I recently shopped for a Q7 at Bellevue Audi. Ryan Ishmael and Lucas Soltman were the two that helped me and they offered incredible customer service. They are both extremely kind, not sales-y, and hit way above the mark in attentiveness and attention to details. They pulled out all the stops and provided a really great deal on a car, including finding special wheels because it was really important to me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for an Audi.

I leased an Audi A3 2.0 Quatroo a couple of weeks back from Audi Bellevue. The whole experience was smooth and with a blink one of my dreams of having an Audi was realized. Ludie was exceptional and was very patient with my enquiries and questions. He made me feel so comfortable and it seemed like Audi was happy to do quite a bit to have me as a customer. Full marks to Ludie for now I have realized my dream and also Audi added another faithful customer.

I had a mixed experience here. I purchased a used...

I had a mixed experience here. I purchased a used car from them, but one with extremely low miles, under 3000 mi. We traveled 2 hours to come here to see and drive the car and they were very accommodating and friendly. We let them know we were comparing several cars so we did not feel any pressure to buy a car on that first visit. The facilities are beautiful and welcoming. About a week later we had decided to buy the car we tested and I contacted the sales person with our decision. Because of the distance involved and our schedules we were unable to immediately come in to complete the purchase. They told me they could hold the car for us for 72 hours max. I offered to put a deposit down on the car to save it for us but they declined. I then offered to wire them the complete purchase price of what they were asking for the car and initially I was told that was not possible to do. After several days I was contacted by the sales manager who told me it was possible to hold the car if I wired the funds for the entire amount to them. I did make the wire transfer immediately and set a date about a week out when we could come down to complete the purchase. I asked them to let me know when they confirmed that they received the funds. I did not hear from them so I emailed them several more times over the ensuing days and never got a response that the funds were received which caused some anxiety on my part because I just sent $40K out to the ether somewhere and had no idea if it landed where it was suppose to.





The car is still under factory warranty so it should be a covered repair, but that still means making that 2 hours drive each way to get it done, when it should have been done before we took delivery. They either knew about the problem with the sun roof and did not tell us or they unaware despite their extensive surveys that the finance manager told us the car undergoes. Either way I have serious concerns about trusting them at this point. I expected more professionalism from the brand.

Outstanding service. Very friendly and extremely helpful. We were helped by Mike Kovaks who was outstanding. Mike went through our new Q7 with us in detail to help us understand all the cool features it offered.

All staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and stressed the importance of how important our experience was to them.

Would highly recommend Audi Bellevue to everyone.

I went with my friend yesterday to Audi Bellevue. He wanted to buy A4 or A5, he was not sure which one. The sales rep who helped us was Andrew Fox. And following are some of the most offending and pathetic experience we had:
1. We asked him to get price quote for A4 and A5. He goes in, gets only for A4.
2. I ask a couple of questions about the numbers he brought. His response - "Are you the person buying the car? No, so don't ask questions".
3. We negotiate for a bit and ask him to re-run the numbers. We remind him of the A5 quote, he says - "Oh for sure". Again comes back with just A4 corrected.
4. Again comes back with just A4 revised numbers. We ask him where is A5. He goes - "Oh, there is no point in running those!". So did he just assume that we are not capable of buying an A5? Are you serious?
5. The agent was outright rude. Lack basic sense of customer service. I talk to their customer service team, someone from their showroom calls up and be like - "Oh, why don't you just come back we will show you the A5. Do you understand that there is something called Apology?"

Please stay away from this dealership. They take you for granted. They do not value your business. Even if you live in the Redmond/Bellevue area, do drive down to Tacoma, Burien or some other dealership outside of these areas. They give you better deals, and more than everything they respect you and your business!!!

