The 3 rating is because of Finance manager "wonnie", except that this dealer is pretty good.
wonnie is rude and doesn t know how to talk to customers , was asking questions about, and reply says how many times I need to explain you and she doesn t have patience , because of the sales guy, I bought the vehicle , his name is Danie.

I took my Audi Q7 in for suggested maintenance based on mileage. The service department took complete care of me and my car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it wasn't ready and would not be ready for a few more hours. I was provided a nice Audi A4 to drive home. A service member delivered my Q7 to my driveway that evening and took the A4 back to the dealership. I am very happy with the dealership and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

From start to finish this was my best car buying experience. Cole was fantastic at providing me vehicle listings that suited my search parameters. Scheduling a test drive and trade in appraisal was smooth. Trade in value was extremely fair and better than other offers. The day of my purchase my schedule was cramped but the signing process was expeditious while all the financial aspects were transparent. Looking forward to enjoying my car and working with Audi Bellevue in the future.

I took my CPO A4 to Audi Bellevue just to get a wheel that I had curbed swapped out with a replacement wheel I had purchased. I did not have an appointment. A Service Advisor, Michael H., met with me, listened to my story and immediately started preparing the service order to take care of me. During his review of the records on my car, he discovered that the first complete service provided free through my Audi Care contract was about to expire. In the time I expected it to take to replace the wheel, not only was the wheel replaced but the tires were rotated, my car got a complete Audi Care servicing, and a complete inspection was done. Not only did Michael provide prompt, courteous, comprehensive service, he kept me from losing a servicing on my car that I had paid for and he provided a lot of information on what it means to be an Audi owner and the services available at Audi Bellevue--all information I should have been provided when I purchased the car at Audi Bellevue. Thank you Michael H. and Audi Bellevue for employing courteous, conscientious, and caring people like Michael.

It's hit or miss with the service department of th...

It's hit or miss with the service department of the dealership sometimes. Usually it's great service but once in a while you'll get someone who's helping you and they're not that helpful or they don't believe you when you tell them you already checked your brakes yourself and there is something wrong. For the most part they get a good rating though. I love the loaner cars.

Ordering parts from Audi Bellevue was a comedy of errors. After a home burglary, it took over 4 weeks to order a replacement key when Audi told me it would be 3-4 days. There is a total lack of coordination between the parts and service department and there appointment processes is clearly broken.

My wife and I bought our brand new Audi A5 just 4 days ago. What can I say about the service and hospitality that I received? SIMPLY AMAZING! Quoc Quach (Benson), the Sales Specialist at Audi Bellevue WA was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and caring person. We did not feel that we were forced to buy our Audi. My wife and I ended up sharing our unfortunate personal family situation that we went thru and still going thru with Benson. Why?? Again because he made us feel like his own family member. Not a moment that we felt like he was just a car salesman trying to just sell a car.
THANK YOU Benson for your service, hospitality and being a good human being! You have certainly earned our business for a lifetime and we will refer you to our friends/family looking to purchase Audi cars in the future. Audi Bellevue should commend you on your commitment, dedication and customer service skills!

My colleague and I were in the market for Audi vehicles. Based on my previous experiences with the dealership I recommended Audi of Bellevue and so we went to test drive. The sales associate Benson was unprofessional and his answers were in a condescending tone of voice. As a matter of fact, during the test drive of a Q7, when I asked him about an optional feature, he had a sudden violent outburst which was absolutely uncalled for, especially with my colleague s wife and children sitting in the back. The fact that I recommended this dealership to my colleague, who is the head of our intensive care unit at our hospital, to say the least was extremely embarrassing. From my previous cross shopping of luxury cars, I know that this dealership has a great reputation, but unfortunately, this sales associate ruined our experience.

Worst service ever!! We bought our AUDI here and they promise an equivalent SUV every time we get service here. But now, they don t offer loaner cars as they are low on the inventory!! They change their terms based on convenience.

