This is a review for my two experiences with my service contact Paul Berry. Im a first time Audi owner and Audi Plano is the closest service center to my home. I had an exterior item replaced on my car and the 2nd visit involved an oil change. Paul excels in communication and Im very happy with his overall customer service. He was courteous and explained to me the work being done on my vehicle.
