one last request and they obliged. I was able to get the car up on a lift and check for myself the undercarriage and front wheel play it all checked out, plus the tech was very helpful answering some additional questions.

The only complaints I have are:
1) There was something I missed in the CarFax so I asked if I could get some more detail on it and met some resistance from a guy whom I d later find out was the second sales guy I had been dealing with whom I ended up introducing myself before he did. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Had I encountered this demeanor in my early inquiries I believe it would have deterred me from purchasing this vehicle.

2) I had a cashiers check in hand so my expectation was to be in and out as I had a 6+ hour drive back home. To my frustration and discouragement I was there for 3.5 hours mainly due to trying to be sold the extended warranty. It got to the point where I almost considered walking out.

Aside from these couple of issues I was very satisfied with dealing with Audi of Plano and would do business with them again now knowing what to avoid.

Worst dealership!
This is the first time I've visited this dealership to sell my 2017 Mercedes and I am pretty sure I wouldnt be returning to buy the Audi I would've later this year.

Going into the details, I posted my 2017 Mercedes on KBB as an instant offer and have received an email from Edgar at your dealership that you are interested in buying it. I clearly explained that I cannot go to all the dealerships I have received the offers from, due to the pandemic. I offered to send pics and everything that is required to appraise the vehicle and I was promised atleast a minimum of what was given by KBB (24,800$). Now, even though I received offers at 26000$, I made it to the dealership because those dealerships were way too far away. Edgar took the keys and wanted to appraise the car. I waited in the lounge for over 20 min and he came back with an offer that is LESS than KBB which is 24,500$. I asked if he could match the other dealership offer of 25,500$ and he went back to talk to your GSM. He now comes back after 20 minutes (while I wait) and gives me an offer of 23,000$. Isnt that ridiculous? Is this a kids game? I asked if he wanted to see the offer I received from another dealership for 25,500$ and he said No.

Now, I questioned him why his email said that he'd beat any written offer when clearly the managers aren't offering that. I left, frustrated after spending over an hour inside the dealership with my car