Audi had a manufacturing defect in one of the parts and we were there because of that, and added an paid internal detailing service. We were promised same day evening, and it was not ready. They said next day morning, and we were called to inform that they provided internal detailing to another SUV, and they need another day to complete service for our car!!!! Total mayhem. I would stay away from this dealership whatsoever

Auto nation"s changes to the car wash is disappointing. They now have 2 customer lanes instead of 3, and open at 9am instead of 7am. As a result lines are always unreadablely long. This defocus on the customer is sad. While I would have returned to Barrier for my next car, I won't for Auto Nation.

Ben knew everything about the Q5's from top to bottom and had great suggestions for how to best experience all the Q5 had to offer on the test drive. He was very much an advocate for me with in management in finalizing the deal. An all around awesome experience.

I had the intent to "window shop" for my next Audi as my lease was ending soon. I walked onto the showroom floor to look an an A5,. I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was given a few options to look at as I described what I wanted. Went for a test drive and was sold. My sales representative, Lena Lang, was absolutely amazing. She let me take the lead as I was very familiar with Audi cars and the surrounding area in which we drove. This is my 5th Audi (actually 6th if you count my girlfriend's Q5), and I am very happy!! This is by far the best dealership I have ever encountered. I look forward to returning in the future.

My 1st experience at Bellevue Audi i can say i was a bit disappointed. This is my 1st Audi and when checking in for 55,000 mile service appt. I wanted to learn as much as i can about my audi that i just purchased. I checked in with Shane and his communication with his customer was dry, aloof and overall flat and arrogant delivery. I asked Shane if they could check some things i was concerned about, as i was asking about the items, Shane made no eye contact and kept just saying mmmmm and he gave me the impression that i was wasting his time. I finally asked him "does mmmmmmm mean that is normal"? He replied firmily and blunt, "that means i heard you".

Later that day he called me and said that they found that the stabilization sensor on one tire needs to be replaced. I then asked him what did they find out about the transmission and engine? He replied very rude and said "those are all tied in"! His communication with his customers might not seem intentional on his part however as his customer he made me feel that I do not know anything.

This was my 1st and probably last visit with Bellevue Audi which is too bad because everyone else seemed very positive and upbeat and they actually cared about their customers however 1 bad apple can ruin the entire team.

Can t say enough about my salesperson, Rio Hoxha. He is well versed on all the Audi models and the unique features of each class. He is patient, polite and a pleasure to work with. Had a misunderstanding in regard to the financial side but that was quickly resolved by Rio and GM Mike Spencer. Super happy with Audi Bellevue

We had an awesome car buying experience with Chase at Audi Bellevue. We told him our parameters and he showed us the cars we asked to see and no one tried to talk us into a different vehicle. We left totally happy with a great deal on our new car! In fact, my husband who is never happy with car buying said it was the best experience we have ever had!

Not to mention, it is a perfect car for us, we are very happy to own an Audi!

Repeated routine service & sales fails.

Repeated routine service & sales fails.

-The dealer failed at correctly recording my service intervals correctly, so they tried to convince me the car wasn't due for service. When they admitted their fault, the service representative laughed that he had made the mistake a year prior. Don't count on them to tell you when your car is due for service!

-Don't expect the dealer to cover much if any warranty claims. They make it painful.

-Don't expect much more than a rinse if they offer to wash your car. For a luxury brand, it's almost comical the service this dealer thinks it's providing. Everything is done with half effort to check an Autonation box.

-The dealer went out of its way to charge me $3.60 for gas in the loaner when I had driven it less than 3 miles (I work close to the dealer).

Customer service isn't this dealers priority. My wife and I are in the market for a luxury SUV and we're steering clear of Audi Bellevue and Audi in general because of these guys. Their sales staff reached out to me for a potential upgrade and trade-in of our current car. I responded both times they reached out and they failed to get back to me on a potential trade-in or upgrade. We'll be looking into BMW and Mercedes SUVs. If you stick with the Audi brand, do yourself a favor and get your service done at Seattle Audi. Their service is much more consumer friendly and easy to deal with.

They have been absolutely great to deal with and have handled the few issues we have had with our car promptly and correctly. Dave our service writer was most helpful and great with follow up and explanations without the feeling of being hustled into replacing other things that "might" need to be replaced.

