I was looking for one bike in particular and my local dealership was only interested in selling something from there inventory. I contacted rallye and they were willing to help find the model I was looking for. It took 2 months but it was exactly the bike I wanted and well worth the wait. I would definitely buy from them again. I would like to thank Bree, Mike and Krista. First time buying a brand new machine great experience.

While searching for my first motorcycle, I decided to visit Rallye Motoplex in Moncton and I'm happy I did. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Cassie who took the time to answer all my questions, provide me with fantastic customer service and helped me find the bike that was right for me (2018 Indian Scout). Matt, thank you again! I have to give a shout out to Krista Boyle and everyone else I dealt with for providing me with a great overall experience! If you're on the fence and not sure what motorcycle/side by side/4wheeler, boat etc is right for you, do not hesitate to drop by and see the gang at Rallye Motoplex and let them assist.

Update**** we were told that none of need a training course. Good thing I called, none of us can be on the trails until we take a training course.... i very specifically asked that question and was told no. I now have to pay another $150 for us to be able to use our side by side.

Just purchased a new 2019 750 King Quad from Jason Cook at Rallye and I couldn t ask for a better experience and group to deal with! Jason and Jessie Folz were very helpful with everything, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get on a new bike!

Attempted (3) times to reach out over email and phone regarding a couple of bikes. No one seemed interested in selling me anything.

After a couple of follow-ups they reached out to me with no details (other than it is available) and didn't respond to any other questions.

Based on the lack of communication and interest in me... I went elsewhere.

Truly deplorable sales ethics. A pack of theives a crooks. Suzuki Canada lists freight on their bikes as $300 but they tried to charge me $899. Highly dishonest and disgusting; in fact I was told a multitude of reprehensible lies in their showroom and on the phone.
I'm mean I know they need to make a profit but I'm not trying to put all illegitimate children through community college....I've got my own to worry about.

He arranged to deliver my Motorcycle and pick up my trade-in and included paperwork to take to my Registration place Access NS. I will buy from from this company again, they do it right. Just got my bike paid off that I bought there. If you want to be sold a bike with an extreme oil leak, talked to like an idiot, have your motor blow 8000 km after purchase, be told the accessories won't be refunded, fund your own rebuild on something your still paying for, and generally lose all faith in man kind, then motoplex is the place for you! I know its under new ownership but I'm sure many of the same people I dealt with are still lingering in the shadows. I would expect this kind of thing from a private sale, not a dealer.

My salesman cody was great very accommodating with what I wanted and could afford. He went the extra mile to make what I wanted happen. A huge thank you to krista boyle for juggling multiple customers at the same time and keeping everyone happy, she honestly made the process 150% less stressful by knowing the answers to all my questions and working with me to get what I wanted! Krista is 1 in a million, she deserves a huge raise and recognition for her work!

I ordered all new fairings and tank for my 08 Yama...

I ordered all new fairings and tank for my 08 Yamaha yzf-r6 here through a parts employee Kyle McLaughlin around April 21st. I paid 4000$ for these parts. The motoplex employee however put the order through under his personal account with motoplex. Sometime in between when the fairings and tank were ordered to now, Kyle has either quit his job or been fired. When i reach out to him to inquire about when my fairings will be arriving I am only given vague run around like excuses and empty promises.. When i visited motoplex to ask about the parts i havent received i was told that the ex-employee owes motoplex well over 4000$ for unpaid merchandise he has received from the store. They then tell me that if I want my bike parts its my responsibility to have Kyle McLaughlin contact or visit motoplex himself to resolve the issue. Ive tried calling him and requesting he contact motoplex however he refuses to do so. When i ask the employees for their boss's contact information im told the boss is on vacation and to come back in a week and they will give me the contact information then. The staff is completely rude and disrespectful, often making jokes and laughing among themselves while i inquire about the issue. Im so frustrated with how unprofessional, disorganized and corrupt this business is. All i want is my bike fairings that are sitting in their stock room . However, im told that until Kyle pays his bill with Motoplex they will be keeping the parts as collateral. What can I do about this?

I don't know who the woman was that helped me find a helmet today, but she was fantastic. My wife and I had all sorts of questions about functionality, airflow, speakers, action Cam placement, durability, general use, warranty....... U name it...... She answered everything. She not only answered our questions she answered them correctly. After buying the helmet we asked and she answered all the questions to, everything she said was 100% accurate. We felt no pressure to buy anything. She showed us helmets that were $1200 to $100 and completely was concerned about my comfort and enjoyment out of the product. She understood and explained all warranties. That's just helmet selection, looking at the motorcycles, the gentleman we talked to encouraged us to try everything out, sit down, experience the bike. Covid issues sorted, they showed us how they clean the bikes in between people touching and handling. Price wise they were excellent overall. The motoplex is the ultimate store, so impressed. I usually hate shopping in Moncton, these folks were great!

