Nice bikes. Nice service. But please STOP POSTING ads that are no longer for sale on Kijiji. I've already called to tell them that its been reposted and that was 2 months ago and the same bike that had been sold is still being reposted. Their online advertisement definitely needs to be upgraded.
I've bought 2 machines in the last year and half from them, and have been satisfied with my experience. (one used motorcycle and a new Polaris Ranger). Sales staff is excellent, service was prompt and efficient, and I get a small discount on parts since I purchased here. Recommend 100%
Lots of selection for your biking needs. Friendly and helpful staff.
I was unhappy with non-deliveriy of accessories for my new BMW, and that I couldn't get the first service done in a timely manner. I wrote a scathing review. BUT a day later all was resolved, the guys all really got together and answered my concerns, and I have to say I'm a happy camper. I think I was a little unreasonable in my expectations for a very new model, and BMW didn't have their act together with accessories. I WILL be back!
Update: I've deleted my former, poor review of the Motoplex and am adding this as an update. Prior to Rallye buying the Motoplex, I had a horrible experience with their Sales staff. To hold the current owners/staff as responsible for that would be unfair on my part. That salesman had been long dismissed for poor performance in multiple cases. Recently, while trading in my current 2016 BMW 1200 GSA for a new 2020 1250 GSA I did experience a few follow up issues but that has not at this point kept the deal from moving forward. I feel, as a consumer of an expensive, premium product, that a premium standard of treatment should match to complete the experience. I at no point had to be "Sold" on the product. I knew what I wanted and have experience with the quality motorcycles that BMW produces. Once I made my intentions know that I was a serious buyer and not just out Kicking tires, I expected to have calls back within the timelines that the salesman said that he would get back to me and not have to be reminded through futher visits days later. As previously stated this may be an issue with my high expectations as a consumer of a premium product. My bad. I cannot say enough good things about the Service department and have always had good experiences with the Parts department. The crew in Parts always take the time to research and locate the best tires and consumables for all my machines.
Very large motorcycle display and professional staff. Troy served us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient!
Just stopped by to view some slingshots, walk away with a 2019 slingshot SLR icon. Our sales Rep was Stephanie, this was Steph first day and first sale. Great young lady, very professional and wish her many more sales. Thanks Stephanie and Rallye Motoplex.
Great store foe all your recreational vehicles but have had bed service from a few salespeople
Extremely well stocked motorcycle shop. Definitely one of the largest bike dealers in the Atlantic region!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Gerald for his professional help. It was greatly appreciated! You rock!!
Super dodgy sales tactics.... constantly shifting of prices and pressure tactics to finance through them... buyers beware.
I had a schedule service appt and waited 2 hours before my bike even entered the service bay. Not impressed.
Great deal. I drove 1500kn from Toronto to Moncton. The seller person (John) did an amazing negotiation and I was extremely satisfied.
Dont go in one week thinking you'll deal with the same person the next week. My salesman was great, but to me he's better then the company he works for.
I live in Nova Scotia and own a Triumph. Sadly there is no dealer in NS anymore but Mitch from the parts dept at Rallye was a huge help and got me sorted out quickly. Great service, thanks guys.
Purchased my 2019 waverunner last week. Jason and Krista were helpful and great to deal with. Will be back in the future 110%.
Great staff and service! Stopped in for an oil change while touring from Toronto to PEI. Very accommodating to travelers.
Beautiful place jm going back this week to get a bike
Just wanted to extend my appreciation to Paolo Pollio and his team Garret Bell, Krista Boyle and Jennifer Hansen , for making my son's dream come true. You guys have gone above and beyond, the customer service was excetional, every one worked together to give us the a super deal to fit Josh's budget. Rallye Motoplex I am super happy !! ....Like they say happy kid, happy mom. Thank you once again for all your hard work Paolo you are the best !! Best regards to Paolo's team Dany Hansen
Bought 3 vehicles there and was going to buy a 4th. It's now under new ownership and they lost a lot of their great employees if not all of them. Will not recomend them.