Daniel, the service rep, was excellent. I needed just an oil change, but I also wanted a full inspection of my A4, knowing it has many issues. When I picked up my car I got a full written diagnosis, but Daniel also gave me a full verbal rundown of the car's problems and what should be fixed as well as what is not necessary to fix but will be a concern down the line.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They overcharged me tax for $68 which I believe is illegal. They performed an oil change on the vehicle and didn't bother to replace the crush washer so the engine leaked about a quart of oil on to my driveway. I ended up fixing it myself after getting the run-around for almost a week. Finally they only provided one key fob so I am on the hook for an additional $200. Avoid these guys if you can. They have terrible reviews elsewhere as well.

She is very professional, knowledgeable, gental. She answered all of the questions I had, but didn't pressure me in any way. She answered my request when she was off shift! She was very patient working with me to finalize the price. Over all, I had great experience working with Sodi, got exactly what I wanted with the right price!

Great service, excellent attention to detail, exceptional buying experience.
Spencer Kinghorn was really knowledgeable and passionate when presenting us with different vehicles. He was also transparent during the sales process and gave us as much flexibility as he could when we were making our decision.

Would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend. And will be coming back here if I ever decide to upgrade.

Walking in for sales or for service, you get that 'snooty' feel right away. I'm talking of the Porsche dealership here, but even with higher end cars, one expects to be treated with respect as a potential customer or owner.

When I went in to buy my car, even in the economic downturn, I had the definite feel they were not going to be very helpful in finding the car I wanted. You would think when one spends $100k on a car, the dealer would really work to satisfy the customer, but that was not the case. If they didn't have the car on their lot or already own the production slot, all you get is them 'hedging'. I never quite felt like they were going to go and make sure they got me the slot for the car I wanted. When it came to price setting finally, I didn't feel they were anywhere near as willing to knock off the nickle-dime-back-and-forth and proceed quickly to a reasonable price, but rather they were going to see what they could squeeze out of me. So be it. I took my business to another dealer that was willing to work with me and be flexible on pricing.

For service... its sufficient. I was treated professionally and courteously but never quite felt welcomed. I suppose thats just the Puget Sound culture a bit, topped with Bellevue upity-ness (coming from the South), but the 20 something bimbos there to pick out a new car with their Ferrari driving boyfriends certainly got lots of attention from the staff. Maybe I should shop for an grown-up dealership.

I actually started my research for a car on Valentine's Day 2015 since I knew that my 13 year old car would probably need to be replaced in 2 years or so. I met Bryan and explained to him my plans. He was very thoughtful, attentive, a good listener, and gave me the specific information I asked. It was a very pleasant experience. Fortunately or unfortunately, my 13 year old car was totaled in an accident on 5 March. I knew exactly where to buy a new car, what kind of car I wanted, and from whom I wanted to buy it. I had to order my car and Audi Bellevue was so expedient given my new circumstances that my A3 arrived almost 3 weeks early. I have never had such a great experience buying a car. Bryan is now like family to me. I highly recommend Audi Bellevue!

Hayden and Sean were exemplary at what they do. I started my enquiry online as I was traveling. We went back and forth via email on the car specifications I wanted. I was very happy with the overall experience. I scheduled an onsite visit to test drive and was hooked with the exact car I wanted. I leased the car and went home very happy. I highly recommend Audi Bellevue and working with Hayden and Sean. It was a top notch experience.

I wanted to write a review as most people who are satisfied with their purchase don't bother to write reviews. Most people only write them when their bad.

My experience with Audi Bellevue & Autonation was nothing but the best. They were very prompt because they knew how excited I was. Most dealers don't want to deal with out of state sales let alone an all cash sale, but they never made me feel unwanted like most places I've contacted.

I had my car shipped super fast and easy! Then when sending the paperwork and title they worked tirelessly and even changed packaging labels for me to send out the paperwork I needed next day morning so I was prepared for my DMV appointment. During a pandemic this is tremendous.

A++ on their end. If you have a chance to visit or work with them for an out of state purchase the following employees are experts now: Risa, Adam, and Michael were a pleasure. I would highly consider shopping with them again even though I'm in NY.

