Working with my salesman Ennis Campbell, Matt the manager and Blanca in finance was a very pleasurable experience. It took almost 4 hrs to get into finance, but it was a Sunday so I did expect a longer wait than usual.

Don't be fooled. This is no longer an "Audi" dealership. It has been bought by Autonation and is not the high-service environment that you might be thinking it is. Go to Audi of Seattle, you will be glad you did.

This was the best car buying experience ever. I was a walk in and had no intentions of buying. I thought I couldnt afford it with the negative equity I had. Matthew Huyser was my sales person. He did not pressure or made me feel unwanted. He went through all the options with a purchase and a lease to see which chose would best fit my budget and lifestyle. I would recommend Mark .

My husband and I were looking for a 2019 Audi Q5 and found one on-line at Audi Bellevue. We called Nico to discuss the purchase price, plus trade-in value of our 2011 Lexus. When we arrived at Audi Bellevue, the car was ready for pick-up, paperwork prepared, and signatures were all that was needed. Our Sales Associate, Nico was organized, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding service. This purchase was a very positive experience!

Horrible sales experience at Audi Bellevue, absolute rudest sales and reception staff i have ever encountered. Attempted to buy a new Audi Q3 but after being ignored by the sales staff for over an hour I took my money elsewhere.

Sales: ***** (5 Star Rating) Finance: (Zero Rating) Overall: ** (2 Star Rating)

I recently(4/22/2018) purchased a custom ordered Q7 Prestige from Audi Bellevue and wanted to bring to your attention what I would term as "the worst purchase experience" so far.

A couple of months ago, my husband and I decided to go with Audi Bellevue as our car dealer, simply because Vivian Nguyen and soon after that Sodi So, from your sales department, were so amazing in answering our questions, working on the car's final price with us and ultimately getting the car to us way before schedule.

All was great, until your finance manager, Joey Rothstein stepped into the picture. Once Sodi handed us off to him, it was all downhill from there on. While Joey worked to get us the BEST interest rate possible, we waited at Sodi's desk. Prior to that Joey did not even think that it might be worth asking if we shopped around for interest rates, what was our immigration status etc. I think Sodi did inform him that we were on a work Visa here but he did not bother to question if we had a green card approval or not. He just wanted to work his numbers. After about 25 minutes or so, he comes to get me, my husband and another family member back to his office. When he informed us of the BEST interest rate of 4.19% we told him that we had a 3.2% interest rate from First tech, to which quote he replied:
"You should have told me this earlier. I just spent the last 30 minutes talking to Bank of America for nothing." While getting us the interest rate, he also assumed that we had zero down and never bother to check anything with us. Whenever he had to re-work on anything due to his lack of information gathering, he seemed so pissed.

This was just the start of a bad conversation that was to follow for the next three hours. He thought it was appropriate to continue using an insulting tone with us, even when selling us the Audi extended warranty along with other sells. He wanted to prove us wrong in everything, from our decision to buying and not leasing a car (I guess the dealership makes more money in leasing or whatever was his incentive) to our decision of not purchasing the tire and windshield protection. All we said was that forums online say that Audi care is negotiable, so is there room to negotiate, which I think was a perfect lead for him to start his "lets pressurize these folks into buying other things that they don't clearly want".

During this entire time on several occasions he went on to attack my husband, who is a very knowledgeable about the things he invests in. It was almost like he was competing with my husband on spec of our car, the way insurance works etc.

The cherry on the cake, when we told him that we will buy Audi care for whatever was the quoted price and move on with the transaction, as we were there for 3 hours now, and if he would accept the down payment of $18,000 on our credit card, he says "No, as you guys seem to be the only ones winning here". Really?? I am buying a car from you and I bought the Audi care that he wanted me to buy and he still says this? The situation had gone so bad that my family member decided to step in and take the conversation with Joey in a separate room, while me and my husband sat there contemplating that we might as well loose our $1000 deposit and just leave the car at the dealership just so that Joey could realize that talking to any customer like this, however hard your sales targets are, is NOT acceptable.

At the end of his conversation with our family member, he simply walks in, accepts the credit card and ends the transaction. No apology what so ever, cause I guess he never thought that he had attitude issues. We walked out of Audi Bellevue with a massive headache and negative mood, not able to enjoy the moment of owning a new car.

I went in for an Airbag recall which is free incase you are wondering. I was offered a loaner but I declined it anyways and opted for shuttle. No complains about the service.

