I went here looking for an uncommon bulb and they had exactly what I needed. I was surprised at the selection available. I will definitely be heading back for my future lighting needs.

Had the lights I was looking for at a good price but the customer service was suspect ! I was told 3-5 days till they arrived and after numerous calls I had them in about 2 weeks !

Great customer service! I received a very quick response and replacement of damaged bulbs, even though I only ordered two (specialty germicidal UV) bulbs and value was low(~$25). They have a large variety of specialty bulbs available that don't necessarily have to be purchased in bulk.

I needed an oddball replacement lamp socket to replace a broken one. They had what I needed for a good price and reasonable delivery charges. The socket arrived quickly and was exactly as described so it worked perfectly.

Ballast fit perfectly and light bulb excellent quality. Shipment on time.

Great light bulb selection. Was able to get a hard to find reference.

Worst experience ever. Placed my order 4 weeks ago. I called a week after ordering and was told they only have 6 out of 12 in stock so I said, OK, please ship the 6 currently in stock and the other 6 when available. Was told I'd have the 6 currently available by August 13th, even though I paid for overnight shipping so it would be 12 days to receive the first set of 6. Didn't receive those 6 today, August 13th so I called back and was told they would contact vendor to have them shipped today, August 13th! So the vendor hasn't even shipped them yet! I told them I'd expect them to ship them via overnight as it's been 4 weeks now since my original order and they hung up on me 5 times and refuse to escalate my call to a supervisor.
Worst customer service and worst experience EVER. As a business owner, I hope the BOD and/or owners of ALB see this post and have this be an example to their team on how NOT to provide customer service!

Terrible customer service. Stay away. Took several weeks to receive my lights. Then had to return defective Lithonia LED panel lights that would buzz no matter what dimmer I used. They would have kept my money if I did not stay on top of them and kept emailing them. 4 weeks after returning the lights I received my refund but they told me it was refunded 1 week after receiving them. Will never do business with again.

Complete liars. I had to contact them 3 times after they received the lights back to get my refund. If they keep spreading lies about refunding me the same day they received the items, I will have to expose them with pictures and emails. It took 4 weeks and they would have kept my money if I did not stay on top of it.

I had questions about the type bulbs to order and they were very quick to respond, polite and helpful. Our order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They are awesome.

They have every type of lighting application you can imagine. I recomend visiting to see options before installing new applications.

Less than stellar customer service here. Whitney was rude, and at times unresponsive. Needless to say, we won't be purchasing from this vendor in the future.

The bulbs I needed were in stock at the right price. Shipping charges were reasonable and the bulbs shipped right away and arrived three work dys after the order was placed. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service. If you need to return your order, Good luck getting your money back.

I was having problems finding a distributor to get the products in a small quantity that I needed but when I went to Atlanta Lightbulbs site I was able to order the bulbs at a reasonable price including shipping and I received my order in 7 days , The bulbs arrived in perfect condition and I would encourage anyone looking for hard to locate lamps to check them out great price and service i will be ordering more Lamps from them

needed a couple of 9" fluorescent bulbs for an emergency light. they had them available, shipped quickly and at a really good price.

I am completely shocked by the service of this company. I placed a $3,000.00 order with my credit card and was given an approximate delivery time of two weeks. I called after three weeks and left a message inquiring about the order. I received no return call and no communication. I guess they don't need my business.

Wrong item was ordered and they refused without a reason as to why it they rejected it. It also took over 1 month to receive from vendor.

I had a good experience. Ordered some bulbs they arrived quickly exactly as ordered. Will do business again.
