I wish I could give them NO STARS!! I am in the middle of getting hired and they have false information on my criminal record and I send them proof of the incorrect info and no email back or no call back!!! I have called at least 10 times a day inn the past 5 days and I have only received one phone call back just to tell me that they are looking into my dispute.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. The accounting system is subpar, and they have horrible customer support.

This place is so unprofessional. They called and emailed me 4 times because they are incapable of doing their job. Is this a joke? If you need a document make it required on the application. Even one star is too much.
I would not even give a 1 star rating as this company is horrendous in its service and god forbid you are the person being investigated. Lousy service, no one calls back. You have to do the background check and verification's on your own. Please companies, DO NOT HIRE ASURINT, You are best off doing this on your own as they cannot verify anything and take your money, oh yeah they also ruin would be employees by falsely reporting information. So please remove my star as is was the only way I would be allowed to write this post.
If you have ever been denied employment as a result of their report, be sure to read the report because they reported false information on me. If their expertise is to research potential employees' backgrounds then how can you get that wrong? Does that mean that your service is just as good as a search by an average person? I could find information on people with accuracy greater then this service. Thumbs down to not-so-Asurint.
I have my CDL permit they say I have a max speed restriction apparently they don t understand that restrictions on your normal license and restrictions on your CDL permit or two different things they need to fix the process in their system I may lose out on a job because of them

I provided my checking info to prove Uber. Then on this evening another person wanting Uber information but start date from three uears ago. Yeah! I asked them Friday on August 3, 2018. Do you need anything else? No replied the rep that is good enough for me. What is this?
If I could get away with giving 0 stars I would. This company did a background check for a temp agency I applied for a job with. I was offered the job, went through orientation, and worked for 5 days before being told my assignment was being terminated. Due to 2 misdemeanor charges on my background check from 3-4 years ago. My background had been pristine prior to that incident, and I ve worked my @$$ off since to get to where I am today. However, Asurint did not care. Didn t dispute the background check, instead owned up to it and was open and honest during my phone discussion to explain my side . Was still told I was terminated. This company, along with the temp agency they work with, has no sense of respect, decency, or common courtesy, in my opinion. I ve worked since I started this path and NEVER was denied for employment due to my background. Would NOT recommend applying for any company that does business with this one.
This company gives false information in their background reports. It can also take weeks for results to come in. DO NOT USE ASURINT!

Very unhappy with this companies background checks. A better database is needed that does not include expunged records.
This place is a disaster waiting to happen. The staff is unprofessional ,unreliable ,rude and inconsiderate.
Assurant took over a month to process my background. The process started on October 10th and I was given multiple completion dates which came and went. Nobody seemed to be concerned about not meeting the given deadlines. They told the company hiring me that they were waiting on information from the county on October 28th.
To fast forward - on Nove 14th, they tell me the same, and try to push it off until Nov, 20th.
I called the local court system and asked them for my information. Within 15 minutes I had a certified copy. They informed me that Asurint did not request information from them until Nov 1st. Asurint was faxed the info on Nov, 8th. Asurint chose to be dishonest with both myself, and the company hiring me.
I had to call Jasmine Ross, who I had emailed twice over the last 2 weeks with no response. Once I spoke to her and explained to her my situation, they were able to process the background within an hour and a 1/2.
I waited 5 weeks for them to follow up on things that they had not. I was able to obtain information within 15 minutes. Shame on them.
What a clusterf*ck of incompetence. I have never seen a worse run operation. You give them information and then someone else wants the same information. times five. They do not know the simplest of business operations to understand what they are doing. Im sure they violate the FCRA and what ever laws they are upholding to all the time. Not because they are malicious it because of sheer stupidity.
Please Be Aware! This Company gives False Background Information! I have had to send in My Own Reports from The Sheriffs Department . No wonder they have Lawsuits! This Company shouldn't be on the Map. The Damage they cause for the people of this so called Free Country.
