APHM (Assistance Publique - Hopitaux de Marseille) Review

Perfect !

I was this Sunday at my home, in distress, to know what to do quickly in case of abnormal over-voltage (despite a background treatment without any problems so far). Being alone, and having no way to contact my doctor or my cardiologist, I asked the assistance of a doctor of the SAMU, to agree on the action to be carried out in the very short term. The doctor I had on the phone promptly gave me the procedure to change the dosage. Everything is well in order. A big THANK YOU to the SAMU who has always shown his skills! ...., and this, for several years.

Deplorable service, like the country leaves completely in baby bottle .....

It is a very good hospital. I wish to work well in this establishment as a caregiver. I am of Algerian nationality and have a caregiver diploma.

Infectious disease department which is not up to the demands. The follow-up is not correct, we give you treatments for years (antibiotics) Without doing batteries of examinations and without knowing if the infection is still there.

Feeling that the least person a minimum "rebel" has no place in the APHM. In any case we are sold a place as a civil servant, civil service etc but in what condition? Poor salary, constantly reminds about his rest, lack of personal. It was personally a refusal after my interview (no grudge the 1 star is not related) I already had 100% of my interviews validated for a position elsewhere, with better conditions, I won. The public hospital is dying and this is sad for the future of health in France. And no it is not related to immigration and care offered but to poor management, unable leadership, employee who does not stay, when in the private salaries are higher and in better condition, more family, has listening.

As a rheumatologist completely phony how a doctor so called specialist can ask you (what can you do for you)?

One of the most important hospital center in France. An innovative technical platform, at the cutting edge of technology and health research. Very professional and deserving staff, who unfortunately must face a lack of material, human resources, and deplorable management, shameful administrative management. One of the most indebted hospitals in France, more than a billion euros in deficit at the end of 2017!

Make an appointment for a scanner via a form on the internet, an outlier! And in addition we must wait for the answer. You are not making your patients' lives easier!

Attention to the pediatrician Dr Oger !!! I do not recommend at all !

University Hospital, and the largest employer in the region with 14,000 agents. Training doctors, nurses, and other health professionals is a great mission, and one that has been added to treating patients with declining budgets and fewer staff, as the Ministry of Health reforms. The institution is not perfect, but the excellence of many services is internationally recognized and patients wishing to benefit from the best treatments come from far and wide. For all this, my respect and my support.

I was visiting Marseille last year at Plage Mont Rose and fell down and dislocated my elbow. The ambulance brought me to this hospital. The emergency staff were extremely attentive and helpful and took very good care of me. They fixed up my elbow and put it in a cast. It has healed very nicely and has not needed any additional treatment. I am very grateful to the team at this hospital.
