DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM AUDI PLANO!!!! They knowingly sold me a lemon and lied about it. These people are deceitful and are only out to get your money. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle, I would go Mercedes or BMW which hold their value much longer than an Audi and are not just a Volkswagon with lip gloss. Because of the deceit and trickery that I experienced at Audi Plano I am losing close to $14,000. Also, Audi Corporate has absolutely no regard for their car owners. I have tried to call and make a claim multiple times, however they leave you on hold for close to or over an hour, when they finally answer, you get mysteriously "disconnected" and must go through the process again. I have absolutely learned my lesson and will never be purchasing from this dealership or company again.

Crockett was a very friendly salesman -- especially prior to my purchase of our vehicle, and he provided the best service I could have hoped for from the moment I walked in the door as he made his best efforts to sell me a car. I had visited 4 other Audi dealerships prior to Audi Plano, so I had done my research, and Crockett was the only one able to deliver on most of his promises and offer the best all around package. The communications were more delayed and he was more difficult to reach after I drove my car off the lot, but I would still recommend anyone looking to buy an Audi to meet with him to save time and money while avoiding the headaches that you may come across at other dealerships.

Horrible service! I purchased a polo and key chain for my husband last weekend (Father's Day present). I was going to exchange it, but the guy smelled the shirt to make sure it hadn't been worn. Give me a break!!! Forget it, I ended up returning it! Will never buy anything here again. There are other dealerships with much better service, even if it means I have to drive further.

Best experience ever! Entire team was professional and courteous. Wade in new car sales worked diligently to help me find my ideal car, and was patient with my needs throughout the entire process. Mr. Tiller, the GM, went out of his way to make sure my needs were met, and that I was completely satisfied. I could tell that my satisfaction was his priority. Andrew, the Finance Manager, was very knowledgeable about Audi services post purchase, and did a great job of breaking them down and explaining how they can benefit me individually. All in all, a great experience and a great team of employees. You should definitely visit them if you are in the market for a new Audi. You won t be disappointed, and you will drive home with the best deal ever on a new Audi.

Naftali was very persistent, patient, knowledgble about the product and always willing to help me get into the right vehicle. When I finally decided to purchased my q5, it was a very fast process. When I left the dealer the tire sensor came on so naftali advised me to bring it back for service which I did, they replaced the tire at no cost and his attentiviness was beyond expectations. I left my car in service since I had to get back to work so he offered me to take me back, when the car was ready he personally delivered my car at work.. very much appreciated.

This is one of the worst buying experiences I had!

They did not deliver the car in a condition that we agreed in writing. I had to go back and forth to get it corrected!

According to contract, issues related to breaking and alignment should have been corrected before I signed the loan , however I was not told that the issue still there when they delivered the car. I would assume they wanted to hide it?

After 2nd time they still did not get the wheel alignment corrected! I need to go there 3rd time . God knows if they will be able to fix it.

This kind of things are expected from no named small dealers, it s definitely not an expected behavior for a certified car from an Audi dealer.

There were no after sale call from dealership to check in.

Audi Plano has terrible sales team. I had to contact them one month ago via email to buy a new Audi Q5 since I was not contacted, I had to call them and spoke with one of their sales team members--James Birdsong. The sales person apologized for not getting back to me and promised to email me, and sent me list of vehicles. I sent him back my requirements with details then he didn't reply. I called several times and no reply. I had to contact Dallas Audi and finalized purchase with them which is far from my home. In order to bring this to the sales manger attention, I tried several times to contact the sales manager at the Plano Audi this week, and unfortunately, no reply at all for my voicemails. I see that how a business lose customer easily.

I had to yell at someone to get help. Bad place.

Recently purchased my first Audi from Audi of Plano. The experience couldn't have been better or easier. We worked with Marcio Velasquez, who was very friendly, easy to work with and excited to help us. Marcio did lots of research on the vehicle we purchased prior to us taking delivery so he could explain everything to us, if he didn't know something he found the answer. This was by far the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. Thank you again Marcio. I would highly recommend working with Audi Plano and Marcio in particular.

The dealership damaged my car and did not take responsibility for it. Poor workmanship, Robert, David and Joel very disrespectful and unprofessional. I gave them a lot of money to fix something then they damage my car and the work they did, simply did not last past 2 weeks. Communication is very poor here. And Joel the Service Director does not fulfill his promises. Avoid this dealership, go to Audi Grapevine!