Was in Rallye Motoplex and dealt with Todd Henry, he provided me with excellent service and lots of knowledge on all their product, the entire staff was very helpful!!! Great experience, I'll be back, Thanks Todd :D
great!!! friendly environment knowledgeable staff they will point you in the right direction.
I'm taking a few minutes to write a review because I'm very disappointed in this dealership. I recently enquired about an used Daytona 675R they had in stock. I received a reply pretty quickly, from Chris (Sarrault) who confirmed that they would be able to ship the motocycle (I live in Vancouver BC). But after that, no follow up. I emailed them again, adding that my friend is also very interested in the other (new) Daytona they had. We basically wanted to buy those bikes together. No answer. I called them 10 days after, and Chris told me that his manager wasn't available (why would I have to talk to a manager if he's the salesperson?) and they would call me back, and yes, it's totally possible to ship the motorcycle as they did ship a scooter to Vancouver the very day before! ... Well, I'm still waiting. After that, I went back to check their inventory and "my" Daytona was gone. No need to say that I was very disappointed. I finally found the bike that I wanted and was given hope for nothing. Even though I live on the other side of the country, I think I deserve a bit of respect as customer. They should have told me that it was too much of a hassle to sell a bike and ship it, or that the sale was pending. I can handle the truth. But they probably didn't give a s****. A few days after, I received an automated message from the manager asking for feedback etc. I took the time to explain my disappointment in an email. Never heard back from him. In short, they lost 2 sales and gained a bad review. And apparently I'm not the only one bad review out there!
Awesome business.... bought a nice new bike. Brent and Dan made it a simple and smooth deal....
Would be a great place if it wasn't for the bankers hours and closed on Mondays.
One of the largest shops in the maritimes. With a good selection from boats to bikes personal water crafts arcs and much more.. A large selection of accessories as well.
Huge selection have to and see it yourself to realize how much is in there
Pretty bad cant give you a price when u call gotta wait hours to find out price
As I read some of the negative comments about Rallye... I have to feel these people obviously did not deal with Bre! From our first contact with Bre to loading the bike for the trip back home he was a wealth of information for us, and if he didn t have the answers he got them and relayed the information back promptly. We are from Ontario and where quoted a trade in price on our bike over $2500.00 more then any dealer here. When we arrived Rallye honoured their quote no questions asked! I believe sometimes people are a little unrealistic about the quality of the product they have to trade. As we dealt with different departments throughout the process of the purchase, we where taken care of very efficiently and professionally. People need to realize that these folks are selling quality that sells itself. That s why it costs what is dose. A dealer selling this type of product is designed to make the transaction from sale to seat seamless from start to finish. Bre and Rallye hit the mark!!! Thanks for the experience team! Jeff & Kathy Woodhouse
We had an amazing sales rep Bre Noo Sa! The entire staff and team members helped us get a 4 wheeler, snow pants, jackets, helmets, trail pass etc. The financing team was quick, and made it easy on us to get financing. And they let us bring in our puppy while we shopped and completed the financing. To top it off Bre let us borrow his truck to drive our 4 wheeler home (to Bathurst) getting the 4 wheeler to our house the same day! All that in the mist of me getting radiation and chemo treatments. They were nothing but helpful for me and my husband! Fantastic customer service I highly recommend checking out and purchasing something really anything from Rallye Motoplex!
I recently brought my Ducati in for service. Darrin at the Service Dept. had me in and out before the promised time. And the bill was cheaper than i expected. Darrin was a complete joy to deal with. Thank you
Atlantic Motoplex have sold their soul to the Devil in the guise of Rallye. Customer service was quick to decline, knowledge of their product range is appalling as familiar faces have been replaced by "salesmen" from Rallye car franchises. The only positive is the range & stock of riding gear, however I wandered around for 40 mins, I found what I wanted and took it to cash where I was asked who had helped me...not a friggin soul!
Great place and excellent service. I am like a kid in a candy store when I go there, so many brands, so many choices. I really like the recent expansion, it went from a big store to a Mega Store, it's a must see.
Lots of inventory on the floor to see and test out.
Always a great selection and the employees are always helpful!