Let me start by saying, these guys are a class act.
We wanted to ship our motorcycle from Edmonton to use while on our vacation in New Brunswick, and the Team at Atlantic Motoplex made it possible. They worked with us and our logistics company to offload our motorcycle, uncrated and stored it inside until we arrived a couple of days later, donated a sip of fuel to get it to the gas station, stored our crate and worked with us to get it all packaged up and sent home. I have never had better service.
My helmet was is need of replacement, and they had a great selection available. The crew in the accessories department were extremely helpful and courteous.
Thank you all for making our vacation truly remarkable.

The sales person only wanted to sell a bike. Not really answer any questions. They only gave us payments not a breakdown of prices on each bike as we requested. Said that they would do better on pricing on one of the bikes and it was the same price as on the internet. Then they messaged me to see what they could do to make the sale. I said that I would like a breakdown on the bikes not just a payment; sent the finance person a follow up message and it has been almost a week and i am still waiting for an answer.

I recently purchased a Triumph Speed Twin from Mike, he was great to deal with. He was very much to the point, didn't waste any time. Always returned phone calls and emails, kept me in the loop the whole time. The bike was picked up at the dealership for delivery on time and I received it in perfect order.
I would absolutely recommend Rallye for a motorcycle purchase.

First oil change and inspection on a Tiger 1200 $ 391.00 1.5 hours of plowing. after some unsatisfactory explanations in my reimbursed $ 52 redone my invoice but still 5l of oil at $ 16 while the bike takes 4. The job was well done, but I was overcharged to the maximum it's hard to forgive that. $ 109 / hr! It's in the spirit of BMW ... my dealer in Massuville QC charges $ 70 / h, But their building is more modest.

Travelled from saint john this week to purchase a side by side. Bre and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I was able to leave with a UTV. I highly recommend Rallye Motoplex to anyone I talk to now. Customer service was amazing, everything about the experience was good. They even stayed open a later so I didn't have to travel back up to pick up the UTV! Thank you bre!

Recently purchased my new motorcycle from Ralley Motoplex and must say the team lead by Mike were top notch! Truly focused on customer service. Living outside NB they managed the shipping of my bike with delicate efficiency. It arrived in my province and I simply only needed to register my plate. They answered and satisfied all my questions throughout the process. Very caring group you can trust especially with your pride and joy! Would recommend their store to anyone asking! Wasn t impressed with my experience at all. I spoke to a salesperson on the phone explaining I would be driving three hours to go purchase a specific motorcycle. Once I arrived at Rallye Motoplex they informed me that the bike I was looking at sold the NIGHT before. But I had just spoken to a salesperson before going to Dieppe. Would have been nice to be informed before driving three hours. However, they did feel really bad and paid for the trip down but I definitely will not be shopping there in the future. They re not organized and have no communication skills amongst themselves. Would not recommend shopping here.

Was told only the battery was left to change and they had 4 hours time in, got the bill and was at 6 hours. So 2 hours to change a battery that's just under the seat. Pathetic.

There were no surprises, and he explained the process and pricing so that I understood. Last week I had decided I wanted to purchase/order a new Ducati panigale. I live very close to the Moncton/Dieppe area so I rode my motorcycle to the Atlantic motoplex to see what they had in stock. After arriving I proceeded to stand in the Ducati area with the full intentions on purchasing a new motorcycle. I stood in the same spot looking at two bikes for roughly 5 minutes. There was two salespeople several feet behind me at their kiosk/stand. They had been joking with one another the entire time I had been standing there without saying so much as hello. I decided to walk around and return several minutes later. After returning, the two same salespeople were still there and I thought, great they'll see I've returned and start a conversation with me or at least say hello. I proceeded to stand in the exact same spot as I had the first time without even being acknowledged again for several more minutes. I left shortly thereafter disappointed. I was hoping to get the ball rolling before returning to work across the country for several weeks. Not the first time I've had similar treatment here.

