I received exactly what I expected, (LED tube lamps), and they are nice and bright. I also received plenty of helpful communication. I ordered the bulbs for a retro fit on two (4) bulb T12 fixtures, my first retro fit using LED tubes. Well I did not realize that the LED's do not require ballast, so I had also purchased ballast, (from another source), and I had LED tube strobe lights, but after some communication with Atlanta Light Bulbs, I now have nice bright light.
