First rate service. The guys at Rallye had me on my new Triumph delivered to my home in 5 days. Customer for life.
First rate service. The guys at Rallye had me on my new Triumph delivered to my home in 5 days. Customer for life.
Called about a second hand dirt bike that had already sold, Bre found me one a little newer at a fair price. Great service, enjoyed my buying experience.
Been their 3 times , looking for my first ATV , we wanted his and her machines, the kids are gone and it's our time now.... We liked the Polaris as I read the reviews and we think it's a nice unit,,,,It's shocking to see such a beautiful bright building and they have very limited to no staff working their..It's like a ghost town with tumble wheats blowing by..
Lots of great inventory but no qualified staff and the few people who are their make you feel like we're bothering them and know very little on the products they are selling..
Nobody ever approached us, we always had to go looking for someone to talk to us...Our 3 visits to the facility the salesperson we spoke to wasn't working their anymore, which is sad as it's nice to deal with somebody who will be their when you go back again for service....
Friendly suggestion would be to hire some experienced staff who want to sell, will make a difference on your bottom line...Ended up with two Hondas as we had purchased a new snow blower from them and dealt with the salesman who sold us our blower and he's been year for 15 years...
Cheers,

Recently purchased a 2020 Polaris High Lifter from Rallye Motoplex. I Had a great experience dealing with one of there young sales associates Andrew. Between him and the sales manager Mike we worked out a deal that we were both happy with. Any questions or concerns that I had they answered promptly. Would definitely deal with Andrew and Rallye Motoplex again!
Great service from the parts guys, Joe, Kyle, Andrew. Very friendly and helpful.
Awesome service, I dealt with Bre Noo Sa. Very welcoming, nice gentlemen. The best experience financing a vehicle I ever had. Very willimg to work with you if you with him.
Huge shoutout to Kristy ! She went above and beyond to make sure I received the best costumer service!! Thanks again !!
I drove from fredericton to rallye motoplex on my bike for a 9:00am appointment to have my control buttons and my rear tires replaced, I was told it would be around 1 hours, i waiting for 3 full hours, and they didn't even have all the parts I needed, no one came to talk to me about what was taking so long or anything. Now I need to make another round trip back to moncton to have the remaining parts put on all because no one called to tell me they didn't have the parts....
The 1 star speaks for itself, if only I could do a half star. If you would like more info, my email is pretty easy to find. Pretty serious what had happened and still considering getting law enforcement involved.
Ain't no way I'm calling their client care team.
I purchased my new Yamaha four wheeler from rallye motoplex and the service was excellent very knowledgable staff.
Seemed a little unsure of things in the parts department. Could have been the one guy I delt with
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Please read below.
I messaged Rallye a few times regarding a used bike that I was interested in buying. It took me about 5 responded e-mails before someone actually answered the few questions I had. I eventually got in touch with a salesman who said I had "great taste" and the bike was "absolutely mint." Of course the last owner was "in his 60s and was a bike mechanic." The bike had 5000km and the salesman told me the tires were "98%" even though they were the stock tires on a sports bike???? The salesman quoted me twice at a reasonable price, but then when we got into it, he lied about fees I had to pay - 400 for admin fee, 100 for registration (which makes no sense because they do not register the bike for out of province) and 25 for a battery tender. He also failed to mention until the end that it would be 1000 more if I did not finance (he mentioned 1000, 800, and 750 as the price for this, was super inconsistent). I truly believe I was lied to about everything about this bike and the price kept jumping around. I made a reasonable offer, within a few percent of the ask price - but was never got back to. Two salesmen did not message back. Clearly they are doing well enough to turn away customers! I will not every shop here again and I advise that you do not either! Good luck Rallye!
Super nice store for bought a motorcycle he fake the visited to see it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible dealing with this bunch, I have been lied to and and had to make several return trips to get things done that should have been done right the first time. Only positive thing to say is the sales person did the best he could with who he has to deal with. If you have a choice, go to the other motorcycle dealership in town.