I bought a side x side 2 years ago only drive it a handful of times and most of all that its been in there shop "getting fixed" for over heating and head gasket problems..... they sold me a lemon
they mestup all the paper work when i bought my bike and the guy at the parts counter is super in a rysh all the time even if its like 4 o'clock
Amazing staff, very helpful with all the questions you have.
Really friendly staffs and the saleperson who serve us was super nice thanks Jason Cook.
Business needs work. You can tell employees are not as ambitious as they used to be not to mention that you never see the same face twice. Service is OK but not as you would expect from a BMW dealer. Completely different experience than the car dealer. Sad to see Troy go he was the best.
They will screw you with your warranty as they did us. Be careful.
I've had experience here with all four of the big departments (sales, service, parts, apparel). Apparel and parts are great: quality stuff, helpful employees, a bit pricey but I expect that here. Service gets an overwhelming "meh": they didn't impress me in terms of customer service, but they did a good job in terms of workmanship. The sales associates, though...that's another story. They seem to treat the customers as people to be ignored, or maybe like a game to see how much they can piss you off before you leave. I have since bought a bike from a place in Halifax...was well worth the trip to get something resembling "customer service".
Last week I purchased a used BMW from Rallye with the assistance of Tristan Comeau and it was a great venture. Tristan was very helpful and professional. Krista in finance was also nothing but a pro. Thanks to both for such a positive buying experience.
Well, I had a bad experience with BMW Canada and I decided to trade in my S1000RR. I went there and got a decent price and was able to get the bike that I wanted without any problem. This is the second time that I go buy there. It is not always perfect like anything else but if you speak with the right person everything is possible. Thanks Bre
The BEST.Alwas called me back.Every thing I asked for was done THANKS.Plus deliverd to me in NS my new 750 KingQuad. Thanks Rick&Dan.
This is where I always take my equipment for my motorcycle and they have good courteous service with a good choice.
Purchased a used bike just over 4 years ago, sales service was easy & amazing, had a issue with the front tire when it was mvi'd in Nova Scotia, it was taken care of without an issue. Was up for a family visit and needed a front tire, ordered it about a week in advance, came in for the appointment and the tire had not been ordered, offered a better tire same price, again taken care of without an issue. Always greeted when I stop by, always asked if i need anything when browsing. I've worked in the automotive service industry for 13 years and understand we all make mistakes, things happen beyond our control...its how the dealer handles these situations that will show their greatness and these guys got it right.
I would give 0 star if i could. Poor customer service, poor professionalism and poor knowledge of there stuff, specially from the finance manager who came talk, told me he was going to be right back in the middle of the conversation and never came back see us. He even told us it was ok to break the law and overload our boat. On top of that we were lied to about the amount of people the boat can carry while doing business by phone even tho it says the right number the boat can carry on the manufacturer plate screwed on the boat itself. They didn't even take the time to look at the plate and made us loose ourtime since we did 2hrs drive to go see them. We would've not went if when i asked the amount of people they would've not lied to us by telling us 8. Yes, not 1 extra people, the double of what it can actually carry. False advertising and lies just to make a sale in my opinion. If they knew their stuff they would know that it is the law to have those plate mounted but instead they guess the amount and when i arrived there, i am the one who show them the plate. Myself didn't know that info until i do my boat license the day before. Yep, spent the money for a boat license but no boat now bc we left with our trade-in. First time we were going there and definitely not going back there ever again. Fyi, i review all places i go to on Google map and this is the first time by far that i am doing such a bad review to a business and the reason why i felt the need to post it here.
Worst customer service you will ever have, do not even walk through the doors or you will be dissapointed if not angry.
Great group of people, I would recommend their toys
Poor service and underconstruction very dangerous area ,no sign your on your own in the most expensive store in town order online for half price for same parts
Will not return tried to buy a bike there twice and both times they snuck $1000's in fee's. Gone way downhill since Rallye took over. Also offered nothing for trade in. Less than %50 of value and won't move on the sales prices.
Buy a brand new motorcycle, throttle cable let's go. Nearly 3 weeks waiting for repair and information on warranty. Finally get a call, bike is fixed but not covered. So not only did I wait an unacceptable amount of time, but the repairs were done without informing me of the cost in advance. Looking forward to getting my bike back and never stepping foot in there again.