I have a ton on knowledge on rebuilding Audi's and never once depended on a mechanic to fix my car.

Here is the tricky part. I dont think they ever replaced the airbag. I had few things(charging cable, bluetooth, pen etc) setup inside the glove in certain places and directions. There is no evidence of glove box came out or the change in location of the items inside it. You may call me paranoid but this is the world we live and cannot really trust mechanics or stealerships to be honest as their only moto is making money. As I am not 100% sure, I am willing to give a 4 star.

A few weeks back my husband and I decided it was time to search for a second car. Found exactly what we were looking for; in our price range, milage, options etc at the Audi in Bellevue. So we went to our bank to pre-quality for a loan then went to the car dealership. We strongly stressed that since we have already talked with our bank that we did NOT want our credit checked since we were about to start the home buying process very shortly. We were assured that it would not be checked (several times). They needed our info to ascertain all the important info was actually us and everything was signed and we were on our way. The very next morning my credit score dropped 10 POINTS because they indeed did run a hard pull! To say that I felt lied to and deceived is putting it mildly. I had spent a long time talking with these people and felt betrayed. So no I would not recommend using this establishment, ask friends/ family who they trust before coming to Audi of Bellevue

I've always had a positive experience with Audi Bellevue with repairs being performed flawlessly. What made this last repair even better was William Ristvet, the Service Consultant with his personable approach and excellent follow up. Will is the reason I'm giving this last repair & Audi Bellevue a 5 Star rating.

My salesperson, Sodi, was great. I had a pretty good idea what car I was interested in and after some preliminary paperwork she went over the car for the test drive. As we drove Sodi told me about some of the features and it was really exactly what I was looking for: a CPO Audi A4, blue ext, black interior, the premium plus package and S-line. It was a 2016 with only 4079 miles.
After we were back at the dealership we were starting negotiations. She did admit she was pretty new to sales which did not bother me, everyone has to start! She did a very good job and I was very happy with her service. I would have no problem recommending her to others.
Thank you Sodi!

The guys in the shop are so kind and helpful. However, the service manager (Harrington) was the most unfriendly, no-first, negative person I've ever seen in a service environment. He was unhelpful, deflected my questions and was quick to continually point out how he 'could NOT' help unless we itemized cost after cost. My windshield wiper got mangled in the Audi car wash and the guy in the shop stopped what he was doing and helped right away and Mr. Harrington was quick to tell me it was my fault, he could not help me but would order a new part and charge me to look at it. Mr. Harrington is a pretty slimy guy who only cares about costs and assessing fees VS being a good person and trying to help. He also told me "Your Audi will have no value after 50k miles and all the electrical systems will fail, you should buy a new car but hey your 2013 w/ 37k miles isn't likely worth much." Yuck. Everyone apart from him was awesome.

I purchased a new Audi from the Bellevue showroom and I am glad I chose them for their customer service. I felt that Dennis while being polite and genuine, also didn't waste my time on agreeing on the sale price. Blanca, who handled finances was also very appreciative and wasn't too pushy into buying things. She made some genuine recommendations and left the choice for us to decide on what to buy.

We just bought a new Q7 and I have to say we were pretty impressed by the buying experience. Folks were friendly, it was a low pressure atmosphere and our sales guy, Joey Rothstein, was very pleasant to work with. Ended up changing our mind on lease vs financing and they truly put customer service first to accommodate our change of mind. Definitely recommended!

We had a great sales experience. Came in in the morning, test drove and had the deal done that night. Morten was helpful and encouraging without being pushy. He was also super-responsive and available during the day as I had questions even though I'm sure I wasn't his only client that day. I particularly appreciated that when we went through financing vs. leasing vs. paying outright, he just gave me the formulas to use. In previous car-buying experiences if I asked for how to calculate the numbers I'd get questions about "what was my ultimate objective" and then a sales-pitch on which option they thought would be best for me... rather than just giving me the formulas for me to make my own decision.

==FURTHER EXPERIENCE===
Never buy a car if you are not a advocate or can read and understand small details of the contract. Also if you don't know how to negotiate with a car dealer. Everyday i feel i made fool of me that i went to dealership without any experience person to buy the car. CAR - AUDI Q5 is great car. I loved it . But i made my fool by getting it on very very high priced as i negotiated on monthly lease installment price without realizing that residual amount is increasing as final price of car is high. Then he said after 3 year you can bring the car with any wear and tear it will be return, fool of me to believe him, though in next 1 hr the finance lady explained that i need to pay extra $ to buy that feature :( . Then after 6 month Audi Connect feature expired. Reason , i didn't read the small line somewhere saying that it is for 6 month only, while he said verbally that it is coming in package from Audi USA as offer. I didn't care to get it in writing, my mistake.
My suggestion, buy only if you know how to negotiate or you are an advocate, otherwise be ready to get it fooled ...