Only reason I gave 1 star .. is because it won't allow 0 .. absolutely the worst dealership I've ever ATTEMPTED to deal with . First experience was trash . Year later I figured I'd try again ... Definitely won't be a 3rd time
Things have really changed since Rallye took over this establishment - particularly the service department. I brought my 400cc Majesty in as oil was seeping into the left air filter casing. They determined that there was too much oil in the crankcase, so they changed the oil and filter. Three weeks later, same problem, so they accused me of adding more oil to the crankcase (which I didn't), so they removed some oil. A month later, same problem, so I asked them to do an investigation to see what was going on. They didn't find anything unusual, and charged me an hour's worth of labour for not being able to find the problem. After months of searching the internet, I discovered that it has 'blow-by', caused by either the PVC valve, a clogged oil passage, or worse, a worn piston ring. Will I be bringing it back here for repair? No! They are incompetent. I'll go to the Yamaha dealer in St John before I return here. I do not recommend having your bike serviced here!
Bree was very helpful and an excellent sales associate, didn't push for the sale and helped me make an informed decision. Would 100% recommend
Great place to buy from if you like paying high prices and want to fight to return the broken product!
I was told by one of the sales specialist that my bike will be good to go in half an hour but I ended up waiting for two and a half hours.
Due for an oil change on my way to the Cabot trail after leaving Ontario, these guys squeezed me in ,got my service done without an appointment..had me up and running within a reasonable time.. friendly and courteous..huge selection..
Booked an appointment in April; had to wait 3 weeks because of a backlog due to Covid.
They didn't book the appointment or order my battery as I was told they would. Now I am told I have to wait until June. I could have ordered the battery myself and it would be done by now.
Update. Took it to servicing and they were understandind and accommodating. I appreciate them doing their best during these interesting times.
Poor customer service, no customer worries. Don't remember
The store is basically candy land if your wanting to see the latest and greatest of the premium brands you've read about in person. If you're actually wanting to purchase things go a little pear shaped. Their advertised pricing is based on car dealership type financing. This may work when the "halo" BMW , Ducati bike models you want are priced like a car but buyer beware when trying to purchase one of the lower to mid range mainstream Japanese products . The game is they want the financing and if you 're old school and think cash talks think again. A cash out the door deal will result in a quote requiring you to pay a higher price then the advertised to make up for the lost financing contract. There appeared to be a little bit of give on their part but it's making the advertised prices appear very questionable.
McDonalds has less staff turn over then this place. Sales has no idea what they are even trying to sell you, typical Rallye way is to get you financed and then see you later . I hate seeing such a great place be taken over by Mr.Monopoly, they have no business in powersports! And too boot they are charging you a NBI (New Brunswick Safety) on all units sold, when this province doesn t even require that. So be aware if you do decide to shop at this place! Check your paper work because they will hide a $35 charge in your price.
Excellent but would of been nice if it was more near the 4 lane. Had a hard time finding it coming from sussex
Amazing shopping experience great salesman in the boating department.
We called this store and got a great deal on a F25 Yamaha outboard motor. The person who answered the phone left a message to Jason who was quick at calling us back when we saw the sale on line. He was very helpful, answered all our questions and provided great service . Everyone there that we dealt with, were very pleasant including the young lady who took care of the financial closure. We would never hesitate to buy again from this company. We left very happy customers.
Lots of inventory. Very nice, newly renovated store. Prices on clothing, boots and hats are high.
Recently made a large purchase there and don't plan to shop there ever again. Was charged $360 for something that I was told HAD to be done or warranty wouldn't be activated and that the first service was free. Turns out this was totally incorrect and I've called 2 times to fix the situation and both times was told they would call back in a few hours. It's now 12 days and i'm still waiting for the call back. They also made 2 errors on my paperwork which required me multiple trips to Access PEI. Thinking I was getting a deal which turned out costing me more.
UPDATE: Since this time 6 months ago I had made two more calls and again was told someone would call back to make it right. I'm still waiting for that to happen...
