While the service was on par, and the attendant (Sal) was friendly beyond belief, their shuttle service left a lot to be desired! I understand that situations arise and timing can change; but when I was told the job would take about two hours and I m not picked up until almost 4hrs later?? There s a problem that needs to be addressed! If I d known that, I would have arranged for another way to get back to the dealership to pick up my car to continue with my day rather than be anchored at home and waiting to be shuttled in. Lesson learned.
