The casino was clean, the food was excellent for what you pay for it but trust me they made it up in the slot machines. Today they seem to be extremely extremely tight

Amazing service, jacuzzi in the room, best buffet in town, would love to go back.

Buffet was delicious but having to walk through the terrible smoke stench in the casino and still being able to smell the smoke while eating is disgusting!

Great venue to attend a conference, beautiful architecture on the game floor. Good all you can eat sushi bar.

Beautiful room with a great view on the 25th floor. Great time at the Casino, restraunts and bars all right here at my hotel. Then went to my room and it was perfect!. This is the place to play and win!

sunday champagne brunch is very good good quality seafood and price at $26.99 is very reasonable better than buffets in las vegas our waitress, Candice, is very friendly and professional card dealer on the 2 card poker game is also very nice and professional he taught us how to play this new card game with great patience very clean bathroom on the upper floor of the casino as well just wish it's closer to home so i can go there often

They have a great buffet and very helpful and friendly staff. I was a bit shocked by all the smiles and friendliness, as I had not seen it as much in other casinos. Only played slots and poker and won a little bit. Still, overall great experience and I would go back.

Beautiful but slightly dated. Friendly staff especially SPORTSBOOK BAR. Many people who we meet come back year after year.

Had sushi at the sky bar. Great service and the nigiri was amazing! Rolls are creative and flavorful but they also have the classics. Good ambience.

Nice hotel, fun arcade and warm pool. Solid 4 star hotel.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. I expected to pay about $100 a night, but our room was closer to $60. The indoor pool was just right for my kids to splash around in, and they loved the hottub even though they had to brave the cold Dec air outside to get there. We ate at two of the restaurants (Cafe Alfresco and Purple Parrot) which were both good. We probably should've just eaten at the buffet for lunch since the buffet was only about $2 more per adult than what we spent at the Purple Parrot. Definitely recommend Atlantis for a reasonably affordable weekend/vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay the the Atlantis in Reno. I was surprised that this small town casino and hotel had all the trappings of a big Vegas experience. There were more restaurants than we could manage to eat at, a large casino with lots of playing options and a wonderful spa and pool area, including an outdoor hot tub in January. The rooms were well appointed and had large marble bathrooms When you ad in the ridiculously low price, I would stay here again!

I used to love coming here! Now the food especially the sushi, is horrible! Ate thier again tonight with my girlfriend and same result! Won't be eating here again anytime soon!

The new buffet was amazing, if a little pricey. However, I felt like I got my money's worth, and the unli mm item mimosas were to die for. They had crab legs at brunch!

Great service and had a fantastic time at the fights. Sports betting was great and could enjoy watching the games without smoking. A big plus with smoke free areas!!

The building is in good condition overall. The room does have a dated look but overall pleaseant clean and quiet. The staff has all been helpful and pleasure to do busimess with.

Our first time staying here and it went ok. Our room could have been cleaner though. Had to ask for it to be vacuumed and our blanket had stains.

Only complaint is location - a bit out of the way, distant from Reno attractions.

Buffet: Nice variety, Loved the pho! Lines are long during dinner but worth it!

Had Christmas Dinner reservations on December 23rd at Cafe Napa Bistro. Upon arrival we were immediately ushered to our table and had our drink orders taken. Overall service was impeccable, better than some steakhouses I've been to in Las Vegas. Food was excellent as well. The creamy five onion soup and the short ribs were stand outs from our meal, and I will definitely be ordering those again. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in town. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants not only in Reno but in the state.

Smoke is all I smelled. Typical big casino. Big crowd but they need to invest in better air handlers.

A pretty good hotel but pricier than other options of equal quality if you don't need to be right next to the convention center.

Walked in to get a players card, went to a slot machine and put $20 in and the machine malfunctioned. I called for assistance and got nothing in return. I asked them to review the cameras and was told no. I gave them my players card and took my group of 8 and left the casion. That was the fastest casion trip ever.

The buffet was amazing. Try to go once a month for the seafood.

My husband and i went to gamble but the table was full. They didn't have the staff to open another when there was 4 of us wanting to play. They lost money because all of us left to another casino.

I thought atlantis casino is friendly place to play, but i was wrong when a guy named greg topei approach me with a nasty looked and force me to get out or call security. How he misunderstood me and what a bad guest service he is. When i was always play in that casino. How arrogant is this guy.

I really love this place and their race and sports book. Great food lots of fun one of the best places in Reno.

We visited here specifically for dinner and went to the Purple Parrot. The main reason for picking this restaurant was the bloody mary bar. They did not disappoint, I ordered the Red Sea bloody mary it was great. All of the food we ordered tasted fantastic! Interior designs were pretty neat also.

We took the kids to the Fun Center at the Atlantis Casino Hotel. They had a blast playing the different games. The experience was like Chuck E. Cheese, but more streamlined with everything (tokens and tickets) being managed on a magnetic swipe card. They have a wide selection of fun games for all ages. We will have to come back here for another afternoon of fun next time we're in the Reno area.

This was the hotel we decided to stay at and it was our first time and it was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and the restaraunts we went to inside the hotel were better than we expected. Overall the experience was good and we would probably check it out again when we find ourselves in the area.

Clean, open areas, including two non-smoking areas. Friendly staff and terrific dining opportunities.

We went to Toucan Charlie's for brunch on Sunday around 10:30am. We were immediately seated (party of 6) and our waitress was super nice. She was pretty chatty but I thought it was nice and friendly. She even got my sister a piece of prime rib cooked more after she said she didn't like how squishy and bloody it was (as prime rib is usually cooked).

Went to eat at the buffet in Atlantis. So far the best casino buffet I ve been to. So much choices to choose from and way more options. It s worth the money. Place is very clean and organized and it has an inviting atmosphere. I really recommend this buffet for its price.

I absolutely love this resort. They gave us $15 credit for just signing up with them to gamble. There rooms are beautiful staff super friendly and the place is very clean. Even through these smokey covid times I forgot about the problems and just relaxed and enjoyed the resort. I recommend to go during the weekdays cause they get super crowded on the weekends. This place definitely deserves to be enjoyed atleast once.

They have a wonderful Buffet although it's a little pricey. And the service there was wonderful. They have a plethora of games to fit any budget. I would give them more stars but I lost money so -1 for that.

Went on a Friday night. I arrived at 415. Line was already long. When we left at 6 the line was even longer. Needless to say get there early. The chilled Dungoness is really good. Alot of variety. Good food. Would go back

BIG casino with many different restaurants. The food was really good at the buffet and the stone oven pizza place. Pretty place to walk around. It has a nice closed in overpass walkway to the convention center that has beautiful views of the mountains.

It's a shame the buffet and purple parrot hit rock bottom. Used to be the best in town. Now you can get better food from a toilet.