Update: They finally made things right
In June of 2016 I was riding into Nova Scotia when I laid my Triumph Sprint down and broke all of the fairing assembly off. I also broke some levers, twisted the fork tubes, and there was no way I'd be able to ride the bike back home to NYC. I called Atlantic Motoplex and asked if I could leave the bike, along with my girlfriend's (which was fine but since they might hold it I had them replace a broken part and give it an oil change). They had no problem with this. So we flew home.
When the bikes were finished they sent an email, we flew back, and we are now on our way home via Quebec. Chuck in the service department took great care of us and our bikes. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I wouldn't hesitate to have them service any of my bikes, and I also wouldn't hesitate to buy one from them. When you buy a bike, you become somewhat dependent upon its dealer network, especially if you do any touring. So far I'm very happy with Triumph in this regard. I would absolutely buy another one.
Today I can say I'm a proud owner of a 2019 Yamaha Niken GT! Thank you Rallye Motoplex and a special thanks to my salesman Bre who was able to help me get this amazing bike! I highly recommend Bre for any of your motorcycle inquires and/or purchases!
I was on hold for 30 minutes... kept getting bounced around from department to apartment, all because someone couldn't answer a single simple pricing question. needless to say after i got transferred back to sales for the 5th time, this after being on the phone for 20 minutes and being hung up on (*by accident, but still) I found a better deal somewhere else.
I have wanted a BMW GS Adventure for a long time and I was finally ready. Bre made the experience awesome, he got me quite a large discount and also found some rebates that I didn t hear about. He made sure everything was ready for me to show up, sign the paperwork and be out the door in an hour as I was coming from out of province. I have received follow up calls from both Bre and Mark the Sales Manager in the days following. My experience was very positive and I would recommend Rallye Motoplex. The best deal is one that you re happy with.
Excellent service from Sales! Cody went above and beyond to answer any questions I had!
Service was great wanted to thank Bre from sales and everyone who helped me out on getting my dream bike!
I would deffinantly recommend really motoplex very friendly staff ..and I can't even begin to explain how helpful they are ..big thanks to the staff and especially management for going out of their way to help me out !!!keep it up!!!
I dealt with Todd henry and he was very friendly and very educated on what he was selling definitely will return
Largest motorcycle store in NB. They have a wide variety of gear, parts, new and used inventory.
Was a overall great experience, Bre my salesman s was beyond friendly and gave me all the time in the world to think about my options and wasn t pushy at all. Manager Mike was great on getting me approved on my new 2020 1000s rzr. Overall great team they have there.
Super awesome service from Ashlyn. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying two new riding jackets. Thanks again.
My friend and I recently bought 2 snowmobiles from rallye, we had exceptional sales help from jason and his crew they really helped us step to step and even stayed quite late after closing to finish the sales and even load the sleds onto the trailer they lent us. I would recommend this great dealership to anyone. Great products great staff great prices.
Rallye saved my vacation after having trouble with my tires on a long trip through Canada on my Kawasaki Concours 1400. The team, lead by Dallas, replaced my tires same day in a matter of hours. Gave me a fair price and the shop is gorgeous with a comfy waiting room and lots of motorcycles and toys to keep you interested while you wait. Only dig is that they don t take AmEx but that happens a lot in Canada. If you are BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, Yamaha, or other brand, it s worth a trip in to see these guys!
Thanks a bunch!!!

I have it on trusted authority, that when Rallye Motors took over Atlantic Motoplex, As high as 90% of the staff were fired, or laid off, or quit within a month of new management. This really says something about the reputation of Rallye group
And It's not just a rumor, Every department I go to, whether it's Sales, Parts, Apparel, Even the front desk. every month there's someone new there, and the people I knew before "Aren't there anymore"
Employees quit by the dozens and have nothing nice to say about the place, this can't be a coincidence. Something is seriously wrong here.
This franchise is becoming a cancer that wipes everything out in it's path in the persuit of becoming the motor monopoly of moncton.