I had an amazing experience with Ronald Rae (Ron) at Audi Bellevue. He was so helpful and very accommodating. I would 100% recommend going to this dealership but also suggest working with Ron. He just sold me a new 2016 Audi Q5 premium plus and I cannot say enough about Ron s customer service skills. We went to dealership to take test drive and like we planned for other dealer too, but after meeting Ron and driving Q5, we drove back our Black Audi Q5 premium plus with a great deal.
Thanks Ron. Thanks Audi Bellevue...

I like this dealership and can recommend Thomas as a sales person. It was really easy to work with him, he was very knowledgeable and communicative, we had a couple of test drives. He definitely helped us to evaluate the car and provided a number of options to purchase/lease the vehicle. He gave us really good quote that was really hard to beat by any other dealership around.

Buyer beware when purchasing an Audi, especially f...

Buyer beware when purchasing an Audi, especially from Audi of Bellevue (Auto Nation). I have a 2014 Q5 with under 55,000 miles on it and have had to replace the timing chain tensioner, the turbo and now a water pump in the past 6 months ($10,000). Audi has settled class action lawsuits related to the timing tensioners in previous years, but not mine yet. Audi chipped in on the cost of the timing tensioner and turbo, but I'm still eating over $5000 in repairs on a low mileage vehicle. Please share and tell a friend. I'm doing the water pump repair and then promptly selling the vehicle and will not be buying another mid-sized SUV from Audi. When I talked ot the service manager, his stated that the fact they chipped in what they have financially was fair. How about we acknowledge that there is no way a vehicle with low mileage should have this much in repairs and focus on a happy customer. Audi has lost a customer and if anyone reading this thinks repair costs of 20% of vehicle value in a car with 55,000 miles on it is as absurd as I do, maybe they'll lose some more.

My initial experience was great, I called and spoke to Nico about a used car I saw online. I arrived and was pleasantly greeted. Took the BMW for a drive and it had a warning light on. Nico advised me that he would have it looked at and follow up. I didn't hear from him, so I followed up, took about 5 hours for a return txt. Told me that an appointment was made the following week at the BMW dealer, timing was ok, told him I was still interested. That was three weeks ago, he never followed up and I wasn't going to chase him down again to do his job, which is to sell me a car that I'm interested in.

By far the worst Audi dealership I've ever worked with. It take several weeks to schedule a loaner car, super long wait on hold every time I try to call to schedule an appointment, and they even forgot to replace a part the last time the car was in, even though they claimed in the paper work the part was replaced. It's a shame because this was a great dealership before Auto Nation purchased them.

The service I get at Audi Bellevue has never disappointed me. From the time I arrive I am greeted immediately and treated as if I matter. The service is done in a timely manner depending on what i am having done and the car is cared for as if it were there own. My husband is extremely particular about documentation of maintenance so they do so even when it is not required and the car is washed with care and not just "pumped and dumped"! I live much closer to other Audi dealers but drive the extra distance to Bellevue because of this !!

Buying an automobile was actually a pleasant experience! Esp. at Audi Bellevue, it was a very good experience, without the usual hassle or angst of buying a car. From the very first email exchange with Ben Lin and throughout my interactions with him, including my purchase, he was very responsive and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and when I mentioned I was planning to check out the competition, he even encouraged me to do so, confident in Audi Bellevue's reputation. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Ben, specifically.

Our car buying experience was both good and not so...

Our car buying experience was both good and not so good. Everyone there were very nice and treated us well. We did not like how long all the red tape took after we decided to buy the car. We wrote a check for the car so no financing had to be arranged. Our sales guy told us that it would only take about 15 minutes but it was at least an hour. We had to work with three different people. There was so much stuff that we had to sign. Felt like we were buying a house.