I am delighted with our experience in this store. Once we made up our mind about which car we wanted, the whole process was surprisingly fast and straight forward. No pressure. No "always be closing!" Our salesperson, Gino Bresolin, was super cool too, he hunted down the car we wanted and delivered it to us without much fuss, but behind the scenes he probably sprinted around the giant lot, outrunning others so that we could get it!

I had a wonderful experience at Audi of Bellevue. The person I worked with was Kathryn Chang and she was absolutely amazing! I told her I wanted to look at the new 2017 models of the A4 and although they hadn't come in yet she was more than happy to let me test drive the 2016 models first. Not only that but she took the time to show me all the other models available both new and certified pre-owned as well.

Once the 2017 models did come in, she called me immediately and I was able to setup a time to go test the new model. I told my coworker about the new model and he was also interested so we decided to drop in unannounced before my appointment. Even without an appointment, Kathryn made sure we got to see and test drive the new A4s. They had literally just arrived and was still in the shop being detailed. Despite that the staff still made sure we got to test drive one and the car was absolutely phenomenal.

I'd highly recommend Audi of Bellevue and the sales team there. Very professional and extremely respectful of the customer.

Poor communication and failure to deliver. I purchased a Toyota Corolla on Jan 26, 2019. I cancelled Warranty an hour later. They have been giving me hard time trying to cancel the warranty and they did not provide me with any proof that the warranty was cancelled. When I checked my loan balance at the bank three weeks later, it was still reflecting the warranty charge. I have been struggling to get hold of a manager to fix the issue.

Smooth, open buying experience of a certified pre owned car. Initial online contact and follow up was slower than I'd have liked. Sales person Ben was friendly and professional. Dealership was nice. Only reason not 5 star is that check engine light came on 3 days after purchase and service department would not accommodate dropping in same day for quick computer diagnosis. Pretty surprising given I'd just bought the car from them and would have given this 3 star review but do want to acknowledge positive buying experience. Ended up bringing it to Audi Seattle which was flexible and did the 5 minute diagnosis to determine it was nothing serious and could be fixed on a later scheduled appointment.

Got a new car from Audi Bellevue, and I enjoy driving with it very much. Muhsin was very friendly and helpful to get a price that I could accept. He also showed me the detailed demonstration of each function in my car, and made general settings for me based on my preference.

Before I talked to Muhsin, the only thing I'm not satisfied with is the test driving, that is I have to have my car insurance ready to do the test drive. But this is my first car and I don't have any relatives here in U.S., how can I get the car insurance without a car, and why should I maintain the insurance when I haven't decide which car to buy. At least the store should have their own insurance which is also applicable for customers who don't have a car yet. It is also fine for me to sign an agreement to pay the deductible if there's any accident. But when I met another salesman at my very first visit, he didn't even ask if I could use their company insurance, and said the only way to do the test is to drive in the parking lot... I mean, what is the point of test driving a car at 5 mph? And his attitude made me and my 2 friends feel we were unwelcomed and we were all disappointed.

Anyway, thanks to Muhsin who helped with my car purchasing experience and finally earned my business, I got a car that I'm always interested in.

If been servicing my A6 avant here for years and I ve never had anything but a great experience. The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Explanations of service and fees are always upfront and fair. I ve never been surprised by anything they ve done and they ve always been accommodating of my needs such as sourcing the occasional part from a 3rd party (i.e. custom wheels) or needing transportation.

After a long conversation with parts department - two weeks of calling back and forth and around, I only needed the bottom portion... I was told that in purchasing a bumper for an A4 that it came as a complete assembly hence the $600 price tag. What I was sent was just the top portion and nothing else. Calling back to see where the mistake was made - they THEN tell me it does come in different pieces and because that bumper is a special order I cannot return it. The won't earn another dime from my business again.

Driving of the lot my brakes squealed as usual. Audi replaced the pads once and still the brakes squeal every time the first time I hit the brakes after the car was parked for a while. Again, none of my former cars ever did this !

