So much fun. Wish they'd offer a season pass, but other than that I like everything about it.

I love this place. My son jumps for a few hours and plays dodgeball...And then is tired and wants to sleep. Yay!

This is a fantastic place to go for kids, adults, and every one in-between! Very accomidating staff, great prices, and overall a great establishment.

Horrible place. Advertise that they're fully open, yet screw hard working kids out of their chore money because they aren't fully open. Really low, guys. Good job.

Had such a great time here. Came for a company party, and I didn't realize it would be so entertaining. I will definitely be back with my niece and nephew

We took our grandson during our vacation to Wyoming and we all had a great time. It wasn't too far and also a scenic ride.

We watched our grandson do what kids do best JUMP! It was a super friendly place with plenty of young employees being courteous and helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and I highly recommend it.

Kids will love this place, guaranteed. However, your wallet may not. It is kind of pricey. The staff is pretty friendly and very helpful. We came here for a birthday party and I was impressed with what comes with the package - cupcakes, bubbles, pizza, and drinks. Add all that with 1.5 hours of jump time and it's guaranteed that your kid will wear him/herself out and get plenty of exercize.

Friendly and professional staff who truly want to spoil you during your visit. There is a lot of space and is super clean. Thankful iJump opened back up after COVID to offer us a fun, clean option for our families.

Five stars!! Love Ijump so much!! It's so nice to have somewhere fun to take the kiddos and I can skip a trip to the gym because you seriously burn off some calories there!

And "I am not reviewing the wrong park" I remember clearly and what the workers told me and my family when I did my son's birthday. It's a nice place to spend some time with the family having fun and exercising, stay healthy and active.
The price is a little high but if you really enjoy spending time with your kids, family or friends being active it could be worth it. You have to buy socks from them though, you can't bring them from somewhere else and the socks are very expensive was like 2 dollars a pair, I think that's way too much for a pair of socks and you can risk to get a burn on your feet if you don't wear them. But you can make it worth it I love doing fun activities with my family and this was one of the good ones the kids have a lot of fun jumping around on the trampolines and playing. I love seeing them having fun and being happy....
If you could buy your socks somewhere else could save halve the money per pair of grip socks.

It's freezing cold in there, even some of the kids who work there were cold and wore sweaters to cover their arms. I wouldn't be surprised, if my baby and i have a cold now in the middle of summer. We asked them to turn it down, which they reluctantly did, but not enough. They said the owners want it this way as it gets hot in the afternoon. However, the high for that day was supposed to be 75F...
Also, i took my friend's son along. She gave me a coupon that said"buy one hour, get the second hour free". I thought that would give each of the two kids an hour. I was then told that it's only for the second hour of the same person and that the owners don't want them to honor it. What a misleading coupon!
Also, it's really expensive as you pay per hour. The new children's museum (kids town at the falls) or the museum of Idaho, although something completely different, are a much better value as you can stay for however long you would like.

My family LOOOOVES iJump!! Kids of all different ages have a blast here. Foam pits, trampolines, a little kid area, etc. provide something fun for everyone. The price isn't bad, there are snacks available for purchase, they sanitize regularly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great for birthday parties or just playing around for a couple hours.

We had so much fun at iJump today!!! It was very clean and we had no problems maintaining social distancing from the other guests.

Brought our 4 kids in this morning to try and kill some time and get some energy out. Perfect activity that was fun for everyone. Employees were super helpful and constantly disinfecting surfaces to keep everyone healthy. We will be back for sure.

My son's absolute favorite place to play, hands down!! Everyone is so nice and prices are good

Employees were very personable and polite. We are from Houston and have been to many trampoline parks, even though a little smaller. We were surprised to hear that they had been open for over 5 years because it was very clean and didnt smell like feet. All and all a great park and will definitely come back when visiting Idaho again!!

I have been going to trampoline parks for years. This particular one it's pretty nice. It has three nice foam and A dodgeball area. The trampoline space is too small. Too many times I have been there and on the main trampoline you will find toddlers. I understand children but toddlers is just dangerous. Price is fair and if you go late in the evening there will not be children or toddlers their

I had a great experience at Ijump like always and Brady and Jacob were awesome too!

Visit once in a while on Saturday in the morning if the weather is not favorable for outdoor activities.
My children love to play here, but it's expensive. 10 bucks a head for an hour. Have used ValYou cards in the past for buy 1 hour get an hour free. They allowed this deal to be used to purchase 1 band and allow my other to jump for free.
Not so anymore. Instead, they want 20 bucks for 2 hours.
If you come on Saturday get here early, the afternoons get packed really fast with wait times up to two hours.

Took my nephew here and he loved it! Was lots of fun for him but also for me. Go during wejump. It s only little kids, no big kids doing crazy jumps.

Prices are ok, but there aren t many options or much structure per say in the park itself. Would like to see organized games of dodgeball or other things. Also, an hour really isn t long enough. Maybe 90 minutes would be better.

A wonderful trampoline park. All other trampoline parks have NOTHING on these guys. Great staff, great service, truly spectacular. What they're doing here is amazing. Best in class.

Great place for kids. They'll have lots of fun. There's a small trampoline for young kids, a dodgeball arena, a general set of trampolines, and three foam pits.

My family and I have been it iJump 3 or 4 times now and it never looses its appeal. My kids have also come for friends' birthday parties and love it. There are other trampoline parks out there, but they are not as affordable. The staff at iJump is very friendly and involved, always walking around making sure kids are safe and behaving. For the money, availability, and general atmosphere, iJump is the place to take the family for some good clean fun, and for myself, quite a bit of exercise .