Our biggest complaint came after we left with the car. We drove from Portland to Seattle (a five hour drive) to look at the car so we were very tired when we got there. We thought that we checked the car over good but after we left with the car we had dinner with our son in Seattle. When he came out to look at the car we all realized that the tires were not great. Upon noticing that we called the dealership. They were closed so we left a message saying we were not happy with the tires. Our sales person called us back that night. He said he would talk to a manager about it the next morning. We considered spending the night because even though they say they have a 5 day return policy they told us that would not apply to us because its 5 days or 250 miles. Because we live in Portland we would go over the miles if we drove it all the way home and back again should we decide to return it. So really, because we were from Portland we didn't have the option to return the car. We decided not to spend the night because that would have been expensive and we really thought the dealership would do something about the tires but they didn't. They said there was 50% percent wear left on the tires. We took the car to Les Schwab to have them checked. They said that the back tires probably had about 40% wear left and the middle of the front tires about the same but they said the front tires would have to be replace much sooner than the back because they had bad shoulder wear on the outer side of the tires. This car is a Lexus rx350 and it was at the top of our budget. The tires will be expensive and will be a hardship for us to replace as soon as they are going to need it. We looked at the same kind of car that was the same year with about the same mileage a few days before at Car Max in Portland. We didn't like the color but they had put brand new nice tires on the car. Now we are thinking we would have been better off to have a car that we weren't crazy about the color but had brand new tires on it that wont need replacing for 3 or 4 years than to buy a car that was a color we liked better but is going to need the tires replaced before the rainy season which would be 3 or 4 months. I don't think that car max would have sold that car without replacing the tires. We are very disappointed that Audi was not willing to do anything about the tire situation. I also feel like if you are buying a car at a place that is 200 miles away from where you live the dealership should make allowance for that in the return policy. Im sure that car max would. We like our car but very disappointed that we are going to have to buy expensive tires soon.

A car buying experience can be a tedious and mind ...

A car buying experience can be a tedious and mind numbing experience unless, like we did, you get lucky and get a person who combines the unique skills of a stand up comic w/ a high level of professionalism and knowledge of the car industry. We were lucky enough to have as our "car concierge" Sean Winkler.

I refer to him as such because to refer to him as a "car salesman" is to totally miss the point. His ability to help you w/ any particular Audi model, explain the different features and benefits in each one of them and the particular value you are getting in each one that drives the price differential is given to you succinctly and with clarity. No "car babble". He then leaves it up to you to make the final decision as to the price you are willing to pay for the value you perceive you are getting from owning or leasing the car of your choice. He does this while cracking one liners as if he's some type of reincarnation of Jack Benny delivering the joke w/ a poker face that rivals Amarillo Slim!

The Dealership itself is top notch from the showroom floor through to the service bay area. If you're looking for a Dealership that is customer-centric I would highly recommend Audi of Bellevue. Additionally, if you're like me, and believe laughter goes a long way in getting through a process that by it's very nature can be time consuming and tedious by all means ask for Sean Winkler to be your personal "car concierge".

I have always valued people more than anything else and believe they are a true reflection of how the company/organization. Having said that, TanBi was excellent as a sales manager. She was thorough, detailed and very helpful as we worked together for the last couple of months. My wife wanted a Q7 interior color that was not in stock, so we had to wait. Tanbi provided regular updates as we closed out the deal. On the day of the car delivery, she was awesome.
The one thing that Audi Bellevue could improve is being a little less pushy and let the customer decide what maintenance options they want.

This has now happened to me two years in a row. I took my car in for an oil change and since picking it up there is a loud clunking noise coming from the front end any time I turn or hit the brakes. After calling to tell them about the issue they weren't able to schedule me for an appointment to look at the issue for another week and a half (or 3 weeks if I want a loaner to drive). So I am stuck with a potentially unsafe car or will have to take it to another shop and pay to have fixed whatever Audi Bellevue did to my car.

I should have learned from the previous time this happened. I will definitely be looking for another shop to do my maintenance at from now on.

Great friendly service as always and I loved the fact that there was a minimal fee and they allowed me to bring in my own oil and filter. My only complaint was that it sort of took a long time. I wanted to describe my experience about how I felt when I went to check on a 2021 Audi Q7. I made an appointment several days ago in advance to take a couple of hrs from my precious Sunday to meet with Natascha so that I can learn more about the 2021 Audi Q7 and also take a test drive. However, when I reached the dealership at the agreed upon time, there was no one at the front desk to greet or to even ask a question about the appointment. After some waiting, someone said Natascha should be with us soon, only to realize that she had already taken another customer at the same time as our agreed upon appointment time. If keeping an appointment doesn't mean anything, why even bother spending time on the phone to go over the details? I felt insulted, and to add to the insult, the person she had us handed over to, went to attend another customer before showing us the car. What came to me as most surprising is that he didn't even ask me whether I want to test drive this car. I am not sure this is how they treat every customer or just that we were not flashy enough for them to pay attention. Anyway, I would never go back to that dealership for a car purchase. My neighbor warned me against going to that dealership because of a similar experience he had in the past, but I still wanted to give it a try. I admit, he was right.