***Travis (GM) - I called yesterday on 7/2 and left a message with an employee for you to call me back but I haven't received a call back. You have my phone number at the dealership so if you really wanted to resolve something then you would have reached out to me already.

The purchase process good. After purchase, horrible. When you by an Audi you expect a higher level of service and Audi of Plano did not even come close. Not recommended and I will not return.

Update: when I purchased my Audi, I did not received my Key Card Code in order to set up the AudiConnect, after my dealer calls not answered. Contacted Audi Customer Service and they have been fighting for two weeks in order to resolved, they have spoken with sales person "Gerelle Yeager" and he has yet to take action and respond. Truly do not understand on why is so difficult for me to get what I am entitled for. So, not even Audi Customer service can it resolved. This is just on top of all of the lack of follow up, support and customer service after the sale. This process has made me regret my purchase.

First time buying a car from Audi Plano, definitely will not be the last. My experience from beginning to after sale service was nothing short of amazing. Gino was my sales associate; he s very helpful and honest. He followed through on anything I asked of him. Given I m buying a used BMW, he let me take the car home and have my mechanic check out the car. He even offered to pick up my trade-in from my house after the BMW checked out great. Thanks to Gino and folks at Audi Plano for a great buying experience. I was in the office less than an hour to sign and drive, stress free and no drama.

The guy Chris the valet is top class he goes the extra mile ensuring all your personal items are moved to your loaner without you asking or even if you think you forgot to grab your charger or garage key he ll make sure they are in your car. I bought a used car with them, the money, they keep giving excuses to give my money back, and they don`t answer the phone or return calls, if they know who is calling on a problem specially if they need to give money back, I need the money to buy another car and they keep making excuses.
they said the car was serviced if it was they would know it was not ready to sell, the car was to give 27 miles in city and in about 100 miles it took 1/2 tank.
I hope I can get my money back.

Fantastic Dealership with great employees and a relaxed, no pressure approach. Gino Bresolin was helpful in finding the best model for me even when it wasn t the most expensive one on the lot. Pricing was already reasonable before we even started talking about lease vs buy options. He has since contacted multiple times to ask if I had questions and to help me setup some of the cars advanced online features. Andrew Ardissone on the finance team worked quickly to finish up my paperwork, explain warranty coverages and gave me a great deal. After many terrible dealership experiences before, I finally found a place I can recommend to family and friends. I thought all dealerships were filled with grifters and con-men so it s nice to do business with actual professionals for a change.

I have decided to take my case to court. I bet you, giving these guys a 1 on 5 rating is too high, they deserved negative point, at most zero. I wish we had the option of negative rating or zero. Please, take your car elsewhere.

I just had a horrible experience with Audi of Plano. I took my car there on Saturday March 17th for alignment. During this visit, I was told the back brake need to be replaced which I agreed upon. Later, I was told that in order to do the alignment, they have to replace split upper link, which I hesitantly agreed on. But was shocked when on Monday, they called me and told me, they have to do more replacements because they cannot take out a bolt. I told them this is an old car, I cannot do all these replacements. They should just assemble my car and hand it to me. By the way, the car was driving well when I took it to them. I went there for alignment because a fortnight ago while there, they recommended wheel change and alignment work. I already changed all four wheels.

The shocking thing in all these is that, while taking off parts, they destroyed many parts and never replaced them. Immediately I drove my car off Audi of Plano, I, discovered the steering was loose. I took it to a different garage because this is the second time that I am having issues with these folks at Plano. The first time, when they worked on my car, the brakes stopped functioning properly. I almost hit a car while leaving. So made a U turn back to them. They apologized and fixed it. Today, after destroying many parts, they just assembled broken parts despite they were destroyed by them upon trying to take it off. I do not want to say this is because of XYZ but I will go as far as I can to correct this wrong!!

I was contacted by Audi, they asked me to send pictures of the damage done, which I have sent. I am waiting for them now before I proceed!

They looked at my pictures and told me they followed standard procedure so the damage done by them is at my cost.

Please never you take your car to these guys. They are horrible. They will do more harm than good. Their goal is to destroy your car and ask you to buy a new car. Putting you in a circle of debt.

I will update you on my court case.