Service was easy to schedule and arrange over the phone. There was no wait during drop-off, a service adviser met in the drive-thru bay. Service was performed in the estimated time and exactly to our satisfaction. The waiting area had free coffee and WiFi, and the service adviser was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience met our expectations.

Took a long time to make a cash purchase on a vehicle. Had to say no at least 15 times to all the protection plans they sell, but that s the nature of car dealerships. Would have appreciated a better estimate of how long it would take to get the keys as I was trying to surprise my girlfriend before dinner. I told them I did have motorcycle insurance in the beginning, and was surprised to learn that would suffice to get the keys. But in the end I end up stuck on the phone for a longer time with one of their insurance reps so I could give them a bigger commission, and get the propper insurance (with progressive who I already had). That representative ends up texting me the next day, sending emails, none of which I agreed to or wanted. I spoiled the surprise because I was too late. Got the keys though.

Called to setup a test drive and see if they could send vehicle to pick us up, they refused and said they don't do that for customers. I then called up Audi Tacoma they had no problem with providing transportation. It's clear Audi of Bellevue isn't interested in doing much for their customers.

I recently purchased a car from this dealer and was very pleased. Everyone treated us wonderfully. My sales rep Natascha was absolutely spectacular. She had the vehicle waiting when I arrived at my appointment and was extremely attentive throughout the process. She wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and any concerns I had were taken care of. It really was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Service sucks! My timing chain had failed and I took my car in. They replaced the timing chain, counter balance shaft chain and tensioner. I barely drove 10 miles and the engine started stuttering again. I called them back and they keep taking me in circles with no proper response from anyone. They can't even give me a service appointment. I'm stranded now with a broken car. Never go to audi bellevue for service. They talk all friendly the first time and for the life of God can't help you beyond that.

We just drove home after buying our 3rd auto from Barrier, now Auto Nation. We bought a new Audi Q5 TDI and absolutely love the car! Lukas and Angela are exemplary sales professionals. The "Barrier" very-attentive-sales-and-service experience still exists with the added leverage of Auto Nation. Lukas and Angela were able to quickly locate the Q5 we wanted and delivered it in a thorough, customer centric manner. My wife has always hated the purchase closing process, but she participated and enjoyed the results. While we were seated waiting for our keys, the attentive gentleman (I am sorry I don't know his name) from the free car wash we use recognized me and expressed a very friendly "hello and how are you?" I will be sure to learn his name when we bring our Q5 for its first wash. I highly recommend the Q5 TDI and buy it at Audi Bellevue!

Had tried several other Audi dealerships in area but none came through. Staci kept me informed, listened to my preferences and found my car. She is fantastic to work with. Dealership was awesome, too: fast paperwork and thorough knowledge of their Audis. Trust them to service my sweet Cab for years to come.

My wife & I were looking to purchase an A7 or an S7. Our first trip to Audi Bellevue was very positive. Our salesman, Alberto, was very professional and respectful of our time (we had been at another dealership earlier that morning). Knowing this, Alberto was very direct and established a comfortable environment for discussing our options. We live ~80 miles from the dealership. We decided to go back the following weekend to finalize the deal. Alberto had shown up early to not only bring our new S7 to the front but had also filled up the gas tank and warmed the engine so we could have our final test drive. Overall, the entire duration of purchasing was only about 3 hours including an hour-long test drive and all of the paperwork. Our negotiations were short and both parties were very open about the desired end goal. Overall, we felt that our time was valued at this dealership and will definitely be purchasing our next Audi through them.

We had an awesome shopping experience with Joshua, who was very patient and considerate in answering questions, confirming information and demonstrating the functions. He pulled the new car and the old car close together for us to easily move our stuff, and pulled the new car to a place with lots of light to make it easier to inspect the car. He also followed up to see if we have any questions with the car.

