Since the dealership changed from being run by the Barrier family to AutoNation, everything about it has gone downhill. For instance, service there was always expensive, but when it was Barrier Audi, they really went out of their way to make sure the experience was pleasant and they basically always had loaner cars available. Now they don t really seem to care about customer experience at all and the lead time to get a service appointment with a loaner car is 3 weeks. They also aren t very reliable about returning calls when you leave a message.
This is the same change I have seen at other former Barrier dealerships that AutoNation took over.