Service department always takes care of me. Any problems that I may run in to they are more than willing to make things right. Gave me a nice loaner when I had to bring my car back, at no cost. Audi Plano will always have my business. Sales and service.

I bought four (4) new tires from DFW Audi and was ...

I bought four (4) new tires from DFW Audi and was told that for the first year, there is a 100% coverage/replacement if anything should go wrong with the tire. Low and behold,my son ran over a nail going through a construction zone and Plano Audi was the closest dealership. He wasn't wanting to drive back through traffic, etc on a donut so he took the tire in and left it with the dealership.

When he got the call the next day, we were told that the charge to replace the tire that was under 100% warranty (FYI- the tire didn't even have 5,000 miles on it yet) was $70 and change. When he asked why, he was told we were responsible for taxes, labor and the pro-rated cost of the tire. Now, is where I got involved.

I called and spoke to Randy in Service and was told that my son was given incorrect information, the tire is covered at 100% but the cost of the tire is $135 and I paid $163 per tire plus taxes and labor. Now, I'm not opposed to paying the taxes and labor but I am opposed to paying a mark up that's on a tire that I should have bought elsewhere. And when I asked where that additional $30 charge is going because we both know it wasn't going to the manufacturer, I was told "I don't know ma'am, it's just the difference in the tire cost". Not to mention that this is a tire I was just told was covered at 100% for the first year. Baloney, it may only $30 but I know I'm not the first person this has happened to and I won't be the last. I also mentioned that I could have bought tires any place else and the tire would have been replaced with zero cost to me. Randy's response "I don't care ma'am".

Next time, I'll buy from another company and get the true 100% road coverage. We've also decided against buying a new Audi A-5. Congratulations Audi of Plano, you just ruined the Audi experience!

I went to Service center for the recall service for my 2018 Q5 car. The experience was pathetic, I was very disappointed and offended with the behavior of the service advisor Mr. Paul Berry.
Disappointed because they did not offer me to pick up when the service was done. I was just 0.5 miles away from this dealership but they told me to wait saying the driver had gone to Garland and may not come back within an hour. Other Audi dealership used to arrange Lyft when driver is not around.
And very offended with the behavior of the service advisor. He was answering to my questions while looking at some paper work. I don't know what kind of customer service it is, atleast I have never faced this. That's not the end of the story. The recall service was related to wheel line trimming and coincidently next day I could not find the wheel lock key in my car. So I thought the dealer might have forgot to keep the wheel lock key in my car and I tried to reach the service advisor to check that. Unable to reach him I left two voice messages to him. When did not receive any call back for few hours , on my way back to home from office, I went to the service center to check my luck if my wheel lock key is in service center. And I got a one liner rude answer from Mr. Berry that dealer do not use customer's wheel lock key , instead they use some master key.

I used to go Audi Grapevine, their service was excellent and I thought I will have similar experience with other Audi dealership, but unfortunately the experience was just opposite.

Just bought a new A6, and it was first class all the way. I didn't feel like I had to haggle, I was upfront with sales on what I wanted to pay and they treated me with the same respect to meet that # and get the deal done quickly. The Trade - In process went smooth. Only one unpleasant experience and that was a speeding ticket on the test drive (whoops) and what could have been a very awkward experience, Audi Plano turned around, with not only my sales person but all staff trying to make me feel better. Major props to Adrian! He went far and beyond! Thank you! I love my new car!

After going to two different Audi dealerships and being on the verge of just going back to BMW, due to the un professional experience, we decided to stop by the Plano dealership and we are glad we did. We were quite certain that we wanted an A6, but with the other two locations not listening to what we wanted or taking a moment to find what we wanted we entered Plano. The place was much larger and very busy. We needed to sign in (not pleased with that) wait but took some time and looked around. Our wait was not too long and then along cam Lee Castro. Upon meeting Lee he asked some very specific questions and listened. He knew he didn't have the exact car we wanted but then took the time to point out the prestige model on the showroom floor. We made the decision to see what kind of price we would be looking at since it had everything we wanted other than the color. Lee was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and up front which we appreciated more than anything. We would recommend this dealership to friends. We then worked with Riley on our final paperwork and were equally impressed. Great location, great people!