Since the dealership changed from being run by the Barrier family to AutoNation, everything about it has gone downhill. For instance, service there was always expensive, but when it was Barrier Audi, they really went out of their way to make sure the experience was pleasant and they basically always had loaner cars available. Now they don t really seem to care about customer experience at all and the lead time to get a service appointment with a loaner car is 3 weeks. They also aren t very reliable about returning calls when you leave a message.
This is the same change I have seen at other former Barrier dealerships that AutoNation took over.

This is probably my first hand experience writing a negative review but AutoNation deserves every bit of it.
The first time I came in I called and made an appointment to see an A4/A5 and requested a salesperson who was referred to us by a friend he sounded nice and phone and asked me to reach out by call/text to his direct line.
Well I reached on time and called/texted him no response, talked to receptionist who asked us wait as he is occupied with other customers(okay !) I was waiting for about 20-25 min then asked the receptionist for an update to our shock she said she couldn't find us and assumed we left, we were sitting right across from her,and then went on to text the person we had booked the appointment he replied to her and not us by saying to turn them to a different person, okay first of all why did you even give me an appointment time when you cannot honor it secondly we've waited for about 45min without even someone showing up to owe us an apology, at this time I gave up and went to a different place.

The Second time I went in with a friend still trying to buy A4 or A5, I am still not sure which one as I didn't get to see on yet! The sales rep who helped us asked us basic questions and since I asked for Red colored A4 and any colored A5 he went on said there isn't one on lot with red color but could show us another if we are interested, I said ok. This follows a series of weird things
1. Forget about driving the car he didn't even allow us to sit in any A4, we had see the inside of the car from the window ! can you believe it ? I thought ok since its not the color I want let just continue to work the numbers
2.I asked him to get price quote for A4 and A5. He asks for my budget and then goes in, gets only for A4.
2. I ask a couple of questions about the numbers he brought (to match the price on website for lease). His response -We don't have that on lot as its sold, I asked him to bring me a quote for a similar priced car as they have 10 or more for same price range, goes in brings a higher number than advertised.
3. At this point my friend got involved and asked him couple of questions on how the lease is calculated the sales rep put up an angry with a reply "Are you the person buying the car? No, so don't ask questions". (Friends/Family accompany you to suggest things on behalf of you, thats how its been done majority of the time)
4. At this point we could have just walked out but wanted to see where this was heading we negotiate for a bit and ask him to re-run the numbers I remind him of the A5 quote, he says - "Oh for sure". Again comes back with just A4 corrected. I asked him where is A5. He goes - "Oh, there is no point in running those!". we will be wasting our times seeing that, So did he just assume that we are not capable of buying an A5?
5. The agent was outright rude. Lack basic sense of customer service.
next morning I did get a call from their sales manger as my friend already left a review at this point, his response was my guy just denied you showing an A5, if you want you can come in and I will help you see the car, um nope.

We went to Audi Tacoma, were treated lot better and got our A5 the same day we went there. You guys just lost a customer, just like that !

Please stay away from this dealership. They take you for granted. They do not value your business. Shopping around for a car is hard and especially if you live around Bel-Red area, AutoNation simply has no right to assume/treat their customers based on the car they are shopping for or anything else for that matter.

Very helpful staff. Even though I was buying a used BMW, no one tried to sell me an Audi. I requested some help five days after buying the car and they responded promptly.
Only thing is the car I bought has brakes that squeaks a lot. Need to get that looked after but was expecting Audi would have taken care of it before selling it to me.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Also, MUCH more professional and quicker to follow up than University Audi. Sean Winkler was super knowledgeable and nice. The rest of the team there from the finance guy to the Sales Manager to the General Manager were all awesome as well. Highly recommend.

They where very helpful and worked with me to get the exact car I wanted. They Tried to be very communicative with me about my status, but one minor detailed made it a little more difficult than it should have been. A email address was put in just so slightly wrong, but they made up for it with phone calls. I appreciate their survive very much. Great Job!
