Almost good until I got home and realized how poor...

Almost good until I got home and realized how poor the quality control is. The car interiors weren't vacuumed, the floor mats weren't put in place, the exterior was washed last minute when I got there to pick up. This is my 2nd service with this center and both have been similar.

I liked service at Audi, University Village so much better.

On Saturday, September 3, I walked into a BMW deal...

On Saturday, September 3, I walked into a BMW dealership, ready to lease an X1. and when we sat down to make the deal, I felt that we were treated so horribly, with no room for any negotiations. On top of that, we came in specifically because of an ad ON THEIR OWN website regarding a lease special on the car I wanted. They basically told us that the special doesn't apply to the car I just test drove even though the BIN number of the car on the ad and the one I was trying to lease was the same. Needless to say, we walked away so frustrated, unhappy and disgusted. We came home and I texted Cole at Bellevue Audi because a few weeks back, I test drove the 2016 Q3 and I loved it. It took him only seconds to respond back to me. He answered all my questions and told him that we will be there shortly to take a second look on the Q3. He made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we walked in. After seeing the Q3 for the second time, I made a decision to go with it. Cole just made our horrible day so much better. My overall car buying experience with Audi of Bellevue was amazing. My sales associate, Cole Lancaster, is top notch! Good job, Cole and Audi of Bellevue. You just earned a loyal customer.

Needed to have a headlight bulb replaced. In the ...

Needed to have a headlight bulb replaced. In the past (with Barrier), they would have just replaced the bulb on the spot and just charged me for the part. Now, with AutoNation, my car had to be taken down to the service shop for the bulb replacement and the cost was double because it included service shop labor.

AutoNation has also done away with the free lifetime car washes that I received when the dealership was owned by Barrier. AutoNation blames this on public seizure of the car wash building for light rail. Maybe AutoNation should build a new car cash to keep the promise made to earlier customers, with the money they were given when the old car wash building was condemned.

I loved Barrier and I'm sorry to say that AutoNation just doesn't seem to provide the same level of customer care. Yes, there's a nice latte machine in the waiting area, but where's the service desk guy who can replace a light bulb on the spot, and just charge you a few bucks for the bulb?

For the price that one pays for a name and brand like Audi, I definitely received great service and care as the reputation holds. I'm definitely coming back here.

I haven't owned a car in 8 years so driving up to the maintenance center was foreign to me. I pulled up and wasn't too sure what to do. Upon arrival, you first see a business dressed agent who will greet and help direct you to your service advisor. My advisor that day was Alexis, she's very friendly, efficient, informative, and got me out the door within 15 minutes. She walked me to the loaner car for the day and let me know she'd keep me informed throughout the day as my car was being serviced.

As a woman of her word, she called me twice through out the day providing status of my car. I came back to the service center and walked up to her and again, she got me out the door within 15 minutes of being there with my car freshly cleaned/cared for. Great customer service!

Ridiculous price for service maintenance with unne...

Ridiculous price for service maintenance with unnecessary add ons without itemized pricing. They just tell you a package price and after paying thousands, I can t justify the costs compared to the service provided. It seems like they just want to squeeze the maximum out of each customer that comes in for service instead of providing fair price for the service. I can understand that it cost more to service a luxury car but not at an exorbitant price. Highly not recommended.

This dealer does fine service work and we have had mostly no issues over the years. That said, I was shocked when my daughter brought home our 2018 A3 with an invoice for over $300, parts and labor, to replace the plastic piece on the bumper used for mounting the front license plate. I m sorry but that s unconscionable price gouging. The original one fell off while the car was stationary in the driveway. I should have put it back together myself obviously.

I had a great experience at Audi Bellevue. Austin Davenport took very good care of us. He quickly helped us find a great car, the negotiation over price was fair and straight forward and he made the entire process painless. He spent the time to explain the details of the car and made sure to follow up and check that we were completely satisfied. Austin and his management were absolute pros and I would definitely highly recommend Audi Bellevue. Thanks Austin!

We went to Audi Bellevue to look at the Q3 and Q5....

We went to Audi Bellevue to look at the Q3 and Q5. I had specific requirements for a new car, particularly safety features. I also wanted sufficient cargo space, decent gas mileage, and an assortment of other features my current car did not have.

I was fortunate to have Muhsin Bodur as my salesman. He clearly explained the differences between the two models and, when I decided the Q5 had more of what I was interested in, spent a lot of time explaining the options available. There was never any pressure, no you have to decide now or you might lose the car routine - just incredible patience and willingness to answer my questions.

We decided to go home to discuss our options and Muhsin gave us the printouts about each of the cars we were considering and made sure we had his contact information for any other issues. We went back the same day, made the decision and, after thorough explanation of all the features in the car, drove off into the sunset!

Personally, I think my experience was exceptional, largely because Muhsin was the ideal salesman. No pressure, tons of patience, straightforward and clear. I m loving my Audi and I d highly recommend Audi Bellevue and Muhsin.

