Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Reviews

We stayed in the concierge tower and the rooms were spacious, clean and offered some good views. Our only complaint was the casino floor could get super smokey at times.

We went to the Oyster Bar for pan roast and it was delicious. Luckily, the casino smoke doesn't travel to the bridge very much.

love the place but the cigarette smoke is overwhelming even though they have several non smoking areas.

The rims are very clean and comfortable with beautiful views they have indoor and outdoor pools and an arcade with like seven restaurants and I always win.

OK resort, room was clean but a little dated, casino is smoky. Sushi bar was fantastic and great service!

Great casino, was sad when we could not use our points, since the buffet closes for an hour between 3 and 4.

I would rate is 4.5 if i could.. this place has a friendly staff and fast drink service.

I Love Coming Up Here To The Fun Center At The Atlantis. The Staff is Super Friendly and The Machines Work Well.

Went for coffee at starbucks cafe just inside from valet. Place is always so clean and busy! My server was nice and the coffee was wonderful.

This is a very nice place to go for a nice meal and a place to stay they have nice rooms and the staff is always friendly and helps with anything you might need :)

Same quiet casino. Updated the buffet. Still expensive.

The people tend to ignore you instead of serve you. Especially the sport book bar tenders

The swimming area was really nice! And we had a decent brunch. The brunch was not the best but it was fun.

They have a great sushi bar here but it's small and usually packed. The arcade can be a fun time too!

Great place for foods and games! Prime rib for lunch buffet around $18 is unbeatable.

I got a double queen room, the beds were comfrotable and spacious, large TV and lots of closet space. The bathroom was clean with a huge mirror. You do have to pay extra to get a room with a mini fridge. The casino was very fun and had a variety of machines. The arcade is small (so not very stroller friendly when it is a little full), a few outdates machines,and the restrooms were in the same area. The could definitely add more games for the younger children

Staff at the Atlantis were exceptional.Special recognition to Nya at the Cafe Alfresco and Jami who checked us in.Both were a real delight to deal with.Having great staff makes ones stay enjoyable.Thank you both.

It is very pretty inside og there is plenty to do. The air quality leaves something to be desired.

The very best buffet in Nevada. I have been to numerous buffets and this out does every other buffet. Would give it many more stars if it was possible.

Ate at Manhatten Deli was just ok. From ads on TV I expected more.

Purple Parrot cafe is the best breakfast in Reno. Every server is amazing, we like Greta the best. I'm very fussy about my fried eggs and they're perfect EVERY time. Clean, safe for in door dining.

Was there for food because we had heard their pan roast was pretty good. However, it falls short compared to the oyster bar in Vegas.

Went to Atlantis to go to the buffet for breakfast.....but the buffet is only open for breakfast on the weekends. During the week it doesn't open till 11am.
Ended up at the Purple Parrot for breakfast. Service was good.....food was good.

We got a room upgrade! Beautiful room and view. Loved it!

Great all around place. The Oyster Bar is our favorite, Great customer service, food is Delish. Alma is our favorite server.

Bistro Napa has an excellent happy hour. We loved our server, and had a great conversation with the sous chef who was cracking oysters.

Always a fun place to go to eat..all restaurants have been remodeled..food is always good. We did room service food was hot and service excellent. We also like the sports bar good place to people watch or watch sports on surround TVs. Staff always friendly and fast too.

I dont know, I dont gamble my money only my life. But Hot August Nights - Monday was good, lots of beautiful cars.

Nice Casino for Reno. All the food we had was very good. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

The dealers in the poker room were friendly, but not as professional as in other casinos.

Always a good experience. They treat all guests like royalty. Have been to many casinos and resorts as I have lived in Reno, Vegas, and Laughlin NV. Atlantis is the best by far.

Only wish that Nevada would make smoking an outdoor requirement as they do in Colorado. This is not an issue with Atlantis, just something that would be better for everyone. The Atlantis has non smoking areas, but smoke smells linger and drift.

Anyway, Atlantis is the only casino we frequent as nobody else even comes close in service, attitude and comps.

It's ok. 3 casinos that are all connected for walking through. Smokey.

I came here for Toucan Charlie's Sunday Champagne Brunch. It was amazing. I enjoyed the raw oysters, crab legs, carving station, and unlimited champagne! This is also the only buffet where I can say the pho is actually authentic and delicious. We waited about 30 minutes before my party of two was seated. It was $30/person which was well worth it.

The upgraded room still seemed about 10 years old. If that is your new room you need to fire you designer. The room was clean and decent enough for Reno. The casino floor felt very grimy and had a few sketchy characters at all hours of the day or night. So don't leave your belongings unattended.

Had lots of fun for my birthday would definitely visit again.

The Atlantis is a class act. Wonderful property with excellent customer service. Jose took great care of us at the Purple Parrot. The food at the Atlantis Steakhouse was amazing. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back..

Casinos are not perfect. The staff is always so tired from being overworked. Casino's care about their customers, but not their employees. Doesn't matter what part of the casino you are at. However, the food is excellent.

Nice music in casino area, fast cocktail waitress's, DELICIOUS tiramisu
