WOR ST PLACE EVER!!! I got hired as a recruiter and the HR worked with my college schedule. I was happy at first! Then I got to see their ugly personalities. From the first day of work they wanted me to phone interview people! How on earth do you expect someone to do that when you haven't trained them?? I don't know what the job is about, what the inspectors do. I didn't feel comfortable calling people from first or second day. I reviewed the questions I was suppose to ask and even typed a nicer and easier format for the questions on my own time. By the third day I was interviewing people on phone and setting interview appointments. For a whole week I'm there i do not have a desk, a phone, or a computer. I was moved from one office to another. I didn't mind and I understood they couldn't get it for me right away. After doing all of that they tell me I'm not doing what they're asking me. I did everything they asked even worked 4 hours with inspectors when I didn't need too. Marita and Sherri are the WORST people to work with. They have the nasties attitudes. They don't make a new employee feel welcomed to the company. After a week of working there and getting a hang of everything they pull me into the kitchen and tell me they don't need me anymore. They wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. Sherri opens the door while im talking to them and tells me "I'll walk you out I don't need to hear what u have to say." They're old and rude people. All the inspectors complained about their attitude... I just do not understand how you can hire a perosn and not have what they need to use to do the job for you. The company will continue getting bad reviews because of the HR. NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK NOR RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO GO THERE.!!