The response from the dealership about contacting the GM, it is a joke. I emailed Mr. Michael with all the details, but there was no response.

Great experience as for as the service goes. It was a busy Saturday so the place was humming.

As far as the vehicle, no big complaints but one. When I read the description and was searching for a car, I was specifically looking for something that had Bluetooth. Not hard to find in this day and age, at least I thought. Turns out the kind of Bluetooth this vehicle has is a 2012, very antiquated version where only the phone capabilities exist, not the media sort. So no music for me I guess.

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in my years of purchasing cars. The service adviser I worked with Dave Paris was extremely rude, getting a hold of a manager took days to get a response, I was quote 4 different prices to get my R8 services, and even then it took twice as long to complete the service, at the end of the service we weren''t even sure if the service I came in for had been completed, and when escalating this (sure, Roland was understanding and listened to my concerns, but it took him almost a week and a half to get back to me with a solution... Still waiting...) Out of the number of vehicles we own, this has been the worst experience we have ever had. Our service wasnt even comp'ed to apologies for the rudeness of your service adviser and the complete numerous quotes we were given... I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for servicing their vehicle or even purchasing a car...

Purchased a new A4 through these guys; the AutoNation tie-in provides a convenient way to see pending inventory, put in data for financing and trade-in information and generally avoid having to go to or call the dealership a bazillion times (although AN's web site is a bit annoying and wouldn't work properly with browsers other than IE -- not this dealer's fault obviously).

Anyway, I felt well-treated throughout. They didn't try to gouge me on price even though the color and packages I wanted were in-demand, my trade-in was fairly valued without a big fight, and the car I reserved on line was indeed the one they sold me when I showed up (no bait-and-switch). Finance does spend a bunch of time pitching a bazillion different service packages at you, but at least they're pretty clear about the pricing and optional nature of them.

The first thing you should tell them when you drop off your vehicle is PLEASE ASK FOR MY PERMISSION BEFORE YOU CHARGE ME ANYTHING, IF IT S NOT COVERD BY WARRANTY. Just in case they won t admit some words they have said. Their service manager get temper sometimes. Oh btw audi service manager, leaving bad reviews is not a threat . I am not upset at all, just never wanna came back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Audi Bellevue and especially working with Katheryn. She was exceptional with answering my many questions, both by phone and email, always extremely responsive, friendly and well informed to help me with my decision. Pretty much a seamless experience from the day I test drove to purchase day. I was never pressured to make a decision and felt very comfortable and treated with a friendly welcome even when I was just looking. The experience makes all the difference when purchasing a car and am very happy with my decision and working with Katheryn to find my perfect car.

Mike at Audi in Bellevue was awesome and took great care of me. A real pleasure to deal with and not the usual pressured car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Audi of Bellevue and Mike to anyone looking for a new car.

Awesome buying experience! Great sales team, even my 2 boys were entertained during the transaction. It was the best lease transaction experience I ever had. This is my 6th car lease and it was by far the quickest visit. I am highly recommending Audi Bellevue, Reinhard

Every time I leave the Audi Bellevue dealership there is something wrong with my car.
I came in for scheduled oil change that ended up costing me $277!
This time I was told that my car needs immediate attention because there was an oil leak. I was a little surprised to hear that given the fact that there is no oil dripping or leaking anywhere on or under my car.
I took my car to a different maintenance shop for a second opinion and... there is NO oil leak!
So now I will be disputing the credit card charges for lack of quality of service.
If you are like me and love Audi find a different place to buy and service your car!

My recent purchase of a 2018 Audi A5 went nice and smooth with no
back and forth hassles. Cole Lancaster did a great job pointing out the
cars features and moving the process along. Fair trade in value and the
Audi is a really fun car to drive.I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

They stopped answering their phones since autonation took over. An absolutely horrible customer experience...especially compared to how great barrier was. No way would I ever buy another car from bellevue audi.
They replaced my recalled airbag. Red airbag light is now on..not a good sign..impossible to reach their service. Impossible. I could go on and on.