Outstanding experience! The sales rep (Joey Rothstein) provided the perfect amount of care during our decision process. He provided input when requested yet left us alone to explore different options. When it came to closing the deal, he represented both the company and our needs and we secured a very fair deal. After purchasing the Q5, we encountered a catastrophic tire failure @ 400 miles and the Bellevue team (led by Joey, Josh (Sales Mgr) and Kevin (Svc Mgr)) decided on a course of action to get us back on the road. This was outstanding after market care. The team did a great job and I appreciate Joey as my customer representative. Well Done!

I live five hours away from Audi Bellevue and needed to carefully coordinate my 60000-mile service. Audi pre-arranged a drop-off time and courtesy car to meet my schedule. The service center is large and clean, so I felt covid-safe. Bradley gave me an awesome A4 to use and service was completed early. I couldn't be happier with Audi Bellevue's service.

Very disappointed after recent service experience....

Very disappointed after recent service experience. The car was at Audi Bellevue for 10 days. When I got it back, the exterior of the car was coated with some kind of residue that I cannot clean off. They offered to do a detail on the car, but the next available appointment is 7 weeks away. Meanwhile my car looks terrible. I cannot see clearly out of the windshield and the whole car looks spotted and dull. After 6 years, i will not be returning to Audi Bellevue, but will take my business to another Audi dealer, probably University Audi.

SCREWED UP MY ORDER AND WAS UNAPOLOGETIC! I ordered a 2011 S4 sedan with every option in late December for 500 above invoice. I went over the order several times with my sales consultant before finalizing it. Eventually the car arrived in April, but when the sales consultant sent me the order sheet, I noticed that the car is missing the Nappa Leather Trim. There was some half-hearted apologies from the sales consultant (she brushed it off as "someone" else input the order for her and screwed up) but she still pushed me to take the car. However, I refused since it wasn't the car that I ordered in the first place. The car was quickly sold despite her plead that such a highly optioned car would sit on her lot for a "long time"

I contacted her again in August wanting them to make things right by ordering me a 2012. I asked her if she could order me a car for November delivery at invoice to make up for her mistake. She stated that these cars are selling so well now (she said she delivered 3 of them that weekend) that she cannot even honor the original pricing of invoice + 500 (now she wants invoice + 800).

Watch out for these dishonest thieves!

The experience was good. It was efficient and that was important. Also I was able to stop by when they had a nice deal on a new 2018 A6 (now old version, replaced by an all new 2019). Since I care most about what is under the hood, and transmitting power to the wheels, I didn't care about all the tech & electronics the new model offers. Tom Alvarado was very helpful and nice during the experience, so I would recommend it as a convenient and friendly place to try to shop for a new Audi in the Seattle area.

Update, July 2020:
So after all the excitement, about 6 months into the ownership, I felt the car's transmission was a bit clunky. I figured it might be weather (temperature) caused or an issue with the computer (that seemed to be more realistic). I mentioned it during the 1st scheduled service, they said all was OK.
Since then (from Nov. 2018 until now) the problem seemed to be getting worse. Finally about a month ago it went into complete misfires (flooring the gas gave absolutely no response once or twice, and on 2, 3 other occasions, the car doesn't shift up almost redlines - one has to back off, let it collect itself). Not to mention the more frequent jerks in low gears (cruising on the freeway was still good)

So i went to the dealership's service center in Bellevue and reported this. They tried to replicate it by driving and said they couldn't. They offered an alternative to leave a car with a technician for a week or two straight so they can drive and try to replicate it. I mean what would replicating do if i am describing it in detail?? I wasn't ok with that, especially given the corona-times we are in, so I asked if they could just re-upload the program that controls the ecu & transmission. So then I was told this wasn't the typical protocol so they wouldn't do it.

So I suppose one buys a 55+ k$ car and they are supposed to drive on a misfiring clunky transmission until it fails for it to be in the protocol? Or maybe for the warranty to expire??

No thank you!! Just traded the car in for a BMW.

Well at least Audi of Bellevue lost a customer, that i know for sure.
I am sure that Audi brand is solid, i always wanted the quattro, so it was great to get it. But it just wasn't what i expected. To have this happen on 15k miles and a car less than 2 years old is absurd, or maybe something one expects from a VW, the parent company. Certainly this car wasn't close in ride quality to the '98 a6 my father used to drive.

Still, I am sure that this is a program bug, not a mechanical one - likely an easy fix. Or maybe I am wrong (will never know, so who cares)....but it all maybe wouldn't be so bad if the dealership scratched their "protocols" and respected their customer.
Maybe they would have fixed it, and my confidence in the brand fully restored. Heck, I prepaid services for 5 years and gave my trust initially thinking this would be the car to keep...Too bad, but onto a better experience for me.

What a great experience! I know that buying a car can be a pain, but Cole and Vin made it a smooth and easy experience. This is the 4th Audi I've purchased from Audi Bellevue and every experience has been great. Vivian in finance is awesome too and remembered me even though it had been three years between purchases. Highly recommend!