I bought 2020 razr from them , sure i like bike but Garret my salesmen was terrible , even just having a simple question could never get a hold of him and never woould call me back. I did find someone else to deal with , i dont remember the name but she was good. Would i buy another big purchase from there ? NOT LIKELY
Wanted to take a few moments to comment on the excellent experience in purchasing my first vehicle with RallyE Motoplex.
It s been 10 years since my last bike purchase, and I had something in mind but wasn t landed on exactly the bike I was looking for. I had been researching a number of adventure oriented Motorcycles, and I knew I wanted to land in the Middleweight category.
Made a few calls to dealers, and I will just say the experience for this 53 year old wasn t great.
Made my first inquiry over the web, and although the Motorcycle Dealer side was closed on Monday, received my first call to chat about my wants, riding style, and a great open discussion on options. Suggested that he will contact someone and I will receive a call on Tuesday to discuss further my thoughts on options.
Tuesday received my first call from Gerald Keizer, and we continued the discussion, and we landed on the Great Middleweight F850GS.
Spent the next day talking options, with Gerald, and Mike Goguen, and although limited on Stock, Mike was able to find the exact bike I was looking, plus a few little extras.
Can t say enough about the exceptional remote and virtual sales experience with Gerald, and Mike.
And then to top it all off, they delivered the bike to Halifax. Got the call they were an hour out, and rode to Dartmouth crossing to complete the transaction.
Thank-you Gentlemen, and very much appreciated.
just cannot say enough great things about Rallye Motoplex and their service team.
Heading from Fredericton to Cape Breton for a bike rally and my valve stem broke in Salisbury. Riding with some Harley folks and so we called Toys for Big Boys first, but was told they don't service Suzuki. Called Rallye next, and I won't be calling anywhere else again. They picked me and the bike up in Salisbury, took us to Dieppe, fixed my tire and had the group of us back on the way in under 3 hours, for under $150. I'm still floored.
My only regret is that I'm only able to like their page once. I'd click that button a thousand times if I could.
Actually, one more regret - my wife fell in love with an Indian motorcycle while we waited for the fix. I think my wallet's going to hurt! :D
My husband purchased a BMW R1200GS, as well as all his apparel, from these folks years ago and was very satisfied with the service. When I started riding, I purchased my apparel from Atlantic Motoplex and found the saleswoman very knowledgeable and helpful. Last week, we purchased a Yamaha scooter for our eldest daughter and, again, received excellent service. Our salesperson, Gerald, was FANTASTIC and Reg was great with the financing part of it. All in all, we made contact with Rally Motoplex on Tuesday and we had the scooter by Thursday afternoon, in N.S.! We'll go back for our youngest daughter's scooter when the time comes. Thanks Rallye Motors!
Bought a new indian bobber from cody (sales) who was very helpful. When they delivered the bike it had a scuff on the rear panel i went up and darren (service) took care of me right away. I was skeptical going here to get my bike but after everything said and done these guys have done good by me. Thanks.
The new owners have no business dealing in the motorcycle
Excellent staff. Traveling across Canada and I walked in for a tire and they installed it within the hour and had me back on the road. Called from the highway a few weeks later on my way back thru Moncton and again got an oil change and minor repair done same afternoon. Thanks for being so accommodating. I wish I lived closer so I could have all my service done here
Rallye motors has AMAZING customer service. Great humour, great products, and overall 10/10 services.
The sales associates on the floor and behind the parts counter are great to deal with and very helpfull however, the service personnel could certainly use some work. I once saw an employee joy riding my brand new bike in the parking lot after performing an oil change as well a low quality of workmen ship.
My BMW'S final drive ($$$) self-destructed in Moncton close enough for me to ride it to their shop. Of course they had none in stock but that's par for the course. So I left the bike there and went home with my wife in the smart car. Two weeks later before I could find time to fly back from Montreal they called me to say they had received the final drive and installed it. Two weeks later I flew in and found they had cleaned and prepped the bike for my arrival. Top service and a fair price as well. I shopped around before I got there and was glad they didn't take advantage of my situation! Since they were also a Suzuki dealer I took the time to find new steering head bearings for my wife 's bike; and the parts guy found aftermarket tapered rollers for less money than the OEM ball sets. In stock! I almost passed out from shock! Thank you Atlantic Motoplex!