Great selection but absolutely terrible customer service.
Awesome! They should have honda and they would have it all! One of their salesman needs to know a little more than just Ducatis however. However would gladly do business with them.
I've heard terrible things of this place and finally went and great service I'd recommend going
Used to love this dealership when it was Atlantic Motoplex, Now they tell you want you want to hear to sell you a bike and don't follow through with anything afterwards. Buyer beware.
Worse after sales service will have to take a lawyer because bought 2 new motorcycles bmw f700gs $$$ vibration problem since the purchase with a motorcycle and since August my motorcycle comes and goes to the garage now unsolved crank shaft problem trying to have service warranty but do not do anything for the problem trying to talk to the owner but no call back made 3 hrs drive to make me say that there is nothing to do must keep my bike like that no choice will take procedure the same lawyer can be that owner will repair me my problem my bmw is worse than a harley davidson for the vibration
Mathea was a very awesome salesman, very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Service just wasn t good. Sales guys were nice enough but my experience there was awful overall.
Great experience. My wife and I purchased a pair of Sportsman atv's. Gerald was very helpful and took the time to match the machines to what we really needed. We didn't feel pushed or upsold, everything was transparent and it was so easy and fun. Gerald even delivered the bikes to our house in the dark in the middle of no where. Service Dept. keeps in touch. Sales keeps in touch. Great guys, Great place. No complaints. Thanks for everything.
Not a lot of selection for boots. I was disappointed
Terrible service in all departments. Was never approached while looking at bikes or clothing. I actually felt like the sales people just wanted me to leave.. so I did. As a female biker, I almost felt like I was being ignored because sales staff didn't want to waste their time helping me look at bikes that "I can't handle". I'll never spend money here.
Dealt with them prior to Ralleye owning them and they were great, now absolutely horrible customer service, don t believe a word they say, and expect to pay more than what they quote you...
Didn't find them very helpful. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in a scooter. I was ready to buy new or used, as long as it was what I was looking for, nobody offered to take my number and call me if something came in that matched my specs. Too bad they lost the sale. I wasn't even looking for financing. I ended up buying used from Kijiji on the spot
thanks Gerald for the great customer service.very friendly and professional experience .this was a fast and easy process from our phone call to loading my atv .i absolutely love my sportsman and would not hesitate to go back for my next big purchase .thanks again Gerald and see u soon . Larry brown
Worse customer service ever .. Will never go there for anything but parts that are dealer item only
Not impress with there service !!! I never had issue with owning Suzuki when hi-Tech power sport had it now rallye motoplex has Suzuki plus all bad things about rallye going thru town I wasn t up to going there but I did for dealer part had nothing but bad experience looking to go elsewhere from now on will travel out town of have to but call for parts put on hold after 5 min get disconnected call more time reception transfers you to parts they never pick up sent back to reception ask to take your number have them call you cause there to busy just excuses they never return call after few time that had enough drive over after work u have 5 teller and two customer at counter!! Why they can t return call beyond me finally ordered my relay didn t have there had to order in be in a week after week get called it s in show up wrong part orders the right one said week waited 2 weeks called said was ship be couple more days called again it s backordered coming from Japan be month well been month now at this point could orders aftermarket off amazon half price from state be in in 3 to 4 weeks would been just as good. Hope I don t have to go there again you walk in nobody acknowledge you and walks by you just cause I don t look like I have money or walking in Ducati or bmw section don t feel like I m welcome there I ll take my money elsewhere.
Have alot of selection, and friendly but gave us wrong part so had to drive 45 mins twice and tried to blame on us..
I had a super fun time dealing with Bre Noo Sa. I purchased a surprise bike for my husband's birthday. Bre helped keep it a surprise! I couldn't have managed this purchase without him as I had very little idea what I was doing. I thought, as we were in PEI, it would have been a bit more difficult. I shouldn't have worried. Excellent experience! Thank You
Talked to a new salesman who recently moved from France, he was very knowledgeable!
the price for a full service is to mush money when 70% of it is a walk around. For example they tell you your brakes are good but don't say the % just good. For the price you pay the client should know
