Placed an order that was listed as Lead Time: IN STOCK - Same day shipping (order by 4 pm) .

Received an email staying they had to special order the parts I ordered and was told were in stock (and additional 3-4 business days).

I asked for a expedited shipping or a refund in shipping in exchange for false information on their website as well as in my confirmation email.

Was told we don t do that .

Canceled my order, will shop elsewhere.

Don t label products as Lead Time: IN STOCK - Same day shipping (order by 4 pm) if you don t actually have it. That s straight up lying to your customers.
