He never pushed me into the sale and was very good in understanding my needs as well as the features I wanted. He found the exact vehicle that I was looking for (color, interiors and upgrades) and arranged a delivery to his dealership. He kept me informed while I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive from Germany.