Took my wife's Audi A4 in for its 20K service and brake flush. Service advisers are always nice, accommodating, and professional. Had a few extra things that I wanted to have them look at. Unfortunately, they were not resolved. I think one of the items is inherent in the Audi pre-sense feature (the feature is way too sensitive, but no way to adjust), so I am not holding that against them. One of the other two items wasn't written up correctly and the other wasn't fixed, so I will bring those up the next time I take the car in for service. There were a few oil drips on the back trunk/bumper of my car when I picked it up. Not a big deal, though; I just wiped them off when I got home. Took advantage of their shuttle service to/from the dealership, which was really handy and non-eventful. Also purchased a maintenance package that was suggested by the service adviser (the price was just a little bit more than what I would have paid for my 20K service and brake flush), which will save me $$$$ over the next few years,

Go straight to Matt Huyser and Dennis Min (Chase was there in spirit) if you want amazing customer service and an Audi. They are straight up & honest and will make you laugh (esp. Dennis) like you never have before at dealership. Matt's creating a great team.

Car buying experience rarely is pleasant for anyone yet alone a female like myself who's under 5' and often mistaken for someone's elementary age daughter. Now that I have a partner in crime and kiddos in tow, I still am overlooked as a potential buyer. During this car search, 9/10 salesmen ignored me & my needs. Audi Bellevue nailed it every time and listened to my wants/needs back in 2014 w/ another Matt (the reason I came back). I can't say same the same for their competitors down the street (Acura, Lexus - minus Randy, Volvo, Porsche, Honda, Toyota, etc.) Our budget was tight for what we wanted but that never deterred them from trying to find something that fit our budget AND met my physical limitations. Matt and Dennis made my dream of owning a car where I can comfortably see over the steering wheel and reach the pedals. To top it off, I actually had color choices! That has never happened. They both made a potentially dry and daunting experience into a pleasant one. Dennis is hilarious and could easily do stand up comedy. Thanks for listening to what we wanted and needed. Glad we were able to make the numbers work mutually.

Off note: I used be a retail manager for a group of 12-15 associates (non-commission based). We were recognized for customer service and were the top performing store year after year during my tenure. Happy customer is not all about cutting deals but how you treat people w/ respect. They (Matt & Dennis) hit a high mark in customer service this week. I hope Audi commends them for what they do and represent. Merry Christmas guys.

A dealer that keeps there customer service & professionalism at top notch! Terry took best care of me even though it wasn t his work day! Can you imagine!!? Coming out on your work day off just!? Not many will go that far to achieve the best customer service, a customer could get! Alex (there financial guy) was really really good at was he does! Helped us answer any questions, and took the time to explain how to best lease the car and what would be best the best plan looking 72 months ahead.. If your ever buying a car #1 never buy anything other then a Audi!!! #2 never go to any other Audi dealership then the one in Bellevue! These guys do as they say, respectful! Reliable, most of all trust worthy!!

The service department folks are nice and helpful ...

The service department folks are nice and helpful but the over amenities and loaner car availability is awful. Our previous dealer in Cali (moved out and back), always had a car available, if that wasn't needed the shuttle will take you anywhere you needed to go. Loaner cars here are a 3 week wait - and the shuttle only has a 5 mile radius. Very disappointed as this is my second time for service since we've moved back and I have had to spend 30 on Uber to get myself back and forth to the dealership (I live 11 miles away). I will not be purchasing another Audi. My roommate has a Mazda and his dealrsdeal offerso WAY better service amenities than Audi. My car is only 3yrs old but I'm looking forward to trading it in for a Volvo or Mercedes soon.

As this was an out of state transaction, Sean Winkler provided updated photos and kept in constant communications from the time I left my home state until he picked me up at the airport. Don t bring your children.

I was looking forward to my service at Audi in Bellevue, because every service prior to this one had always been exceptional. However, this time it was disappointment after disappointment.

I live in Yakima, WA. So, when I have to come to this side of the mountains it requires extra planning. Factor in weather, and being a new mother I m sure you can guess what happened.

When scheduling the service, I had spoken to a woman who went above and beyond making me believe that when I would arrive customer service would follow. Boy was I wrong!

The check-in was fine. I had to stay the night for my service so I had brought some luggage. However, no one asked me if I needed any help. I did it myself while holding my baby. Luckily there was a woman who helped me get my car seat out.

The day after I went to go pick up my car it was busy. I understand businesses get busy, but it took three people before me to even ask if I d been helped. One person even got helped twice before I was asked. Before leaving I was asked to GIVE 5 stars. I again had to move my own luggage.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the two women who made me feel welcome with my child. I most definitely will be thinking twice before coming back to this Audi for future services. This is unfortunate because I love my car, but will probably be looking at getting a different vehicle.

They let me use loaner car even it was no appointment and treated me quick.
The fuel was 3/4 when I received the loaner car and I put Gus only little below 3/4 before return, but they charged me $24!!