Brought my vehicle in for its second scheduled maintenance service, since I bought it pre owned. I just want to say, this was one of the nicest, and biggest Audi Dealers I've been to (comparible to Dallas, Fort Worth, and DFW Audi) Very nice waiting area, and service dept. Sent me videos of my car in the shop, updating me on the condition, and recommendations for my vehicle. Sent me messages back and forth, up until my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Gave me a loaner while my car was in service for 35k planned service, fuel induction, and wheel balance. I wasnt expecting much from I got there, but they really care for you the second you drive up. Nice apparel, and accessories section to check out too!

With their professional help, it was a easy and happy process to lock the model. The only advice I can share with others is that take your time to understand the contract before you sign it. You need read it by yourself. Don't reply on what they tell you.

My overall sales experience was good - probably the only saving grace of this dealership was that my sales person was literally young, innocent and her first day on the job. So, thankfully I didn't have deal much with "sales" people. The sales process took for the most part, all day. But, I was on my way in my brand new Q5. I went back to the dealership for a total of 3-4 times to try to find SOMEONE who could show me how to use my new car. The manager kept having brand new people who were literally sitting in my car pushing buttons trying to figure things out and teach me. I felt like I had a better grasp by using youtube. You would think if you are spending $55k on a brand new diesel Q5, someone would show you how to use it. I'm even more upset that today I called in to book my first service appointment, and am told they do NOT provide loaner cars. At all. WTH? I've owned other manufacturers and I thought it was customary to provide a loaner for service? I'm seriously debating trading in my Audi altogether over this one.

I was very impressed with the sales team at Audi Plano. Marcio was a top notch sales associate - he was very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle we were looking at, as well as how we could make the sale happen given our unique circumstances. We were able to purchase the car (at a very fair price) from Hawaii and have it delivered to our new home in Corpus Christi, TX (at no additional charge). It arrived in perfect condition the day after we moved from Hawaii. So far we love the car and would definitely recommend this dealership.

We (my family) just shifted to US (Texas) and I was not having any credit history in US. As you know that having a car in Dallas/Plano is not a luxury but necessity. My son has done some research and we have visited few Car dealers to find one car for us. We visited Audi Plano and it we were welcomed with open arms. Kenneth was the sales person assigned to us and he was excellent in helping and understanding our needs and explained what can be done looking at my current status in US. He has put me into executive plan and ensured that I get what I need and helped us to find our car. Kenneth and Taylor and then later Phillips have helped (looking at our current situation in US), guided and ensure that I get my car on time and all required paperwork are done before I fly out of US for my business visit. They stayed late and explained all the aspect of car and I must say we are enjoying our new Q7 It was one of the best customer experience I should say and it was my pleasure doing business with Audi Plano As a team they are excellent and special mention of Kenneth and Taylor Team, thanks you for your great help and hope to see you again for my second car

(Update as of 4/19/2017)- I traded in the 6 month old vehicle for something which fit my needs better and Nate was awesome and this time, he is one of the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. If you ever shop at Audi Plano, ask for Nate. In October 2016, I bought a vehicle from Nate Keron and it was one of the most straightforward, hassle-free experiences I have had in the 10+ cars I have bought. He is very open and well informed that, although I was interested in an another vehicle, he directed me towards the 2017 A4 which fit my needs perfectly. Also, trade-in negotiation was pretty straightforward given Autonation has multiple brands under them and so there is a higher chance to get most for your vehicle. In short, the experience was outstanding and it was mostly orchestrated by Nate. Highly recommend Audi Plano, Nate experience.

THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER AT AUDI PLANO!!! I visited the dealership and Richard Gouhin, Audi's Brand Specialist made my experience of buying my first German car a very special one. I only wanted to test drive the new 2015 Q3, no plans to buy one until a later time. Rich took his time to demo the car and in a very short quick negotiation, ended up with a great deal. It's amazing the negotiation took only 1/2 hour tops. I was in a hurry so Rich's manager helped push the financing representative to take good care of me. Many thanks to Rich and Audi Plano. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE!

I test drove a 2013 S4, and I told xxx (the sales guy) that if I buy the car please take the bike rack off and put it in the trunk.