I had my Yamaha Roadliner into Motoplex service department 4 times last summer to get my bike to stop stalling for no apparent reason. Besides terrible gas mileage, the bike just didn't have the get up and go that I was accustomed to. Besides the danger of the bike stalling mid turn at low speeds, Atlantic Motoplex refused to acknowledge there was a problem with the bike. I went away for a week last June and left the bike with them for a week and demanded they fix the problem, A WEEK! Shawn phoned me the first afternoon, and told me they had fixed the problem. I got back home and my first ride, it did the same thing. Took the bike back to Motoplex left the bike with them again. Very disgruntled at this point. Service manager calls me and tells me they can't replicate the problem. (that was why I left it there the previous month for a week). As my summer of enjoying (or trying to enjoy my Roadliner) was coming to an end, I researched the problem on the internet and found the problem was well known and well documented. I copied and pasted the step by step repair and sent it to "service manager Shawn" and at this point demanded that they come and pick up the bike and fix it. They came and took it back to their shop. Next day I get a call saying they can't replicate the problem. ARGH! So I put my Roadliner to bed for the winter. This spring I took the Roadliner to G Bourque with the documentation of the WELL KNOWN AND WELL DOCUMENTED REPAIR and for a couple of hundred dollars, including oil change and spring tune up I have my Roadliner back, working the way a Yamaha Roadliner should work. A big thank you to G Bourque. It's going to be a great summer!!!!
Such a shame, that a once great place has turned into this mess. I was interested in purchasing a BMW bike, but got the WORST sales experience that I have ever seen! The salesperson was not only unknowledgeable about the product, but rude and he got worse when I told him I wads also looking at a Honda bike! The salesman was either too lazy or not knowing how to get some information on the options on bike I had to call BMW Canada in Toronto to find out the information I was looking for, . I was so upset with the BS that I found the same bike at BMW Toronto, and they were not only very professional and courteous and helpful. They were even going to ship the bike to me, but after long thought and not wanting to deal with Rallye for maintenance , decided to buy the Honda at Eldridge's in St John where I received great service and a great bike.
2019-09-18 Went there and was unable to speak to anyone regarding a BMW K1600 motorcycle...
Completely wasted my time
I was told I was approved for my financing. With a big down deposit. They got me to sit around the dealership to wait to sign the paperwork. Got there at 930 am. Waited 8hrs later then told they where closing and to come back next day. Next day I was told sorry because I am a seasonal worker they cant finance me any more. Avoid this place they will waste your time trying to make the sale. Avoid if you are a seasonal worker. They should have atleast compensated me for the wasted time and running around.
Just came back to Saint John from this beautiful store.
Have to say, they did a class act on making this one of the nicest showrooms I have been in.
Not alot of staff around, but to me that was great..just looking anyways, but hate to be hassled.
5 stars for the great job they have done. If you get a chance to dream, this is the place that can make your dream happen.
Very polite seller. However the prices are ridiculous. They think we are idiots who don't shop at other dealers.
Just bought a new triumph street triple r from Bre No (sales specialist). This guy offered superb service without any pressure sale. He helped me sell my current bike through the dealership and things went smootly. Also met other staff in the process and all nice people. tks Bre No and to Rallyemotoplex.
I just bought a grizzly through Bre the sales associate and he was a wicked sales person from the time I got in to the time I left and didn t have a truck to bring it home so he went out of his way to get my bike home to me! Would recommend Bre to anyone that is going to look for anything at rallye!
They made my buying my first bike a breeze . Help me choose the bike that would be good for a first time rider . The layout of the store is very inviting and easy to shop . Staff is super friendly .