The staff were super cool and super helpful! The pricing was very fair and totally reasonable, $10/hour for an adult is really more than you would need even. Plus, they actually gave us an extra 20 minutes! They only start the timing every half hour, so if you go a bit before they will let you in early! A super cool, super fun place and totally worth the price!

We brought 35 elementary kids as a reward for running lots of miles. They had a fabulous time. The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us get all our kiddos going quickly. After an hour they were exhausted. We plan to return with twice as many next spring.

We came here for the first time today and were so impressed. They got the kids in to jump so quick and we all had a blast! I would highly recommend this place for some active fun any day.

Good place for kids and adults. A bit expensive if you have a family but the kids love it so for a treat every now and then its worth it.

This is a really cool place to have in town! An I truly cannot wait to go back. But my review is for the staff. I appreciate you guys for not laughing at me. After I broke my hand after like 5 flips. Cause if the rolls were reversed. I don't know could have held back the laughter. So note to self and any parents. Better to learn any tricks going into the pits. Then move to trampoline.

Ijump is so fun. Great for the entire family. We have even hosted one of our kids birthday's there and the party pricing is so reasonable considering you not only get the jump time, but also cupcakes, pizza, drink, and all paper party supplies provided. The party rooms are great and it also includes clean up. We will be going there over and over again.

It was awesome we all had a great time. Great price for wee jump.

COVID-19 Review: In the midst of ID's Stage 4 re-opening plan and Bonneville County's mask-mandate, iJump managed to give my girls a very special (and compliant) birthday party. The space was meticulous and the staff were constantly cleaning. iJump: thank you for being a little sanctuary during these weird times. My kids and their friends had an absolute blast!

They had dodge ball terniments and you were free to free stile

Went there for a reserved birthday party. My daughter reserved the large room upstairs for 25.00 more than the normal 150.00. A lot of kids and adults showed up but the owners sibling had the room for their party and had not gotten out. We waited for over an hour. Another party was in the ground floor room and just trashed it. Cake everywhere..
In the floor, on chairs, tables... everywhere. Since the Owners sibling was still in the reserved room, we had to take the other room AND...we had to clean it. We wiped everything down. The female employee vacuumed and took all the trash we gathered out.
When my daughter went to pay they didn't charge her for the room we were supposed to have but said nothing about the fact that the party was late by 1 hour and that we had to clean the room.
I've run corporations, national corporations. Either you reserve the company for patrons and run it with CUSTOMER service or...make it just for your families pleasure. IRS says you can't do both.

First time going to iJump in Ammon and it was awesome! Lots of trampoline options for the kids and adults to jump on. We went on a Thursday morning where they had a deal where an adult jump free after paying $5 for a child. Nice clean facility and is set up for having birthday parties which I could see us doing in the future. Staff there were super nice even after the wife broke the rules and jumped in the foam pit while our daughter was also in the foam pit. Read the rules Wife!!! Definitely going back for more jumping fun! Oh also they have massage chairs in the entry room where you can get a massage after a good jumping workout.

It's a bit spendy but pretty fun! The kids loved it!

We had our so s 4th birthday party here. The staff was extremely rude. They do not seem to have a limit as to how many people are aloud to jump at one time . While my 4 year old was having his party teenagers were doing backflips over them. One child was hit in the face by a adult playing to rough. I would not recommend this place for anyone .

We love iJump. Wee time is perfect for our family. Only little kids so mine feel safe and comfortable and they play music my kids know (Disney and what not), they get SOO excited when it s a song they know. Lots of fun.

Great staff! Not too crowded and well kept. You can play dodgeball, do tricks into foam pits, it just freestyle on the open trampolines. Great for kids and adults

So much fun to watch my kids jump! Great exercise for them. Helpful staff. Large, clean facility. Well managed. They offer birthday packages too.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun place to go on our date and we decided to go to IJump and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very nice and they went above and beyond when we lost our car key and they came back to the park after hours to look for our key and they found it. Thank you Idaho Falls IJump! Definitely worth going:)

COVID-19 Review: Great place. We went during the week. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were the only ones in the whole center, and they had just mopped all the tramps and pads before we got there. Very clean. My boy loves this place, and we had a blast together.

A lot of fun it was more enjoyable because it wasn't packed full of people!

The staff was a little inattentive and overwhelmed with the amount of kids there. Our three kids had a great time despite some teenagers being very aggressive in the dodgeball area.

I went two days in a row and the kid behind the counter had an awful attitude. To be truly honest, I wouldn't have come back if my nephews didn't have such a good time. Go ahead and ask him about the whole socks argument. I will be considering from now on whether to even come back here.

Fun place for kids and adults alike. I've been a few times and think the toddler time is a great idea and good deal.

What a great place for our kids to get some fun exercise and get out some energy. The park was immaculate, very, very clean. The staff was super nice, especially Eric! He welcomed us in, was smiling, very pleasant and super helpful! We will definitely be coming back!

I'm giving it 3 stars because it is clean and in good condition. The concept is great however, they are too strict for my liking and it wasn't enjoyable.

Booked a room for a birthday party. The website reservation process isn't a very intuitive, complete process. The breakdown in communication was helped with great customer service and help in making our experience there fun and effortless. Our kids really enjoyed their time!

My kids always love to go to I jump. Great staff, clean environment. The last time we went I was injured (nothing to do with Ijump equipment or staff). They were very gracious and helpful. We will definitely return, but I'll leave the jumping to my kids!