I negotiate with xxx over email for a week, get xxx to where I want, and say okay I will come in tonight and get the car. xxx, says okay be here at 7pm. I get there and he is busy and it takes me 2 and a half hours to get the car, and the rack is still on there, and the finance department is gone.

xxx gives me the car as a demo and says come back tomorrow. I ask what time, and he says 7pm, and says if I get there at 7pm he will have someone waiting to take the rack off for me

The next day I get there at 6:45pm, he is nowhere to be seen. I go to the finance guys, sign the papers, now its like 8pm. xxx is still busy. 20 mins later he comes back to his desk and I'm like what about the bike rack, and he look at me and says "You want me to take it off? I told you everyone leaves at 6". His tone is VERY VERY aggressive.

I remind him of what he told me, and he denies it. Flat out says I'm wrong. I say okay and what about the gas? you didn't give me a full tank its almost empty. xxx lies again and says "buddy I put the gas in myself last night". Again, lying out of his teeth. I asked xxx if he is calling me a liar. I ask him to check the odometer from last night and check it now. I barely drove 50 miles (I was at work all day and the dealership is 20 miles away from me, each away).

He gets super aggressive and asks me if I want to cancel the deal. He says "with as much money as I'm losing on his car?! I'd be happy to see you leave". At this point THE SALESMAN IS YELLING AT ME.

I say yes, cancel the deal. The general manager comes by and defends xxx. He also tells me he did me a favor on the interest rate, which was the highest interest rate I have been quoted during my car search. He tells me to walk away from the deal. No service from ANYONE at this place. To make is worse, there are 4 employees hovering behind me calling me names and talking bad about me.

Worst people ever. They will give you no service, talk mean to you, call you a liar twice in a row, pretend they are doing you favors, and try to make you walk away from a car if they think you are getting a bargain.

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE.

This review is related to service dept only. I have an A5 ang get it serviced at Auid Plano. I've had 3 experiences of which only one was good. First time i set up appt in early am, when I got there, no loaner car available even though I had requested it in advance. They did their best to accommodate me so no harm no foul. Now, I had my 3rd service appt yesterday. I called Thursday to set it up, asked me if needed loaner car and I said yes. I show up for appt yesterday and they can't find my appt and obviously had not loaner car. The service consultant did not seem to concerned about it. She gave me one option which was to re-schedule my appt. So, I basically changed my work scheduled and drove 20 min to audi plano for nothing. What really bothered me was the lack of respect for my time and inconvenience. Its a pity because I'm happy with my care, the sales people were great and my lease if up soon enough but I doubt I want to keep working with this service department.
also, I emailed the general manager for the service department yesterday, still waiting on a response.

Went into the Plano Audi dealership and stood next to an Audi Q7 on the showroom floor for 10+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then the only vehicle sample was the showroom one and my wife and I couldn't test drive it. If this is the way you treat a potential customer... YOU HAVE LOST 1! **Update** Contacted the Audi dealership in Plano about a hour after we left. It turns out that there WERE Audi Q7's on the lot, but the salesman didn't want us to test them obviously. I WILL NOT be returning to this dealership. Very Disrespectful.

The worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I bought a pre-owned vehicle from them they delivered it dirty. Next day I noticed the vehicle was not alignment I call them to let them know about it they said ok bring it back so we can check it I couldn't took it back till few weeks later with less than 300 miles on it They didn't want to tale care of it. $240 to alignment that's rediculios it just cost around $100 dollars I did pay over $50.0000 For a used ford f150 King Ranch. I would never buy another vehicle from Audi Plano.

The sales person Steve was very friendly and helpful. They quickly located the car with our chosen color and the Prestige package we were looking for. Though it took extra 2 or 3 days more for the car to arrive than we expected , we had pleasant experience in picking up the car. Main features were explained well.

I had a phenomenal experience with Audi Plano thanks to Kenneth Fleeger. He listened to my list of wants and must haves, and helped me find the right car. I took my young daughters with me and he included them in the process; they loved it. The entire team there is great. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Kenneth if you're looking for an Audi.

Joe Peer and his sales manager, Riley Walker, made buying a new car easy and enjoyable. No nonsense and none of the old car sales tricks. Straight forward and straight shooters. Also, since cars today are so complicated and technical, Joe is there to assist AFTER the sale (poor guy has to tell me 3 times before it sinks in).

Peter Surma was our finance manager and he continued with the same great philosophy. No pressure to sell all the packages they have available (extended warranties, service plans, etc.). He just explains what you might be interested in and lets you decide.

These guys will take care of you!
