I just bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Acura of Moncton and I am very happy with this choice of car. My salesperson was Bill Perry. I couldn't have been handled better. He just called to follow up on my purchase which took place last week.
My family and close friends are amazed with the top of the line features on this car. I am beaming!

I dealt with Michel Theriault when I bought my new 2016 ILX. What a great experience! I went in unsure of what to expect from the Luxury car world and Acura certainly set the bar high! Gorgeous showroom, relaxed and courteous atmosphere as well as the cleanest service shop I have ever seen! I was offered water, tea or coffee when we sat down to discuss what I was looking for; the staff were all excellent and really seemed to care about my needs and requirements in a vehicle. Five Stars! OH! And did I mention I was cordially invited to the Introduction of the amazing 2017 NSX Sports car?? Wine, hors d'oeuvres, music... Can a girl ask for any more? There's no question here; as long as Acura of Moncton is selling beautiful cars with this much flare, I'll be a loyal customer.

We always receive amazing service at Acura of Moncton. The service Advisor, Pierre, definitely understands what customer service is all about. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail. He is patient, kind and is not into ''pressure selling'' but will rather recommend giving us detailed explanations. We were on vacation, 1300 km from home, and needed roadside assistance. Moncton Acura was the closest dealership and we couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of our vehicle and my family. Wendi, Peter, Shawn and Luc all went out of their way to get us back on the road quickly and safely. This dealership is a testament to how customer relations should be done in this day and age. Having Milli around doesn't hurt either!! ;).

They sold us a car back when they were on baig Blvd . The car had been rear ended and they never told us.

My wife and I have been dealing at Acura Moncton for over 15 years and just purchased our 4th new Acura. This one is the new 2019 Acura RDX platinum Elite.

As it is a new ground up vehicle I applaud Kieran ,Mike and Sam spending 3 Hours training us with features. We have always been treated extremely well by them and Service Department. It is an excellent dealership. You should try them . As for vehicles they have tremendous reliability and performance.

Best dealership that I ever dealt with, they are very accomodating but the Peter and his crew in service are exceptional...would recommend without reservations...keep up the good work

What can a person reasonably expect when looking to buy a nine year old used car with an $7500 value at an upscale dealership that deals in cars that are in the $45,000- $85,000 range.? Well ,at Acura of Moncton, , the same high level of interest, consideration, courtesy, ,friendliness,accomodation and respect . That indeed was my recent experience, which for me ranks in the top three car buying experience in the span of nearly 60 years, and near as many cars new and used. I say, a big round of applause to Rick Cormier and his team, Lynn Demand and Kyle Thibodeau were most gracious and helpful in making this deal feel nothing at all like an ordeal. Top Notch folks!

We were driving by and our vehicle showed that maintenance was due. As we were far away from home, we wanted it to be serviced right away.

From the highway we called in minutes before they were closing for the day and Kim was able to understand the issue and was able to accommodate us and book is for the next day at a convenient time.

Upon coming in to the dealership Ray was even better and made sure that our vehicle is taken quickly and made sure it was ready as we had to be on the road quickly.

The showroom is clean, full of natural light and people friendly. Even the owner stopped by and spoke with us for a few minutes.

Only if I was living in this area - I would have bought my vehicle here and even purchased one from them.

Excellent Service! Sales (both new and used). Best experience of any dealership (new and used) that I have ever had. Work is always completed quickly and efficiently. Honestly this Dealership is second to none. Moved from Mercedes to Acura. So happy I replaced my second car with Acura too. Quality, function, reliability fit and finish were all over delivered. Putting a new car warranty (up to 200 000 km) on a used car (for a minimal cost may I add) speak volumes of their confidence in their product. I should have done this years go. Key people for me so far have been 1) Gary Aguinaga (sales - in my opinion: the most honest, efficient, realistic and helpful person in car sales yet. He understood me and helped me. There was no quibble/bartering involved. At no time during 2 sales was there any feeling of having to take extra caution. Factual help from someone who cares. Also discussed the end of the road when I m done with the car and financial options that would help me then. 2) Mike Smith (finance) - Pleasant, efficient and very informative. Deals were swift and there was absolutely no buyers remorse or second guessing. All options were given and the best fit for MY situation was done. Very pleased.
A huge thank you to Acura Moncton. I have the feeling we will be there for life.

Acura's car are great car and reliable
My first car in Canada was Acura TSX 2009 and this is my first time driving with snow and black iced. Even though my Acura TSX running very well and safe. I am very appreciate to the Acura Moncton and the staffs working there specially Kieran Cogan and Richard and Mike

Today I picked up 4 steel wheels and 4 winter tires. The pricing of the tires was OK but the wheels were a good price. As they only needed to mount and balance the tires, they already had them done before my 9AM appointment. So I only spent about 10 minutes there. That is service. I will be coming back.