Best Customer service!!! We bought pre-owned Q7 on Dec 11th. Paul and Joe were really good. We spoke to Joe at phone and scheduled the time. When we reached there Joe was with another customer, therefore, he asked Paul to show us the car so that we don't wait. We really liked it. We didn't have to wait et all. Paul was highly professional. He has cleaned the table with alcohol wipe before we sit there, following the Covid guidelines. He showed us the each and every feature of the car in parking lot . Paul joined us in test drive to show us more features. We were fine having him in the car and he was wearing his mask properly all the time. We took the car to our home, Redmond, to show our girls and Paul was totally fine with it. Our girls loved the car and we bought it same evening. Audi's customer service was highly respectful!!

For the past couple years when I brought my car in...

For the past couple years when I brought my car into maintenance, it was quickly done by 2pm at the latest. I always book the earliest appt (8:15am) so I can have the rest of my day to do things. Communication was great and rep was proactive in letting me know the progress of the work being done. This past time I went, I dropped my car off at 8am for the earliest appt at 8:15am. By 3:40 pm, I didn't get any response so I had to called and ask my rep what's the status of my car. Rep said he'll call back in 30 mins after checking with technician. I didn't get a call back until 4:20pm saying it'll take another 30 mins for my car to be done (mind you the service department close at 5pm on Saturdays). I came to pick up my car at 4:50 and the paperwork process was snail pace. Rep/tech misplaced my key somewhere so it took them another 15 mins to locate my keys. I was out the door and in my car at 5:15pm and it looked dirtier then when I brought it in kcarwash left streaks of dirt on my car and side mirrors looked like it went through a paint shop.) Past maintenance experience was great but this last one was below average, so I balance it out for average.

I wish I could give negative rating to this most useless shop. They took my vehicle for whole day for a minor AC smell repair, wasting hours of my time doing absolutely nothing. All I heard back was some meaningless excuses and lies that even a 1 year old kid will not believe.

I just took out my car as-is and didn't want to spend even a single minute scolding them.

Since I have better things to do in my life than dealing with these irresponsible folks I am letting them off without suing them.

If you have no will to keep your promises to do your job, don't take appointments, don't keep cars and definitely don't waste hours of other precious time.

First, I had to wait on hold for almost an hour to...

First, I had to wait on hold for almost an hour to talk to someone to schedule my first Audi maintenance. When someone finally answered, the phone hung up. Not willing to wait again, i left a message for a call back. 3 days later, and no call back. I tried to call back a few days later, still a 20 minute wait time to talk to someone. I tried to book an appointment online, only to have the website tell me my VIN wasnt valid. FINALLY, I got ahold of someone to schedule the appointment for an oil change.

The dropoff was lengthy, taking almost 20 minutes. Then, I had to wait about 30 minutes for a shuttle to take me to work. I was told the car would be done by noon, but someone would call me when it was ready. At 130pm i called Audi and was told there was ONLY one person in the entire shop that could tell me if my car was done, and he was busy. So I was told I would have to wait for a call back. Finally, after getting a call back and being told it was ready, i asked for a shuttle to bring me back to the dealership. I was informed that the shuttle wouldn't be there for about 1.5 hours. I have meetings to attend all day and dont have time to wait 1.5 hours for a shuttle. My only option was to sit and wait, or to pay for an Uber to return me to the dealership. Once I arrived, the car pickup went fine.

Overall, a bad first experience and I will probably drive the extra distance to go to the Audi in Seattle. I have used dealerships for maintenance for 20+ years, going to BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Inifiniti and even Ford and Nissan, and have never had this much of a headache to just get an oil change done on a 1year old car. I cant comment on price, as the first oil change is complimentary on Audi's.

As a sports car enthusiast, I felt like i was working with a fellow sports car enthusiast from the start to finish. They will have my business in the future

The salespeople do not take enough precautions regarding COVID. Many salespeople did not wear masks, even after being asked,. They are not socially distancing, and touching all surfaces and they do not wipe or sanitize their hands afterwards.