Called them today and made a cash offer on a bike and they came back with you should finance it cause it will work out better in the long run. They also said they couldn't take my offer cause they can't make it work. I had a great experience in buying my truck from the 2 years ago but l will never buy from them again unless they actually try to work with the customer.
Lots of things to look at. Clean store, friendly staff. Wish I had more money to buy all of the things.
Stuff over priced and were not to friendly, my questions wernt handled properly
I had the best experience when purchasing my 2018 yz450fx, the sales staff are all really nice and really put there foot forward into helping you getting into that bike you have always wanted! I have never been to a place in my life where the people were so nice, literally if your seen standing alone or looking at something, you will at least get 3-7 people that will ask you if need a hand with anything. it sounds kinda excessive but it makes you feel like you're wanted there. i know some places wouldn't even look at me or talk to me cause they would think "just a tire kicker" but a Rallye Motoplex everyone gets a chance! The service is fast easy, the approval process is fast, i went in looked at the bike and left with it all in a little over 2 hours. It only took so long cause we had to load the bike in the back of the truck with my old bike! Overall i had an amazing experience ill defiantly go back there, and recommend anyone to just go in and see for yourself!
Excellent selection of clothing and accessories. Multiple motorcycle lines available along with a well stocked parts department and Service Centre.
I purchased a pre owned 1500 Vulcan yesterday and my salesman Bre was excellent to deal with! Great energy , comfortable to deal with. No pressure just friendly service and a fun guy to deal with. The bike was excellently cleaned and he even called me the next day to see how it was going and how the ride home was. I would recommend Bre for salesman and the motoplex to anyone. The man that did the paperwork was very fast and efficient as well. Good service and very friendly staff.
Thanks fir the bike and good luck to everyone at Rallye Motoplex.
Thanks again, Jim Gardiner
Awesome store! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable.
I went to get some parts for my ATV and was very pleased with the service I received mitchell young in parts is top notch very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your needs I actually bought more than I originally planned because the service was so great
Grand showroom, excellent customer service, no pressure. We were getting ideas for the next season coming up!
This place has everything and anything you could be looking for when it comes to having fun
Went in to buy a vehicle, told the "sales person" exactly what I wanted they didn't have one on the lot but one was coming in for another customer already sold. Said he would call for me to take a look at. NEVER DID.
But hey that's ok if they can't follow through with a sale how would service be!
Went elsewhere not Rallye Motors!!!
I dealt with Bre when purchasing my Yamaha xsr700. He was very attentive. He got me a great price for my trade in. There was no high pressure sales from Bre. He just knew the product, and stayed professional.
Parts and service following my purchase, have been excellent!
All around, great experience. I would definitely recommend this team.
Martin was great and is the reason I found the bike I was looking for! Thanks for the great service!
You can never reach the parts department when you call (rings about 3 times then cuts you off). And they barely carry and stock because pretty much any basic part like a clutch weight or timing chain needs to be ordered in all the time and you gotta wait 1-2 weeks longer to finish your repair.
Sad to see its under new ownership and almost all the great staff that knew anything left when the new owner moved in...Just a bunch of kids working there now..Our family bought from their often ,but won t anymore since its under new ownership,,really bad experience we had buying a car from one of his Rallye stores........Rallye name is very negative in Greater Moncton with poor service, and a staff with little to no experience as Rallye stores are very hard on the staff..Almost all the places have young kids working in there as anybody with experience won t work there.
Rallye Motoplex went the extra mile and helped me with an emergency service while I was on a 2 week trip in Nova Scotia. These guys found a creative and outside-the-box solution for my problem and saved my trip.
This place is big. (7,000 sq. ft) and has a huge selection of bikes and gear. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Special thank you goes to Dallas Corbin, the service manager, who helped a fellow biker in trouble and Christina and Mike from the parts department.
I would definitely recommend checking out this place.
Stripped my oil plug giving my bike a simple oil change, top of plug/bolt looked beat up or over torqued. Wanted to take the cheapest route and wouldn't fix it any other way.
