The worst service I have ever received for a luxur...

The worst service I have ever received for a luxury car brand in my life. Don't even deserve one star. Not just once and from one department but multiple times. Took my car in for a service, waited for 3 hours with no help. Asked for the first time on the status of my car after the first hour and was ignored, specifically by Hunter Wall. Saw the receptionist go up to ask him on the status of my car the first time since he was the only manager at the desk because it was still understaffed due to COVID. He told her he would be right with me and 40 minutes passed and no one came to talk to me. I finally personally approached him he was rude the whole time and said that he has no idea on the status of my car and that no one came to ask him about my car and I need to wait longer. Also, Evelyn Castro Clark in the finance department has been consistently rude. Have followed up on a refund and she has been disrespectful and degrading throughout all of the encounters stating she already sent me a confirmation, I didn't ask for confirmation, I asked for an update since there is no other way for me to follow-up. Avoid Audi Plano at ALL costs.