They provide great service if they feel like they can get a sale, but they do not have great customer service if they feel like you won't purchase from them.

Had a great experience getting a new Q7 recently. My sales rep Angela was really nice and helpful, and Josh the sales manager really worked with me on a good deal. Only reason this is not a 5 star is the week before I talked to another sales rep (whom I will not name) who basically didn't seem to want to sell me a car.

Comments from my wife Carissa and I: First of all our family Aunts and uncles, had mixed experience in past years about this dealership when they bought 2 expensive cars.

NOW we have the opposite experience mainly due to our sales advisor Melissa N and some of the others at the dealership in finance and Management. We were treated with no pressure but given lots of good info on the differences among various models of Q5 and Q3. We quickly realized that SQ5 was the one and did most of the pricing from home via text and email. Melissa N was very responsive and prompt and friendly, honest. Came in the next day and discussed more on price and tax issues and bought the car. After 2 test drives its a great driving car and has lots of features to learn, or if you don t want all the electronic gizmos, turn them off. I do prefer the various options-once you read the manual on certain topics its not so hard to get used to. But its up to you.

So in conclusion I will always use Audi Bellevue as my Audi source and especially deal THRU MELISSA N. BTW I have over the years bought 7 of my last 10 cars from Autonation in CA and WA and am pleased with their service and sales tactics. Little pressure and very fair. Bellevue seems to have hired the right people for this type of customer interaction. I tried other in both areas and was not so pleased too much pressure and not enough care.

I went into Bellevue Audi on a Sunday morning with a pretty solid idea of the car I wanted, but wanted to try a few other models before making my decision. The Dealer who greeted me, Joey, took me on multiple test drives in different vehicles and took the time to let me get a feel for each car. When it came time to talk numbers, Joey and the financing office presented me with a broad range of options, and negotiated with me until we reached an agreement. I was in a time crunch and needed to run an errand before signing the final paperwork, so Joey let me take my new car (which I didn't actually own yet) on a private drive to run my errand while they drew up the paperwork. Upon returning, completing the paperwork and making the down payment took about 30 minutes, during which time they filled up my new car's gas tank, installed my rubber floor mats, and gave the car a fresh wash and wax. I'm super happy with my decision to work with Bellevue Audi!

First time here after relocating to the area, and I have to say this was the best customer service I have ever received at an Audi dealership. Curteous and actually on time! I had a waiting appointment and they kept their word in terms of how long I would wait for. They even beat their fair estimate. They also have a comfortable seating area with refreshments if you ve never been to one before. Highly recommend!

Do not buy your car here. Better yet: do not buy an Audi. Ever. This review is for Audi of Bellevue's Service Department. Bought my brand new 2015 Audi at Audi of Bellevue in September 2014. Did all my regular service there.

In December 2016, at 31K miles, my clutch went out. Audi is telling me it's wear & tear and therefore not covered under warranty; saying that I'm responsible to pay the full amount of a new clutch - $3,800. Dan Rubin was my service advisor. I was treated like just another number. I then talked to the Service Manager- no help whatsoever. Kept patronizing me and repeating that it's wear & tear and that his hands were tied- totally unwilling to admit that a clutch doesn't just break after just two years, 31K miles.

We walked in unsure of what to do. No one approached us and asked if we needed help. I finally asked a guy what we needed to do to look at a used car we wanted and after that everything went great. Nick Taylor quickly brought the car around for a test drive. I was expecting to spend most of the day there, I have never purchased a car in less than five hours but this only took two and a half. Our time with financing and the signing of all the paperwork only took a few minutes. They gave us every bit of information about the car that was available, Carfax, Kelley Blue Book, what their own service department found and fixed. I will definitely recommend and buy from Audi Bellevue again.

Excellent service, was provided a loaner car, Julie was very helpful and the issue was resolved the first time! Would go there for service over a local generic shop next time, which charged me the same price for an oil change but forgot to replace the crush washer which caused a leak that Audi Bellevue had to fix. Luckily that shop refunded me, but I should have just gone to Audi Bellevue instead and gotten a loaner and better overall service.