Very poor service from staff that seems interested more in looking at their phone, computers and anything other than help. Parts counter can be helpful but it depends at who you talk to, the guy next to me seemed to have better service while the advisor answering me seemed like he couldn't get rid of me fast enough. Went in for parts on a used bike I purchased, clothes and also looked at new bikes. Similar experience to other Rallye Motors experience, at least they are consistent in their poor service. First time in, was also the last time. Luckily enough, smaller retailer down the road sells Kawasaki and the parts are interchangeable with the Suzuki bike I purchased.

We're called 5 times in 2 days to inquire about parts. Put on hold 3/5 times. Spent a total over an hour waiting on hold. Left a messages twice with someone in sales for a call back which never came.
I don't recommend this business at all!

Since they had to bring in employees from another dealer to close the deal, it could have been very complicated. We were treated fairly. Win win for everyone. Two hours later all the transactions were done.

Every single staff member I have dealt with in the accessories department has been fantastic and Darren in the service department always goes out of his way to make my experience positive. Around May 12, I posted a simple tire pricing query using their webform. Received an automated acknowledgement. Received no follow-up and May 20, I emailed and asked what happened and apparently the information was "lost". I sent another very detailed email query relating to price, availability and eligibility for manufacturer's rebate on Dunlop motorcycle tires on May 25. No response by June 1 so I sent ANOTHER email and was told it would be forwarded to Parts. That was a week ago. They received one final email from me yesterday (June 7) in which I expressed my displeasure at the total lack of meaningful response. I told them clearly (but politely) that I felt that their lack of concern for customer care would ensure that they would not survive long in this business - no acknowledgement on that and don't expect one!

I have bought many sets of tires, parts, maintenance consumables, riding gear and even a motorcycle from Motoplex over the last ten years or so. Some service work although I do most myself. Unless the new owners/management turn around their commitment to customer service, it is unlikely that I will be back! (They got one star because zero isn't an option)

Thank you Rallye Motoplex.....1st time snowmobile owners, my husband & I needed all things in outer wear. We had No Clue on the whats, whys or hows of snowmobile gear, especially the helmets.
Thanks to Karen and her team, we are suited up and ready to go.
Honest, patient...(we had soooo many questions) fun and very knowledgeable.
Love our FXR gear. As luck would have it, we also had the great pleasure of meeting the FXR rep.

Went to Motoplex to see a BMW 1600B. The bike is not as cool looking as the pictures. It really is just a 1600GT remodel. Its not as practical as the GT. Didnt get a chance to ride. Seeing the bike for real made me devide its not the bike for me. The new Rallye Motoplex are low balling BMW trades :-(

Well, where do I start... I was very hesitant in dealing with your company but now that I have I am over beyond impressed with the customer service I received. As we all know getting a side-by-side fixed can be costly, especially in the hands of people who only care about the money and not actually getting the job done right. Not only did the service manager (Dallas) go over and beyond what we expected, he kept us in the loop every step of the way, explained everything clearly and worked his hardest to ensure anything that needed to be covered under warranty was done. He honestly made us feel like we were his only customers and THAT is the amazing customer service we have received. I will definitely be recommending you guys to my family and friends. I would hope that all of your service departments (including the auto side of things) take his lead. It would bring your company to another level for sure. Thank you again!

My experience here was extraordinary! I feel valued as a customer. The parts department was accommodating and timely and the service department absolutely amazing. My bill was fair and clear. Every encounter with staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I peeked into the service bay and it was neat, tidy, clean and organized and the showroom shows pride in their products, Well done, Atlantic Motorsports, you've built a great team!

I'll have my toys serviced elsewhere. I wish they'd have just told me they couldn't do it.

Clothing/Gear Team is A1! They are very polite, prompt and professional. The ladies helped me find the sizes I needed and ordered in whatever else I wanted. Their supplier ships fast and has plenty of stock. Jenn told me about great sales thus my friend and I both got helmets that are really rare. Fortnine and Revzilla didn't even have them in stock. The parts team is also great, offering advice on what parts I needed. Even had a good set of tires for sale. I got some new threads at Christmas via gift cards. Stores in the mall don't carry many Aplinestars, Yamaha, Kawasaki, etc brands for clothing. I got all my new riding gear from there too, ready for the season. Lots of choices from low-end Gmax to high-end Dianese and sport bike to dirt bike to cruiser to atv. I highly recommend Motoplex, especially the Apparel department!

I was disappointed! This used to be the most spectacular bike shop I'd ever seen but it appears the product line has gone from motorcycles to four wheelers . Great for those guys but not for me . I'll go back next spring with high hopes!
